They always have what I need (tool/hardware wise) here with a good price and helpful staff. Its easier to ask an employee here a question compared to Lowes or Home Depot and these guys know their stuff. If you need some good tarps, they have a huge variety of sizes and gauges for an excellent price.

The store has most basic tools if you need something right away. This location is rather convenient overall. However, the best aspect of this place seems to be the prices. I have found they can be sometimes half the cost of local superstores. I went here for some bar and chain oil instead of running all the way home, and to my surprise, it was almost half the price as Lowe’s. The other great aspect of this store is excellent customer service, and a refreshing adherence to social distancing/sanitation. I will definitely be going here for some of my smaller purchases.

Bought a long heavy duty crowbar for just $10 and a mallet! Destroyed a big dresser afterwards to throw away because it wouldnt fit in the back of the truck. Buy a crowbar, put it in a corner behind your door or on/in the wall. Put it next to your guns! Someone breaks into your house? Hit em with a crowbar! Its partially legal if theyre still alive, Hopefully.

They had the product that we wanted for a great price. We needed a magnet on a stick with a release. We has bought one at Lowes for $18 but it didnt have a release. Harbor Freights product is what we wanted. I asked an employee if they had one. He WALKED ME OVER TO IT!!! Great customer service. Great job, Harbor Freight!

I am new to B/CS and was very excited to locate a Harbor Freight here! I went shopping there and couldnt locate 3 items on my list. I have personally experienced at other Texas HF locations difficulty with finding an associate on the sales floor and, after requesting assistance, I have been dealt with as a disruption, NOT like a valued, money spending Small Business Owner and DIYer. However, at the BCS location, I didnt experience that at all. I found a tall young man who was working on the sales floor who was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional who without hesitation helped me locate my 3 items I needed. As a woman, I am accustomed to being treated like a dumb girl who accidentally walked into the wrong store and is a waste of time, not a profitable consumer. This location was clean, well stocked and I received A+ Customer Service!!! Great job!BTW, I am giving 5 stars to this location only!!!I do NOT like the new Members Plan that requires customers to pay a minimum of $39.99 in order to receive the yellow tag sale price. I miss receiving ads in the mail that I used to enjoy perusing the weekly sales products with pictures (Im a visual learner) and then comparing prices with Big Box retailers and Hardware Companies. And, lastly, I miss your SMS texts with your Blowout Sales and 3 day specials, (now misleading because you will NOT receive the ad prices until you break down and pay the $40 bucks) and silly 20% off one item! That little coupon gave me a reason to go shop at Harbor Freight...

Employee directed me to a coupon after I noticed price change... waited a week to decide on a purchase and price had increased $10... with the coupon I saved additional $20. Appreciate alternative products to higher costs... at the end of the day, if the tool achieves the same results and is less money, its a win to me.

Great place to find just about any tool you need for whatever your project you have.

Anything that youre considering purchasing from Lowes or Home Depot you can likely find here for a lot less. They do not carry the same brands, however. They sell cheaper brands which is how they make their prices lower than their competition. I highly recommend browsing Harbor Frieghts products before spending your money at the big box stores.

Well I can say this is our new walmart brand for tools cuz there cheap and have warranty this is a great store for contractors and people that are doing self projects its cheap convenient and they have everything you need, from jacks, to flashlights, tools, safes, dollys, table saws, compressors,video security cameras even a small isle of toys and house gadgets. Also I will remind yall if you buy too cheap some tools are made to be use couple times so dont be disappointed if you choosed $1 pliers over $5 dollar pliers you get what you pay for lol

Very happy with the things I have bought. You need to be a little selective but most items they either come with a decent warranty or you can purchase one with a good return policy at a good price. The have a awsome 40 volt electric chain saw. I love it. We cut all day with it on two batteries. A little trouble keeping the chain on but it was way better than pulling on a hard starting gas saw. Bought the 40 volt cordless mower but havent had a chance to use it yet.

Always find something useful at a great price. Associates are always friendly, efficient and courteous. Open up other registers quickly whenever a queue starts to get lengthy.

His find of the day was a 1250 lumen flashlight/worklight. It charges by usb and can be attached to a tripod. He has lots of plans for it. Im half afraid to see what is brilliant ideas might be.....

Very clean and organized, not too mention great prices

My go-to for the lifetime tools and small air powered tools. Their compact angled die grinder and straight die grinders lasts for years with no problems. Very cheap prices for what you get. I also use their dead blow mallets, once you destroy them from getting a seized part off you can simply return it for a new one, no questions asked. I’ve also had good experiences with the titanium stick welder. Super light and portable and a lot of power!

So maybe youre not a pro,,or have a giant job... If you take care of the tool..And depends on other job if you Purchase the warranty... Which I have for a few.... This is a good way to go. Ive found that the nails, staples, brads..Etc.. were more than adequate and reasonable for the price. If you need a bench grinder. Make sure it tracks true. Never a problem on returns and replaced with a new item. Darlene is the mgr.and always glad to help.

Good for little things - cheap clamps, tarps, sandpaper, the occasional one use, highly specific socket or something. I wouldn’t trust the power tools to last long.

Not everything is rock solid, but the tools are cheap enough to make many purchases with it.

Good cheap tools if your looking for a specific tool in a hurry that youll probably never use again. Not the place for quality tools though. Never ever EVER buy power tools from there though.

I like this store. Yeah, they have cheap tools. But only in price. To date I have not broken a tool from them. In April theyhad a flyer that said they were going out of business. As of today they are still open and fully stocked. I hope they did not just post a going out of business ad just to boost sales.

Great place to get a cheap tool. If you need something to get a few jobs done and not use it every day. It is also great place for sandpaper for most tools. The air tools are also a really good bargain for the quality of the tool.

Its your typical Harbor Freight - basically the Dollar General of tool stores. Sometimes thats all you need, and the staff at this one are friendly and ready to help.

Purchased some great items for about the quarter of price in a regular retail store. Certain products here are exactly the same but way cheaper. I recommend to always research every tool to make sure before purchasing. Store was very clean and organized.

Harbor Freight is one of my favorite stores. As a caveat, the tools in here are extremely Chinese-made. However, so are most traditionally American-made tools now. Always check the online reviews for anything before you buy it here (especially if its a power tool), but there are some real diamonds in the rough for outstanding prices. For example, I bought my Chicago Electric rotary tool here for only $25, and it has been running strong for several years now (a comparable Dremel would be nearly $100).This is the perfect tool shop for a college student.

Look at the asterisk note; Pretty sneaky for HFT to do. That aside, I love this place. Cheap tools and many times they have coupons on hundreds of items. I try stay away from tools that I need to last though (power tools, etc.)--Id rather shop name brand for things like that.

Realize what you are buying here and you will not be disappointed. A set of screw drivers for 3 dollars; a set of 3 ton jack stands for 15 bucks; a rotary tool with attachments for 10 dollars. For heavens sake, they give you FREE tools with your purchase (if you have the coupon they send in the mail)! You are NOT getting Craftsman quality, but these tools do the job (most of the time). If you want to spend 40 dollars for a set of Craftsman open end wrenches, be my guest. For most weekend warriors or beginner craftsmen, these tools are perfect and fit the bill. For more serious mechanics...ehhh. Just dont become a Grinch when your set of dirt cheap screwdrivers begin to strip. That being said, I love this place. The tools make for a great backup set to keep in my truck; and I wouldnt shed a tear if someone stole them. Employees at this location have been helpful and kind.

This was my first time at one of their stores and just so happens I got there during a 3-day sidewalk sale and was there for 2 hours basically wrapped up all of my Christmas in October for a fraction of the cost they even let me stay a little after closing cuz I wasnt done but I hurried and finished the employees were great they were friendly the store was clean and I would highly recommend it to anybody.
