Ariel and the team there are awesome! Id been on the waiting list since the beginning of July for hail repair with another six months to go at the Bryan location. They referred me to the College Station location and after talking with Ariel, they got me in the next day! Within a week I got my car back, dent free. Fantastic customer service! Everything went smoothly and Id highly recommend them!

Customer service from the girls that answer the phone was sub par. They made you feel like they had much more important things going on and you were a bother to them. The repair from quote, repair to completion was stellar. And my car was returned detailed. Very happy with the work.

I went to Caliber at the recommendation of a friend. Hadn’t used these guys before but I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Had an issue with the driver-side door-hinge. Took it into Caliber and talked through the issue with Josh. He had the part ordered, replaced and cleaned up in great time. Looks like the new part came straight off the factory line. These guys do great work. Very professional. Straight and to the point, no unnecessary charges or ridiculous quotes. Highly recommend using Caliber. Ask for Josh! He’ll get you taken care of.

My skid plate was dragging, they were so helpful and nice. They put the skid plate back in place with some clips and they did it at no charge. Good customer service overall, very nice workers.

Went in for the appraisal but they were booked out for a few weeks for the repair. While I was there an opening opening came up and I could have gone in earlier than expected. Unfortunately I had to leave town for an emergency. Fortunately they have shops nationwide. I called the shop in Wisconsin and scheduled service there. I have been taken care of by the shop in Wisconsin with very good service so I am confident the service here would be in line with the experience in Wisconsin.

Tiffany in the office is AMAZING!!!!! Every time I call up there, I get her and she is always so polite and helpful!!! One of our company trucks was taken there and Tiffany was on top of everything and got us taken care of!!!

My daughter had some minor damage to her 2018 Honda CR-V and Joshua Castillo did an amazing job for us! This was her first experience with anything going wrong with her car. They did not fix everything that happened during the accident and they had my car for about two weeks. I took it by to show them and they didn’t seem to care. I tried to call them to follow up and heard nothing back. The repair work looks good a few feet away, but I have noticed small things around where they worked that was not there before. Everyone was very nice and they even cleaned my car when they were done with it, but won’t take my car back.

I’ve never had worse service before. In the beginning they were very nice to me. I called to get a update on my vehicle and I was told the motor was being pulled that day and it should be ready for pickup by mid week the next week. I called back the next Wednesday or Thursday and the story changed to the motor hasn’t even been pulled yet. After that it was extremely difficult to get any one to actually return my calls and tell me what was going on with my vehicle. Literally no one would return my call. When they did call back they would blame my insurance company stating they were waiting to hear back from them. I called my insurance company who said they had received nothing from this company. They continued to blame my insurance company and continued to give me the run around. The manager didn’t seem to care at all and I even attempted to call the corporate office and they wouldn’t return my calls either. The person I dealt with did a terrible job of communicating with me. I didn’t have a vehicle for over a month with no clue of what was actually happening with my vehicle. Once insurance called me to tell me it was totaled I went to get my stuff out of my vehicle and the service representative totally avoided me. Instead of bringing me the keys he intentionally went outside and put them in my vehicle and didn’t even relay that message to the receptionist. Take your business elsewhere

I recently had some minor damage on my 2018 Honda CR-V so I took it in to get an estimate today and Joshua Castillo was able to come out and look at my car and get it all fixed in less than 30 minutes. I have never had to bring in my car for any type of issue before, but Joshua Castillo made the process very easy and stress-free for me. I highly recommend Joshua and this business for any of your car troubles.

Late 2020, I took my car in for an estimate. This started a series of ignored phone calls, failed emails and repeated lies from managers to technicians telling me that my parts were ordered. Once the parts were “received” they managed to keep my car for a better part of a month without actually making the repairs on my car.The work was horrible and the repair that I paid out of pocket for is still not fixed correctly. I would not recommend this establishment for any repairs whatsoever. They do not care and have zero integrity. I should have gone to Jack Winslow as recommended by other consumers.The reviews are correct about the poor quality and service. If I could give negative stars I would.

We took our car here because we had 2 claims- 2 separate drivers backed into our driver side and rear driver side door. Josh was one of the people to help us. Right after they fixed the door, a completely separate issue came up with the car and Josh still very generously offered to take a look at it for us to see if he could do anything to help. And he helped us immensely.When explaining all of the issues in the car, I appreciated how Josh took the time to properly break things down and explain in terms I could understand. He also conveyed why things needed to be done a particular way. As a female, my dad always told me not to trust mechanics/car people because they are going to rip me off. Josh did not make me feel that way at all and was super courteous, very well spoken and so generous with his time. He was so respectful. I absolutely recommend working with him.The office overall is pretty upbeat and the front desk person, I think her name is Tiffany, is so pleasant. She is a great multitasker and never lets her tasks overwhelm her. She is always laughing or happy when I see her. We have also worked with Joaquin who is similarly good at explaining what is wrong with the car and has been extra helpful. Anytime we have a claim, we go here for service. They all deserve a raise.

Great experience. On my first visit they detailed what work I needed, a timeline, and handled all of the insurance. When i dropped the car off, they drove me back home so I wouldnt have to uber. I was involved in an accident and my bumper was damaged. The responsible partys insurance referred me to Caliber for repairs and rental. From the beginning they were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. There was an issue with my rental which was 100% NOT their fault and Bobby the Enterprise rep. was kind, understanding, and didnt break a sweat. He took care of everything with a smile and a few jokes along the way.Tiffany the Office Manager is one of the coolest people ever. She was extremely down to earth, but maintained her professionalism. She was right on target assisting other customers and continuing to monitor my situation (rental) and assist without request. Again, I have to say, she too did everything with a smile and a couple of jokes. I must also add... this lady knows her stuff! #girlpowerJoaquin was my service advisor and he deserves a raise. My repairs were scheduled during spring break which means (longest repair time ever). Jokes on me. My text message indicated Rosa (my vehicles name; Dont judge) would be ready by 3.22.21. Rosa was ready to rock and roll on 3.12.21. I turned her in on 3.9.21!! Joaquin stayed in communication with me and had my vehicle ready in rapid timing.I would like to thank the painter Jeremiah and Chris the technician for their assistance as well. Thank you for being so great and hopefully we wont see you again. However, if I ever need vehicle repairs due to an accident, Ill definitely choose you!!!

This place should be avoided at all cost. From start to finish it has been a calamity of errors. Nobody calls you and let’s you know anything at all. When I called or my daughter who is a student calls not one single time did we get a return call or and answer to our questions. The finished late and then did not let us know the car was finished for 4 days. You know who they did tell it was done was the insurance company who was paying for our rental car. This caused us to incur 4 days of a rental car out of our pocket. This place should be rated a negative 10 in my book. I would drive 100 miles away to use some place else rather that use this place again. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I had my car towed to them a full month ago, they told me in advance two weeks ago that my car would be done last Friday or this Monday and still no car. Now, I live an hour away. I went to see how far along they were and I was told I couldn’t look at my car and it would be all day to put the bumper back on. If they end up waiting until last minute I will change this to a 1 star.

I had to find a place to fix my car after a car accident, and since I wanted a auto shop that had a warranty on there work. I live in CS so I knew they were close to me. I am so glad I did choose them. I went to take my car, Joaquin was the service advisor and he always keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I was also able to pick up the Enterprise car rental there, which is nice. My car was ready, and I picked up, looked at the repairs and I was impressed with how they even clean and detail the outside of car. I hit a deer. They replaced the bumper and related parts on my truck. The job was done early and the truck was vacuumed when they returned it. Her “nose job” looks nice.…And, now July 2021, I had an issue where part of the bumper came loose on my nephew’s car that I’m driving. Took it in for an estimate and Josh took it back immediately and fixed it. No charge!! Great customer service!

Staff extremely helpful. My daughters car was towed overnight and the key dropped in their key box. The following morning they call me to fill the online authorization which was very painless. My insurance company took care of everything and I only had to pay the deductible to get a new bumper in a couple of days.Their office has free candy and a popcorn machine. Bathrooms were cleaned and personal (capacity of one person at a time)

1. They had me on the HAIL DAMAGE REPAIR LIST for over 3 months.2. I had to REPEATEDLY CALL to see if my number in line was coming up.3. Then here recently, I was told by the MANAGER that the REPAIR TEAM was NO LONGER IN COLLEGE STATION, and my TRUCK would have to be REPAIRED IN HOUSTON, TEXAS, AND WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 1 MONTH OR MORE TO GET BACK !I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!

I have found Caliber Collision folks to be absolutely wonderful in prompt scheduling, high quality delivery and courtesy! While others were giving estimates of $300-$500, their work was done in less than $100, and that too in a very timely fashion (as scheduled). The associate even had several inputs about how I could myself alter/change/do somethings to improve my car. I recommend them very highly!!

They were okay, except they didnt keep very good records of if they received payment or not from the insurance company, they seem to to think its okay to double charge the customer after already receiving payment from the insurance company. It was kind of shady to me, especially since I saw that they were paid, and the company asked for the same payment from consumer..I did not like that luckily my insurance company stayed on top of it, and refunded us, and took care of the payment they sent to caliber.

I came to inquire about the severity of a body scratch on the front quarter panel of my truck, I was curios if it could be buffed out or if other, more expensive services were needed. They took the truck to the back, right away and buffed the scratches caused by a dog chasing a cat up the truck to see if further service would be needed at no charge. Unfortunately all of the scratch didn’t buff out and a little more work was needed, but I was so impressed with the prompt customer service, I will return to have the work completed here! We have had a very good experience at this place. From start to finish and after, the service has been top notch. It took more time than we expected but it was due to non availability of parts as it was a 2020 Charger. Collette, the service adviser was wonderful and Cale the General Manager of the shop was absolutely expectional. We were kept informed of the progress and Cale worked with me to have the car shipped from College Station to Brownsville TX . After I got the vehicle and I noticed an issue and I informed him, he made arrangements at a local workshop to take care of the problem. I have yet to go because of the shelter in place in Brownsville, but this reflects his professionalism and looking out for his customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision, College Station, Tx.

I was in a tussle in getting some unexpected damage corrected by a repair shop in San Antonio, TX.The Caliber Collision team coordinated with my insurance to get this all squared away. The team here in College Station is amazing! I mean, I guess you should only expect nothing but the best service in Aggieland.Thank you to everyone on the team and management that made this happen. I highly recommend this facility, I was put through hell and high water elsewhere, but these folks were my much needed saving Grace.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. The only reason I took my business to Caliber Collision was because my insurance recommended I go there. BIG MISTAKE. Their employees do not communicate with one another at all. Every time I would call for a status update on my vehicle, no one seemed to know a thing. At one point I was told that they couldnt find any information regarding my vehicle! And it does not stop there. After getting my car back, I discovered that some wires for the computer had been left DISCONNECTED. Soon after, I was stranded in a parking lot because my car wouldnt start. Not only did they leave wires disconnected, but they didnt connect the battery properly either!!! Luckily Caliber Collision took responsibility for this issue and towed my vehicle back to their shop to be repaired again. They repaired my vehicle and I picked it up the following day. It has been 7 days since the SECOND repair by Caliber Collision and once again, my car will not start. It seems as though this business is owned and operated by toddlers. Avoid them at all costs.

Its been very tough to communicate with their team. When calling for vehicle status updates, the call backs would take quite a while or would come the next day. While it was in the process of being finished, each day I would get a call saying it would be done the next day.That went on for about 3 to 4 days. It wasnt the end of the world, but when you have the rental car company hounding you for their vehicle back and no set timeline to give them, it becomes a bit annoying of a situation.After the repair was complete, shortly after, two of my brake lights went out. They replaced one of the tail lights completely during the repair, so it seems like it might be related.Again, getting a hold of them has been tough. The vehicle currently cant be driven without risk of being rear ended. Ive had to move on to a different shop to get the repair looked at, but I am definitely dissapointed about the response from this shop.Once I get the diagnosis, and if it seems to be the fault of a poor installation, I hope Ill be able to work with Caliber to get this corrected, but right now my hopes arent high.For the hail damage, they did a good job changing out the panels on my car and they returned the car washed and detailed, which was highly appreciated. My only issue is with their communication.

The hailstorm last night reminded me of the abysmal service and treatment this location provided. Amanda threw a hissy fit at me for giving me a poor rating and refused to assist me with completing the rest of the car repairWhen they finished the 2nd time, their technicians wiped their muddy boots all over my floor mats.Tldr: This place is filled with sharks. Take your business elsewhere.

I wasn’t sure where i was going to go to get my repairs done but since my experience was great I am taking my car there for my repairs! Hope the repairs are as good as the team! 😆

Waited 2 weeks for a call back from service manager just to get an appointment. Assumed this would be the kinda service I would received through the whole process so took my car elsewhere! Left 4 messages and an email never got a call back until I said I was going somewhere else. Every time you call, your immediately put on hold. I don’t have time to wait around for service like that.
