I was a new patient but felt like I had been going there for years! Everyone was so kind and treated me like a friend. Holli was a professional technician who knows her stuff and made the appointment fun! Christina and Holli helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I absolutely LOVE! Highly recommend!

We have been here 3 times now for my toddler and let me just say I love it here. Dr. Lisa Januskey and the staff there are always so happy and helpful. Finding an eye care place as a college student can be daunting! But, this team here was spectacular and it was a great experience overall. Dr. Tran was phenomenal and explained everything very well and was very personable. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I booked an appointment based on them telling me that my insurance covered the visit. After the visit, they told me they made a mistake, and my insurance didnt cover it, and billed my for the appointment. Seems dishonest, since I never would have seen them if I knew they didnt take my insurance. When I told them I didnt think I should pay for their mistake, they told me they would speak with their office manager. I didnt hear back, and then a month later I get a letter from a collections agency.This is a dishonest practice

Excellent customer service still exists. I recently visited the Precision Eyecare in College Station without an appointment. It was a few minutes before they closed, and Kevin, Kyle, and Brittany went above and beyond to successfully fix a pair of glasses with a broken side piece. They had tried several ways to repair and when I had resigned it was not fixable, Kevin and Kyle still wanted to try one more thing ... they found a frame from some spare parts that lined up to match my frames ... and in record time (and 2 mins before closing) repaired the glasses!! The new piece is actually cuter than the original. Well done...and thank you again!!!

Dr. J is an awesome eye doctor. She has been my eye doctor for several years. She takes excellent care of you during the visit and takes extra time if needed. Each time my contact prescription changes she will see you as many times that is needed to make sure he contacts work for you. Dr Tran, Morgan and Christina at Precision Eye Care are second to none. I had an awesome experience today and I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs. Morgan was very personable and nice to talk to while she was assisting Dr Tran. Dr Tran made me feel comfortable during my exam and was very honest with me. I haven’t been to an eye doctor in a very long time and I needed his professional and honest concerns. Christina assisted me in picking out my new glasses. She was very honest with me on how the frames looked on my face and was super sweet. I just met her but talking to her felt like talking to a lifelong friends. Even though I can’t speak on personal experience with the rest of the team, I have no doubt they are right up there with the 3 mentioned above as far as experience, kindness and professionalism.

I had a great experience with Precision Eye Care! Dr. Januskey is always incredibly thorough and my last visit was no exception. She always takes the time to diagnose every possible issue and explains things in detail. The staff is terrific and they make a visit to the eye doctor as pleasant an experience as possible. If you have any kind of complicated vision issues, you need to skip those $59 cookie-cutter eyeglass places with the free eye exam and go to a place with an actual professional optometrist.

This place was quick and easy! I was in and put on 30 minutes! I told them from the get go, I wanted an updated prescription to order my online contacts and they were fully on board! Overall, please with the service and professionalism within the faculty!

The learning curve can sometimes be a bit steep, but when you walk out able to see with enough clarity to realize youre looking at raindrops in the air- its worth it.

The staff and Doc were great given COVID safety measures. However, I called about picking up a second pair of specialty contacts that are already paid for/no follow up with doc needed, but was told I have to have an appointment a week from now. This, for a pick up that they could hand me through the door, no need to enter the business. I am all for safety measures, but customer service needs should be balanced with safety. This is nonsense.Edit: showed up for the appointment and the lady acted like she didnt know what I meant, then literally stuck the box out of the door at me. Like I asked them to do a week ago. Very poor customer service.

I was a first time patient recently had a great overall experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable customer service excellent I appreciate when I call them its a direct line and not some lousy automated system spoke with Kyler great gal I was in and out of there in under an hour. I didnt purchase any glasses there because Im a cheap person and dont need name brand glasses but they definitely had a lot of the big names there Ray Ban, Gucci,Calvin Klein etc. Im definitely going to return there.

The woman who brought me back was very welcoming and spent quite a while with me when picking out my glasses. She even looked up different styles on the computer for me! Dr. Tran was amazing as always and really took the time to explain my diagnosis. I had a late appointment, so I was worried I wouldnt be treated with the same courtesy and respect earlier appointments receive. I was so wrong!
