Great group of people. Very friendly, and they do a great job. I highly recommend them. They should be getting 10 stars.
The older staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The younger ones seem to be a bit shyer and not sure of them selves and the services. Have had heat printed vinyl and embroidery done and both were a great result. An error that did occur was corrected without hesitation and immediately.
I am speechless and so disappointed. I went into the business on Friday at 5:30 and spoke with Deborah (I was told that was her name?) about getting 5 tshirts made for my bachelorette party. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and said it was no problem at all. Given the tshirts I wanted were in stock, she could have them made (at the latest) that following Tuesday. This was perfect because our flight left Thursday morning. She said she would call me that next day to confirm, but when I didn’t get a call all weekend, I called at least ten times on Monday, at least ten times on Tuesday (the day the shirts were supposed to be ready) and no one answered ONE of these calls. Finally I called this morning, Wednesday, and no one answered. So I just drove to the store and talked to two ladies who both said “sorry, they aren’t ready.” Apparently (Deborah) had been out of the office since that weekend, and my “paperwork had just been sitting untouched on the front desk.” I asked why didn’t anyone think to call me? If they had told me that she was out of the office on Monday, I could have gone ANYWHERE else to get these done asap. They both basically shrugged and said “sorry.”I hope this isn’t the way this place conducts business. When I left And Sew On on Friday I was relieved, happy, thankful for the business and Deborah, and ready to move on to the next task for the Bach party. Now I’m even more stressed, angry, and sorely disappointed I ever trusted this company to begin with.Long story short - find another business to give your money to. This one doesn’t care about you or me in the least.
I wanted to surprise my husband with a nice computer bag and get his initials embroidered on the handle. When I picked the bag up the letters were NOT the same size. It was completely sloppy work. I’m sure they do a great job, however it seemed as if they had no care at all for my very expensive computer bag. I then went back in so they could fix the letter. The owner (?) I think her name started with a J, came to see what the issue was. I said this F is smaller than the rest of the letters. She argued and said she puts the size on the computer and that it’s the same size and the infinity sign I asked for is 100% an 8. She went and got her RULER y’all!! I’m glad she did because it was indeed smaller. I asked her to fix it, she said she’s not responsible for replacing the bag. I didn’t ask her to replace the bag, I asked her to simply fix it. All I got was disrespect as a paying customer. As a business owner myself, I will NEVER speak to clients/customers that way. There are plenty of embroidery shops around that would get the job done. This owner MUST have better customer service or she’s gonna have to close shop. Good luck here y’all.
Very helpful and affordable with custom embroidery project. Also have beautiful selection of products to purchase at the store, which can then be personalized.
I have put in multiple orders with Deborah and her team, and not only do they do amazing work, they also have a wonderful turn around time! They do not require a minimum, which works out great for my small business and team of 5! Highly recommend for all your embroidery needs! Will be returning soon for my next order!
I love And Sew On. This shop has the best items and some of the most courteous and enjoyable assistants. They work hard to accommodate needs of their customers. I encourage you to support our local businesses. I have used them for years and when I needed the perfect gifts, there they were!
I walked in, and I found their retail space to be very interesting, lots of craftiness. Their work shop space seemed very big and able. I saw they had a lot of work lined up and completed. This tells me they are very creative, very skilled, and trusted by the community. Its my first time there and I didnt ask any general questions, so Im not sure the extent of work, but the looks of it they do anything sewing related. To boot, my request will be completed in less than a week !! Wow, thank you 😁
Friendly service, quality work and materials. Further more and sew on, they have a premier mixture of luxury gift and clothing items in their show room, unlike you’d see in a MALL these days! Prices are definitely excellent given the exceptional quality.One of the gifts I bought was an excellent quality rain jacket which I had monogrammed for that extra special design accent. The owner, Jennifer, was not pushy, she was kind and helpful in selecting the correct size and placement of the monogram. I’ll definitely be doing business with And Sew On again.

I suggest going ANYWHERE else besides this place, please don’t waste your time or your money like I did.The turn around time is extremely long, about 2 and a half weeks for my first order. The staff was rude and disorganized, I was overcharged and charged a different amount on the same 2 orders.I placed 2 orders there: the first one was misspelled and had to be redone, the fix job was honestly terrible and will have to be taken elsewhere to get fixed. The second order was messed up and ripped so badly they had to reorder the jacket that I brought in, this order took about 4 weeks to complete and they did not inform me that it would not be done by the due date which was well before Christmas (it is supposed to be a Christmas present).When I finally went in to pick up the NEW jacket that was supposedly done, the name embroidered on was misspelled again and I was told to wait another week for it to be fixed. I waited a month for one jacket to be embroidered, I wasn’t able to give it as a Christmas present because it wasn’t completely fixed until January 2nd. They refused to reimburse me for anything and all the embroidery jobs were embarrassing, Ill be going to a different store to fix what they did.
Customer Service is awful. Very rude. Won’t be returning. I’ve use them 2 times and both times the owner was very rude.
Took my daughters letter jacket in to get some patches added. Friendly staff, reasonable price, jacket was ready when promised. Some of the stitching had to be redone, though, or I would give 5 stars.
I have been going here for as long as I can remember. If I need a special gift, this is my go to place and the recipients of my gifts always love them and find them very meaningful. They are very experienced and can make suggestions to make your items turn out just as you imagined. There are always new items in the store and are of high quality, not just something you can find anywhere. Because of this, it is a very busy store so plan ahead and dont go in needing your item on a rush and your experience will be great!

One star because zero is not an option.Our daughter ordered 40 monogram decals. She had to wait about 45 minutes when she arrived to pick them up at the promised time. I think that’s because they spent 45 minutes making them. They were terrible. The quality was absolutely cartoonish. Unfortunately, our daughter didn’t have the experience or judgment to know better.We saw the decals a few days later and tried to return them. The owner said the policy is no returns on custom orders. News flash… they’re monograms! Of course they’re custom!We contacted a REPUTABLE graphics designer in Salt Lake City. We replaced the entire order and paid about 40% less. The quality was outstanding.We attempted to dispute the credit card charge, but eventually lost in the end simply because our daughter walked out the door with the decals. We had to eat the $216.00, but at least we still have our integrity.Exceedingly poor quality product. Non-existent customer service. Zero integrity. Simply taking advantage of a bunch of college students. Certainly NOT the Aggie way. And Sew On should be ashamed of themselves!
I rated so low only because everytime I have ordered from this business, my clothing has been misplaced or embroidered incorrectly. This has happened with the 3 plus times I have visited and ordered. Even with their mistakes, they will continue to charge you unfortunately. The prices are a bit high but its quality work if youre willing to spend $$$.

I had my laptop case monogrammed here and it only took four days! The staff was great to work with and I am truly loving their work. I will be using And Sew On for everything I need monogrammed AND recommending it to all my friends! :)
I was a long time customer having my uniform shirts for the fire dept. Embroidered here. Last time I went in with new shirts to be completed I was told it would be over a week and a half, when I asked about a rush order understanding I would pay more, I was told they didnt do rush orders. I have had orders rushed in the past, and when I explaind that, I was told that they have never done rush orders. I let it go understanding this was a busy time with classes starting soon, and decided to come back another time. 2 weeks later my wife attempted to have the same shirts embroidered, again uniform work shirts, which we have had done many times with and sew on. The first thing the lady asked my wife was what you cant find anyone in Houston do do these for you? We were then charged $60 dollars to have two shirts embroidered with the logo that and sew on has on file, and it still took over a week. We will never take our business, or our departments business to them again. They were rude, not once but twice, to two different people, and WAY over priced. Stick to the sorority blanket game, and see on.
I agree with the other reviewers. The customer service and overall personality of this store leaves much to be desired. I have never seen a smile, had extra help during orders, and was deliberately hung up on via the phone. I believe they genuinely do not care about the customer experience, or whether or not customers ever return to their store. I have continued to go back multiple times, assuming perhaps they were having a bad day or were just in a busy season, but the rudeness has persisted in EVERY single interaction I have ever had with them. I will take my business elsewhere, and Id recommend you do the same.

They behave as if they have no competition and you are dependent on their services. I am going out of my way to find another embroidery shop in town. I agree with the other reviewers. Horrible Service! The owner must think that she is the only embroidery store in College Station, Texas.I just spoke with the owner of And Sew On and explained that the logo they sewed on the two $30 shirts I brought in are wrong and I cannot wear them to work. She refused to accept that there was anything wrong with my shirts just like the employee I originally spoke with. I’d also like to note that no one even murmured the words “I am sorry” and when I asked for my money back she said “no because I was being rude.” I found this humorous because her staff is the epitome of rude. I would never recommend anyone to this store unless you want poor customer service and a business owner to blame you for their shortcomings.
Nope! Never again! Stitching was not great, sizing was smaller than promised, the first lady that I dropped the shirt off to was not pleasant, the second lady I picked the shirt up from was, as well: I went in 2 weeks past the expected time to see about the shirt because I hadnt heard anything. She informed me that they do not notify people when their orders were ready wed be making calls all the time! You should just go off the date we put on your ticket. Um what I heard was: we dont believe in customer service. Guess what? If you can text and email order approvals before beginning work, you can do the same to let your customers know when the work is done.
NO STARS!! Ordered scrubs online in September 2017 then I took all 4 tops to andsewon to have name and logo put on my scrub tops. They lost one of my tops. Okay no problem just order another one and put name and logo on it. I gave all the information to Jennifer so that she could order the top. She ordered the exact opposite color scheme top. Okay minor mistake no problem lets just get this fixed please. I called to check on it because I never heard anything. When I called I was told to send a picture of the top to Ashton. Okay I did that, never heard anything so I call. Jennifer wants me to send order info again 11/21/2017, okay I did that. Never heard anything . I didnt try back until after the holidays 1/23/2017 she said this time she placed the order. Never heard anything. Tried back 2/2/2018, was told top had not come in yet. Okay so I called back 2/23/2018 the person I talked to had no idea what was going on so I left a message for Jennifer. Never heard anything. Tried back 3/1/18, 3/5/18, 3/7/18 was told Joel will call back. Never heard anything. Tried back 3/9/18 Joel said wrong color was ordered so a new top will be ordered. On 3/14/18 called @ 1pm was told waiting on it to come in. Called 3/27/2018 left a message for Joel or Jennifer never heard back. Called 4/4/18 @ 2:32pm No Manager there so I didnt leave a message. Called back 4/9/18 @ 4:15pm was asked to call back tomorrow so he can find out all the information for me. Called back 4/18/2018 talked with Joel just following up and he told me the girl handling my situation is not there to try back.....I have never heard anything from them til this day and its been a year now. It was just one ONE scrub top. That I paid for from scrubs and beyound. It was just my first name on one side and my company name on the other side! ONE scrub top and TWO names!!! WOW I mean WOW

I have been ordering infant blankets for that past 4 years for the babies in our family. I called the other day and I was told they no longer embroider the blanket I requested. I asked if they had any recommendation on what to do or who to go to that could do the design and she simply said no. I asked if I found the blanket if they could do the sticking for me and again all I got was a simple no. She then mentioned that she does carry the blanket but they will not do the embroidery anymore because the lady who did it in their shop is not there currently. I explained that these blankets are very sentimental and mean a lot to our family and asked if there was any way they could do a last time order, again no. At no point during our conversation was she concerned or offer anything but a no and finally hang up. I regret ever giving them my business even since I’ve moved out of College Station. This customer service was a horrible experience. If there is a way that this could be done but the person is not available I feel it would be worth the effort to have another associate learn now to use the machine in the way needed. There would have been a 5 blanket order and apparently it was not worth her time to even think about the possibility of helping me out. I will no longer send referrals and I will make sure the ones that I have sent are aware of the lack of customer service they provide.

Bottom line up front: This business did not complete the work they agreed to do within the agreed upon timeframe, in spite of plenty of lead time and multiple progress checks, then charged me full price for an incomplete product.On August 14 I visited And Sew On to place an order for letters to be sewn on to my daughter’s Senior Overalls and paid a deposit for the project. I had purchased all materials required for the project and delivered them to And Sew On, along with the proper order form on that day. At that time, I communicated that I needed them done by September 15th and was told that the project would be completed before then. An employee contacted me the following week to request additional material, which I purchased and delivered the same day. I did not hear from the business after that, so I called the store on September 6th for a progress check (9 days remaining until the product was needed). I was told that my order was 4th in line, so I asked what that meant and, if by that, they had an estimated date of completion to which the answer was “no”. Five days later, I called again and was told that it was then 3rd in line. I asked if the job would be done by September 15th as we had originally agreed to, to which the answer was “no”. I asked to speak to the manager/owner, whose depth of concern was to repeatedly state that she could not guarantee a completion date. I asked the manager for constructive options to resolve the impending timeline failure. Her suggestions were to wait past the deadline for the completed product or pick up the materials in the incomplete state to allow someone else to finish the work in time. I chose the latter. When I arrived to pick up the materials, the job was approximately 30% complete, but the manager told me that I would have to pay the remaining project balance in order to take the materials that I had previously purchased and provided for the project. In spite of my objections to paying full price for an incomplete product, the manager refused to return my materials until the full project balance was paid. I offered to pay an amount that represented the work that was done on the project, and noted that I was going to have to pay someone else for the work to get the job done within the following 4 days. She insisted that it “wasn’t her problem” and that this store’s policy is to charge the agreed upon amount, whether or not the work is completed. The store and the store’s manager put me in a position where they extorted money for services not provided by refusing to return the materials that I had provided for the project. In order for my daughter to have the item in time for her event, I had no choice other than to pay nearly $115 for a product that was only 30% done. I am sharing this review so that others will know ahead of time how unethical and unprofessional the management of And Sew On are in their business practices so that others may be able to avoid being taken advantage of in the same way. I informed her that I would be posting my opinion of her unprofessional behavior and she was not at all concerned she encouraged me to do so. I told her that she already had several bad reviews on the web and she should do something to correct that and she said that it did not matter. Appalling!!
The owner is rude i ordered a size 2 short sleeve shirt when i picked up it was longsleeve had to cancel pictures cause she said it couldnt be fixed till next day i either take it like that or wait till next day never paid attention to size cause she was gonna put on short sleeve i figured it would be short sleeve thy showed me when i ordered they just cut sleeves off and it was so 4 didnt make it right just said sorry ur unhappy
