Wow Brian and his team at M&M Apparel never cease to amaze us! they have been doing our team uniforms since 2011 and have always met our tight turnaround deadlines no matter what and delivered flawless final product! we really presented them with a challenge to get our Trans Am crew uniforms for the race at Road Atlanta to us in record time, and they knocked it out of the park! would recommend them with 10-stars if I could!

I contacted this company about coming up with a design to make our shirts. I was asked for design ideas and possibly graphics/photos of things Id like on the shirt. I sent our mascot and a few other things. The designer took those images and just merged them all to make a design. Instead of making a different design for the front chest of the shirt, they just shrunk the original design and put it on there. I was shopping around at different companies trying to find a design that was really liked and also for price purposes. Tod Weingand sent me another proof this morning and I responded to him that I had found another design I liked and thanked him for his art and time. He then emailed me back and told me In the future, dont ask me to do art if youre going to do the job somewhere else! ... Im sorry, but I see no problem with shopping around especially when it comes to pricing being we are using a budget source. I find that response to be completely unprofessional. Its a similar situation when you go to a tattoo studio and someone draws up a design but youre not too fond of it, or the pricing isnt what youre looking for and youve found something you like a little better.Anyway, my response back to him was basically stating that he did not need to rude and there is nothing wrong with shopping around. I also told him that most companies would typically thank the customer for inquiring about a design and to have a good day. Thats been my experience in the past, and I am shocked at the response that I received.

This is a phenomenal company. I have watched it grow over the years and am truly amazed by what they have been able to accomplish. Ive been a loyal customer of Monograms and More since the very start and had a variety of work done over the years. My personal experience has always been positive. I know the owner personally and can attest to the fact that he is an extremely hardworking man and truly cares about this company and its clients.My advice to those that have had negative experiences with Monograms and More would be to voice your dissatisfaction to the business in a reasonable manner so that they may be given the opportunity to correct any mistakes.

This store is very clean and the staff is Super Friendly. The prices on merchandise it not to bad. I really like the table the extends from the front door to the check-out great bargains. Thanks for being so nice.

Excellent customer service! We stopped in for a name embroidery, we were paying to get it finished by the next day, but when we told the employee we would be out of town and have to pick it up the following week he was happy to take care of it immediately so we didnt have to make a second trip back. They were friendly, professional, the quality of the work is great, and they took the extra effort to help us out. Id highly recommend them!

Really professional, sent email proofs before embroidering to make sure everything is correct. All items were finished within 2 weeks and done really well, I really enjoyed coming here because of terrible previous experiences at other embroidery stores in town. Highly recommend!!

Great monogramming but their customer service could be better. Everyone will give you a different price on what you should pay for monogramming. Communication between staff in front of a customer should always be positive. Just a pointer for your next customer.

Horrible customer service and below average quality work at best. Every time that I or my wife has dealt with any of the staff, they have been rude. Im guessing that they really dont care about the average customer, but only those who have huge orders.We ordered 4 shirts and a cap with our sons baseball team logo on them. It took almost 2 weeks to complete the order, and then only after calling them twice to inquire about the status of the order. The first time they told me that the order would be ready the next day. Two days later when my wife called they said that the order wouldnt be completed until the following week because some items were on back order. An hour and a half after the second phone call we received an email saying that our order was ready to be picked up.When my wife went to pick up our order, two of the 4 shirts were messed up with sloppy work and excess ink/paint around the logo, and 1 didnt have the logo straight. When asked how long it would take to redo the shirts, we were told that the shirts would need to be ordered, and then they would have to wait for another larger order to come in to print them, because it isnt cost effective for them to print just 2 shirts.I will go out of my way to avoid doing business with these folks ever again!

We love this shop. The people are amazing! There are several other options in town but this is the one for us. Always a pleasure to do business with.

Tried to get a quote for getting my childrens names on their uniform jackets and got the run around. I was told to send an email with specifics which I did early in the morning. Called back around 3 to see what was going on as I wanted to bring the stuff down and get it going. I was told that it hadnt been read yet then when they looked at it they didnt have that color thread but would send me samples to look at. I googled the color and email it so there would not be any question about what it should look like. Not hard to do really. After that I did not receive a call or email. Was completely blown off. I let the other parents in the school group know not to use this place and which one answered my call, my questions and gave me a quote on the phone with no issues what so ever.

Amazing service

First they lost our order details for over a week. Then they charged us twice! When we called about getting one of the charges reversed we got the run around for almost two weeks. It took 2 weeks and 3 days for them to finally initiate the charge reversal. They also tried to blame us for their mistakes. I totally understand that mistakes happen, but as a professional business you need to step up and own them instead of trying to blame your customers for your employees mistakes.

I was blown away by their customer service! I came in to get some sheets embroidered for my second anniversary. I was worried that it wouldnt be ready in time because my anniversary was just 4 working days away. They were able to get the job done in a day. They even upgraded the size for free and told me to have a wonderful anniversary. The embroidery looks beautiful and I couldnt have been happier with my experience there. Everyone in the BCS should go to Monograms & More for their embroidery and printing needs. They make ordinary things special; they did it for both my sheets and my day!

Slowest embroidery company ever. Then 3 weeks later when I picked up the 3 shirtsthe letters were jagged and the equipment is over 20 years old. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They tried to charge $25 rush fee to get them in a week and when I refused they were very rude. Tried to get the logoI paid for but they wouldnt give it to me. I paid over $100 to get it digitized then they say its not mine to have on disk. I would not recommend anyone to get logos done digitized

Giving a 1 only because 0 is not an option. I am extremely disappointed in (and completely livid with) M&M Apparel (formerly Monograms and More). Mike worked for them for 13+ years - and when I say worked I mean it in every sense of the word. He dedicated himself to that company and did everything he could to contribute to their growth and success. He took great pride in making sure orders were handled with care and that everything was done to meet the expectations of the customer. Earlier this year, he peacefully parted ways with the company in order to pursue working with our business full time. Over the summer, a young lady with Rudder FFA contacted us and asked if we would like to sponsor her this school year. We happily agreed and paid her sponsorship fees. A while back we were presented with an award for this. We were also told that once school started, our company name and info would be printed on the back of their school shirts and that we would be given 2 shirts as part of the sponsorship. Tonight we received our shirts and this is what we were presented with. Not only did M&M remove our info, they made our text smaller than the companies around us, removed, LLC from our name, and most disturbingly, they misspelled Embroidery. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that this was done purposely and maliciously as revenge against Mike and I for leaving them. I have never once publicly spoken a single bad word about this company but this is beyond overkill. Not only is this company being malicious towards my company due to the fact that we are a competing business, but they are ignorant enough to to sabotage their own work and purposely misspell a word out of spite. I mean, honestly, how stupid does this make you look as a company? You are supposedly the best in town, yet you cant spell embroidery correctly. To make it worse, thats what you do! You supposedly specialize in embroidery, yet dont catch a spelling error of this word on shirts you are printing? Im sure they will claim it was a mistake but you dont change artwork, drop part of the name, misspell a word, and shrink the text mistakenly. And if you do, that must be why we have had countless former customers come to us to have us do their embroidery work because they refuse to do business with M&M again.

If you want a certain color I suggest you make them order a sample and check it directly. Several times now we see pictures of one color and get it and its totally wrong. It seems to happen more and more. Im not impressed and will be taking my orders else where.
