Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I wanted to buy a bike from them so I asked them to build it. After they had built something came up and I couldn’t buy the bike anymore. They were so nice and allowed me to cancel my order, and even refused when I offered to pay them 20$ to make up for it.

Quick tune up was done, addressed some issues I was having, and quoted me out on some upgrade. The guys were nice, helpful and Ill be coming back! Thanks!

Conner at Aggieland Cycling Is AMAZING!!! We ordered a bike from an online company. It was a Christmas present for a niece. As expected, the bike arrived unassembled just before Christmas. Instructions said assembly takes about 97 minutes. Fifteen hours in, we all were so frustrated, we gave up. We called Aggieland Cycling two days before Christmas, profusely apologizing to the young man on the line (Conner). He was so kind, patient and encouraging. He told us to bring it in; he would see what he could do. A few hours later, Conner called. They had the bike assembled and ready to go!!! Prices were reasonable. Service was excellent. And the staff - especially Conner - were absolutely amazing. I will tell all our friends about Aggieland Cycling. They have gained lifelong, loyal new customers!!! Thanks, Aggieland Cycling!!!

Excellent service! They replaced the retention bolt on my crank shaft whereas bike barn tried selling me a whole new crank set.Its a no brainer, go to a place with mechanics who know bikes rather than a place that just tries to match everything for aesthetics sake.Thanks so much for the help!

I cannot rave about this place enough! Their staff is so nice and friendly, and they provide quick and efficient service! The atmosphere is very welcoming. I got my bike here and the discounts they provide are lifesaving.I love coming back here because I know that 1) I will be done within 15 min and 2) the staff will treat me kindly (even though Ive go there almost too often) and 3) they never try to sell me on anything extra. I seriously love, love, love this place!

Rod and his staff did a fantastic job with my bike. They did all the repairs the same day I dropped it off. Their service was great, everyone was friendly, and Ill definitely go back for any future cycling needs.

When placing a order they are pretty quick in getting it back. And they are just as inexpensive as Walmart on tubes for a 26 in. Tire. Plus they mount it for nothing. They guys are all awesome. I had a bad tire took it in paid for a new one it had a leak called and they said bring it back in this week they will look at it. And replace if needed for nothing.

One star for the guy who told me that my bike was not ready when I got there to pick it up when they told me it was ready for pickup when I called. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in instead I was stared at and then he “assumed I was with another customer” who was already in the store before me. That customer was asking about where his brake pads were. They were on there when he dropped off the bike but now you want him pay $10 for more and ask him why would you take them off? Never again.

Ive been to all three of the main bike shops in the B/CS area and Aggieland Cycling is by far the best. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I recently purchased a new bike and I never felt as though they were trying to over sell me something I didnt need. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and put me on a bike that fit my needs. Never did I feel like they took advantage of my lack of expertise, but instead they took the time to educate me about my bike and the sport. Bikes from Aggieland Cycling come with lifetime tune ups which is a huge money saver. They have in my opinion, the best selection of accessories and bikes in B/CS! Go visit them!

Went there at the end of March 2017 for the first time. Nice store and great customer service. I showed up five minutes after they officially closed, but when I explained I just needed a pair of cable cutters, they let me in, no problem. While I was there I mentioned I needed a specific barrel adjuster for my rear derailleur. They found one in the back and gave it to me for free (maybe they just wanted me out at that point).If I lived on this end of town, Id definitely go back for my bicycle needs.

Ill never shop anywhere else for my cycling needs. I bought my first bike from Aggieland in 1993 as well as several more over the years. They are the best in town! Best attitude, best deals, best mechanics...you get the point. Theyve been serving B/CS since 1982 and are now helping their 3rd generation of Aggies with bikes, accessories, and maintenance. Shop elsewhere and youre cheating yourself.

I recently made the decision to buy a bicycle for recreation and exercise. I havent ridden a bicycle in years and knew that theyve changed a lot since I had. I had a list of features that I wanted but other than that, I had no clue where to start. I stopped in to Aggieland Cycle and spoke to Connor. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and after listening to my list of needs, he immediately showed me a great bicycle that checked all the boxes. He never tried to upsell or push something that I didnt need and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bike he pointed out was well under what I expected to pay. I didnt buy that day, but instead came back a few days later to make my purchase. On this visit, Cade helped me find the right size frame for the particular bicycle. Cade took the time to let me ride several different frame sizes and was very patient and helpful in making sure the bike fit me just right. He showed me several different accessories that I may have been interested in, but was never pushy. Cade also explained, just as Connor had done, exactly what the manufacturers warranty on my particular bike was as well as the fact that Aggieland Cycle offers free maintenance on the bikes they sell. I cant imagine how my experience with Aggieland Cycle could have been any better. They have earned a customer for life.

By far the best bike shop in the BCS area. Great selection, great prices, and very friendly people. They traded in my used bike for a great price on a brand new one and even threw in a kickstand for free.

Andrew and Myka and crew are the best at what they do. Very knowledgeable but not beyond geeky. If you are not having all of yo ur cycling work and needs done here, you are going to the wrong joint.

Fast service and they provide specials all-month, every month. Bought a nice light set for a pretty good price.

Very good service. Pretty quick depending on how many customers they have. Sort of inconveniently located but that is just my opinion.

I usually come here when i need something quick and easy. Today I needed to change the cleats, I could have done it myself, but Im always to support local shops and also those shop that helps students. Before going in, I marked the shoes to not change anything in my bike fit. I went in and asked for a replacement, i told this guy to do it wisely and place the cleats with spacers and in the right spots (as marked). He changed it, i checked, they were not where they were supposed to be, i had to do it myself. At the end i was charged for the installment and once on the way home i stopped to check again...one of the spacer was gone...i headed back to the store...this guy had no idea and he couldnt find my second spacer. Anyway bad experience! If you spend lots of money and time for a bike fit, make sure you dont go to Aggieland Cycling for something related to it.

Well I must say I was VERY disappointed when I took my bike in to have a tune-up. I had taken another bike in and when I received it it was spit shined and very well cleaned. This last bike I had in there was almost as dirty as whenever I brought it in. When I had the guy look at it he said that stuff I was seeing was stuck on it yet I could wipe it off with my finger in front of him. I just think that $159 your bike should have been really wiped down. There was still Gunk and grime in between the forks that you could tell someone just halfway cleaned it. Grant it it was pretty dirty from sitting stored in the garage for several years however I can wipe it off better than it was cleaned off. And for that price it should have looked good.The guy did offer to take it back in and look at it but I already had it loaded on my bike rack and was ready to go. Now Im a little skeptical as to whether what they said was done to it actually was done to it. I guess Ill find out when I write it.. Im not sure if Ill be back.
