I cannot reiterate enough how amazing my experience was with Juan at this dealership. We are from Georgia, found (literally) the best deal in the entire country from what I could find with an online search. Every other dealer was marking this model up ridiculously over value. Juan and the manager(s) made this a super easy transaction with tons of pictures, video, FaceTime phone calls and made me feel like I was the only customer for the entire time. I cannot thank them enough!!! Highly recommend this Mercedes dealer, no matter where you are located in the US, I promise you won’t regret it!!!

Typical shady/sketchy sales pitch that would normally be expected from a lower end dealership, but it confirms why this dealerships inventory remains so low as other Mercedes dealerships avoid transactions with them as well. Sales rep and manager refused to be transparent and thus once again I will be driving to the Woodlands to purchase the same vehicle.

I want to Thank Kelly Morgan for a great sales experience. We saw a car that met our expectations one early morning and send in an email to the dealership. Kelly must be an early person as she immediately responded by 7am and within a few short hours, we finalized the deal. Although we were 200 miles away, Kelly made it simple, easy and straightforward to deal with!We drove down that afternoon and got to meet a pleasant and courteous Kelly in person. Paperwork/financing was ready to go as promised and we took ownership of our car and were on our way home! I purchased a brand new car from this company on October 21 and on November 18 the motor locked up without warning. I spoke with the General Manager Dan Tote and he did say they could replace the motor but they will not give me another vehicle and I will just have to wait for a new motor to be put into the car. I traded in a car and put $2500 down!!! I feel like I am being taken advantage of.
I’m a long time “car guy”.... I’ve owned dozens of exotic and luxury cars and even prior to College Station getting a Mercedes Benz dealer, I had owned a half dozen Mercedes and made the grueling commute to Austin or Houston for service.Needless to say I love the brand!...almost as much as Ferrari. When the new dealership opening coincided ~roughly with the new G Wagon becoming available, I promised my wife to be first in line to order her a new one. Dan really stepped up and got us exactly what we wanted in a reasonable timeline. When we took delivery I told the guys, including David, I needed a new daily driver but wanted a CPO car with a long warranty! Shortly thereafter, he called me up with exactly the car I asked for in exactly the colors I wanted!!! Much to my disappointment, it turns out my dream daily driver was just not the car for me.... I couldn’t do it. It was a great car but I had just made an awful mistake. They were super cool!!! I’m sure they sold the car but after talking it thru, David found the “New” dream daily driver, a car that’s MUCH harder to find, and I brought it home today!!!Given the relative rarity and desirability, and the super awesome CPO warranty and financing, I was expecting to pay high retail but only after bringing the car home did I really realize what an awesome deal they made me!!!And they even took my very unusual trade!!I can’t say enough good things about both my car buying experiences in the past 6 months at College Station Mercedes!!Dan and David ROCK!!!

We were 150 miles from home on I-45 when the tire pressure alarm came on. Literally, 2 minutes later we got a 2nd alarm, for a DIFFERENT tire, and both lost all pressure - we needed 2 new tires. The closest Mercedes dealer was Mercedes Benz of College Station . It was 4:30 and the soonest the tow truck could get us there was around 6, and that’s when the service dept closed. Called them to let them know we were coming, and to ask if there was a close by hotel. That’s when the miracle happened- the service rep went to his manager who got on the line. He told me they would stay open until we got there so we could get home that night!!! Could not believe it. Who does that in today’s world? Well, I guess Mercedes Benz of College Station does!! The service manager, service rep and a technician stayed till 8pm getting us back on the road. Can you believe it? It’s payback time - my next Mercedes, I have had 6 over the years, will be purchased at Mercedes Benz of College Station, that’s a promise I will definitely keep.Terry W.
Had an appointment bright and early this morning to figure out why a feature in my car wasnt working properly. Turned out I needed a new battery! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Javier was the one helping me out and he made sure I was fully aware of what was going on and kept me updated while the battery was being changed. We retired and moved here in mid-2018 (from Corpus Christi), and brought my wifes immaculate (low mileage-80K) silver 2004 C230 with us. It was serviced regularly serviced at the Corpus Benz dealer, the vehicle was well cared for by their Service Manager Mr. Morris. But in 2016, we had a CHECK ENGINE light warning on the dashboard and spark plugs ands wires were replaced. The CHECK ENGINE repaired in early 2018 and the crankcase valve and hose were replaced, so we head to Aggieland. Since we dont drive the car that often, the CHECK ENGINE warning reappeared late last year in 2019. We took the car to the local Mercedes service department and our Service Manager (JAVIER SANCHEZ) and his mechanic chased the proverbial needle in the haystack and the diagnostics pinpointed the problem with the fuel injectors, primarily on cylinder #3. After 4 years, of chasing this CHECK ENGINE light gremlin, the car runs great. Mega Kudos the outstanding diligence, expertise and professionalism from Javier Sanchez and their mechanics!!!!

I recently bought a new car here. The entire sales process was very professional, pleasant, and efficient. Nathan, the sales person, helped to guide me to the car I ended up buying; Kaley took her time to explain many features of the car; and Brian made the financial part pleasant. All in all, I had a great experience here and am delighted with my new car!
I usually go to MB of the Woodlands but now that this dealership is open, decided to give them a try. It was easy to schedule an online appt and Nathan Smith was my advisor. Got there early but check in was prompt and the whole facility is tastefully done. Nathan was both very courteous and professional, already had my vehicle history printed out, explained the details of the service to be performed and the time it will take and I was on my way. Got a call about 4 hours later that my car was ready and since I had told him I was planning on going out of town for the weekend, offered me the option of leaving it there for the weekend if I wanted to. Spotlessly washed, paperwork ready and on my way in 5 min. Very impressed with Nathan and also had the chance to meet Javier, I am very pleased and have found my new service advisor in Nathan and my new dealership.
Bought my first Mercedes last month and expected a different buying experience than past car purchases. And wow did I get it . Kelly Morgan did and outstanding job finding me the car for me. Starting with our great sales rep Pablo Vasquez who answer all our questions, I was very pleased with how helpful and professional he was as well as honest. The facility ordered the wrong part resulting in the need for an additional follow up. Additionally the keys had to be looked at twice for battery. These were small complications that could be understood. However, there was an additional part the facility was to check on and touch back with further information. They both failed to follow up as well as to respond to customer follow up. Combined this facility has a long way to go in both customer and quality of service. Hopefully the Woodlands dealership will do a better job.A representative of the dealership followed up pertaining to the information listed above. This was sincerely appreciated leading to an adjustment in rating the review. While there remains room for improvement, the dealership appears to make every effort to raise their quality of service and resolve customer concerns.

What a rip off! I was excited to have a dealership in College Station. Tried to make an appointment for my B service. They wanted to charge me over $900. I even asked the guy to check the price and make sure he was charging me for the right type of vehicle. I spoke to the Mercedes-Benz in Georgetown and they are only going to charge me $399 for the same service.
WOW!! This dealership is top notch. My wife and I came in to look at a C300. I came alone yesterday to see if it was even an option. I was greeted promptly and offered an array of refreshments and made to feel right at home. My sales associate was Juan Carlos Paramo. He came right out and took me over to the car immediately. This guy is amazing he went over every detail and function of this vehicle ALL of them it was awesome! We came today to sign and purchase and again everyone here was amazing! Their finance manager Bryan Badger went over everything with us and explained and answered any and all questions on a way we could understand no car sales person up selling or any of that. He was able to keep our payments where we needed them. They have an amazing Chai Tea as well I am just saying. These guys really care for their customers and personable and relatable. Thank you again for making everything such a smooth and easy process!!!!

We stopped in to see if we could bring our GLE300d there for the prepaid maintenance since we had purchased it at another dealership. Every sales and service person we met was just exceptional as well as when we returned for the maintenance appointment. The invoice we received that listed all the items that were checked during the maintenance appointment was the most detailed invoice we have ever received. They even checked all the seatbelts to make sure they were operating correctly! And the complimentary car wash is car detailing! It was incredible! The Brazos Valley has an incredible gem of a dealership in their own backyard. They have truly lived up to the philosophy of “The best or nothing”.
