I ended up not being able to get my car fixed here because of the insurance company of the at-fault driver (Bluefire is horrible), but they were incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole experience. I cant recommend this place enough. Youll see a lot of reviews on here mention TC, and theres a reason for that! Ive never met someone so genuinely friendly in the auto repair industry. Went by to get an estimate after a little fender bender this morning. They were so nice. Got a quick estimate. So reassuring in the process. I will be getting it fixed there! Moe is great.

Nice team members, but they got in my 6ft space (leaned in my car maskless), and wore masks only upon request. They also required I use their pen and notepad to write down info. I take Covid seriously and expect much more from businesses. I didn’t spend a year social distancing so somebody can ruin it all by getting in my personal space and breathing in my car. I was very upset.

The facility was filled with insurance adjusters due to the recent hail storm. I was in and out in a total 10 minutes to get my estimate.

My 2019 Corolla got rear ended by a big truck, they were fix it in a timely manner. The staff were very professional but friendly.Car looks good as new now thanks to them!

I can not say enough about how great my experience with Brazos Valley Collision was. Gilbert, the man assigned to my car, was the sweetest, most helpful guy. Being a young college girl I was not sure of everything I needed to do when I accident scrapped my car against a boulder. He walked me through everything. My car was there for about two weeks and he answered all the questions I had and kept me updated. There were a few problems with incorrect parts that came in, but they were sure to fix the problem promptly and still get everything done. I was having to pay for a rental car out of pocket and when the repair got delayed they offered to let me drive a loaner they had. This was a God sent because it saved me a lot of time, money, and hassle. Then, two weeks later, I had a small child scratch my car with a piece of wood. Gilbert was able to take my car for only one day and had all the scratches polished out when another place said they could get only about 80% out for $200! They even washed and vacuumed my car when it was all done with. I would highly recommend anyone go here if they are in need of body work. All of the people I interacted with were amazing and although my situation was not the best, Gilbert and the staff made it better in the end.

Great experience!Disclaimer: I did not get my car fully serviced here.I came in looking to get a quote on a repair on my car, for removal of a large dent on my right fender that wouldnt allow my right side passenger door to open, and replacement of the part. The staff member I met with was very friendly and not overly aggressive on trying to earn my business. He was courteous, and took care of me quickly. He gave me an honest assessment of my situation and gave me the best advice he could, considering if he were in my shoes, even if it involved me getting my vehicle serviced elsewhere. On top of it all, he was able to remove the dent and get my door working again as a courtesy to me at no cost!!So in my short experience, this gentleman treated me like family and wanted the best for me financially and for my car. In the future, I plan on returning to Brazos Valley Collision Center. Thanks!

I took my car here in late 2018. Mo, TC, and Gilbert were all awesome and very friendly, and the repairs done on my car were great. However, the organization at this establishment is NOT in good shape and made dealing with them very difficult. I was told that the repairs on my car would take 7 days, and I scheduled a day to drop my car off over the phone with the receptionist. I dropped my car off on said day, and called 3 days later just to make sure they were working on my car. The receptionist had no idea that I had dropped my car off and apparently did not even know that I was scheduled to drop it off on the day that I did... even though we had confirmed on the phone that she had written it down in her calendar. She even asked me where in the parking lot I had left it... so they literally had NO IDEA WHERE MY CAR WAS when they were supposed to be working on it. They ended up having my car for OVER A MONTH (and didnt start working on it until 2 weeks after I had dropped it off, due to irresponsibility and poor scheduling by the receptionist) when the repairs were only supposed to take 7 days. I almost forgot to mention- I had the damage appraised by Allstate and they gave BV Collision a packet with detailed information about the damage and the check. The receptionist told me they had it before I dropped my car off, but about a week into my car being at the shop called me and aggressively told me she never received it (after I asked her to please look again, she found it under a pile of paper on her desk. Unbelievable.) Even though they did great work on my car and the people working on my car were so knowledgeable and kind, I do not think this body shop is worth the headache of dealing with a rude and horrifically disorganized front desk.

Had to pay out of pocket for a fender-bender. Moe kept me notified during the work, he showed me what they were replacing and explained what was wrong with it, and most importantly i paid exactly what we agreed to when it was over. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Brazos Valley Collision Center knocked it out of the park! The work they did to repair my car was outstanding, and done in a very timely manner. The body work was great, and the paint blending is perfection. My car was super clean when I got it back. Even the inside was vacuumed, wow! The staff sent me regular text updates that kept me in the loop, as to the progress of my repair. Gilbert was wonderful to work with, and very knowledgeable in handling my insurance claim. They turned my painful situation of having a wrecked vehicle, into a very positive outcome. I highly recommend this center for any collision repairs you need, you wont regret it.

I had my vehicle repaired at the beginning of the year. The repairs took 58 days, almost 2 months to complete. The reason they said they took so long was because the transmission they had ordered had issues, and this was three different times. Which the insurance company only pays for 30 days. They had to order 3 different transmissions. When I finally received my vehicle(Friday afternoon), I went to visit my parents and my father noticed one of the fog lights was crooked. When I went to check on it I realized the front end was crooked or misaligned. My father also brought it to my attention that the front end completely looked different, and that is because the parts that were used were after market(a.k.a. CHEAP)I returned to the shop to show them the fog lights and that the fender was not aligned correctly. A gentleman working there stated that the damage was done recently, which highly upset me because I only had my vehicle one weekend and instead fixing the poor workmanship, they blamed me. After 2 months, the fender unattached, and when I returned to get the fender looked at, they basically just drilled a bolt to fix the problem. The job looked tacky. I took to another shop, and they basically re-did the job. which looked amazing and sturdy, not flimsy and cheap. I will never allow this shop to do any repairs for me. Very unsatisfied!

This is a top-notch body shop, first recommended to me by my insurance company. The owners, Moe & Gilbert, are honest, knowledgeable, responsible, & communicate with customers in a respectful, informative & kind way (the latter is very important in this business, since many clients are upset about the state of their cars). The work they put out is great--my car looks wonderful, & they advocate for the customer with the insurance company. Both the front office (with waiting room), & the service area are clean & pleasant. You should feel good & confident about taking your car here if you need body shop services.

Great turn around time, I brought them my Honda Civic after my bumper was torn off while I wasnt in the car! Had it back out for me in about one week. When I came to pick it back up, the man who repaired my vehicle actually took the extra time to explain to me that my insurance filed my claim incorrectly, so they saved me around $250 off my insurance! When I went to get a repair quote, I spoke with Moe, and he was nice and very professional. He gave me a very detailed break down of the repairs, and the cost associated with each repair. I was able to have all my questions answered, and I felt assured that Moe would handle my repairs in a professional manner. After seeing the other reviews of Brazos Valley Collision Center, Im surprised at the poor service other customers have experienced. Bravos Valley Collision Center did an amazing job at repairing my car, and I will definitely return if I ever need any more repairs.

I took my car there after a little fender bender. I got rear ended at a stop sign, causing my bumper to be crushed a bit with paint damage. I worked with Hani, and he was great! The estimate was spot on, and he got it done faster than expected. I’d definitely go back, but hopefully I never have too....

Our 2010 Odyssey was hit from the rear and severely damaged. Brazos Valley Collision Center did a superb job making repairs. The Odyssey looks better (it is a 2010) than it has in years. They delivered a great repair job in one week (had to order multiple parts).

Came here to have my front bumper and headlight replaced. Dropped it off on a Monday afternoon, they told me it would be ready Tuesday of the next week and it was. They even offered to give me a ride home. Picking up the car was painless. I was greeted and served as soon as I walked in. They were washing my car as I arrived and while I was waiting I was approached by several employees making sure I had been helped.Im hoping Ill never have the need to visit another body shop but if I do this place will be my first choice.

This shop is the best in town. My car was totaled this summer. They took care of her and made her look and run good as new. Three to four months later, my brake light went out and I needed a pinstripe replaced (it had accidentally been overlooked in my previous visit, but they addressed it quickly and professionally as soon as it was brought to their attention). They fixed both for free in an extremely timely manner. I didnt even make an appointment. The staff is super friendly and helpful, too! I wont take my car anywhere else.

This was a while ago, but I felt it needed to be shared. Terrible communication! They told us our car would be ready in 2 days (very minor bumper repair). After not hearing anything, on day three we called and were told that something came up and it would be ready in the next day or two. This went on for TWO WEEKS. They never contacted us, we always had to call them. When it was finally done the repair looked great and they cleaned and waxed the car which I loved. I just wish they had kept us updated on the repairs rather than promising our car would be ready the next day...for two weeks.

Great work and very friendly to deal with. Saved me lots of money on my repair, and was more knowledgeable than my insurance.

Quick and professional

Well using brazos valley was a lesson learned. Communication with this body shop is terrible. I was disappointed because of the expectations that were set with me when I originally came in to sign paperwork to get my Jeep fixed. Every single time I called, TC was either busy or not in the office excluding one time. I did get a couple brief emails as responses and phone calls when I couldn’t answer which i told the girls up front. He communicated just fine with boyfriend but when I picked my Jeep up I found out they were under the impression he was my father the whole time so maybe that explains it. They received my car on 02/09 and started working on it 02/22 and i was quoted to have it back 03/08. 03/07 I was told everything was completed excluding a headlight and the one they ordered was cracked so they were hoping to have another new one 03/08. Well on 03/08, 03/11, and 03/12 I was told parts were still not in along with a few other things which was confusing since I was told we were just waiting on a headlight. I finally picked it up today on 03/13 and was told it finished after hours on 03/12 but they couldn’t contact me which is funny considering I received an email from TC after hours before. Thankfully it’s done but my hood was not replaced, my rim that was replaced doesn’t match my other 3. My headlights which are projectors are not the same, the new headlight is dimmer than my original one. It was just a piss poor job done by this body shop for as long as it took. The only thing I can honestly give them praise for is my rental max through my insurance hit 03/09 and they did cover my rental for me until my car was completed. I say take your chances elsewhere, my experience has been miserable.

I brought my 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 into Brazos Valley Collision Center after getting into an accident with a 10-point buck. There was extensive damage to the front left side of my truck. Three weeks later they say it is ready and when I go to get the keys I noticed that my front license plate was missing (My truck had both license plates on when it came in to their shop). Now I will have to go to the tax office to get another set of license plates. Moe (the owner) said he would pay for the cost to get new plates. That never happened when I returned to have them put it on. When I opened the back doors I notice that my seats were dirty (I had my truck cleaned the day before my accident). Now I can say they did a really great job doing all of the repairs to my truck. The outside of the truck looks cleaner than when I left it. I would recommend this company even though I believe that the license plate may have gotten thrown away when they were taking apart all of the damaged parts.

They are so understanding, from the manager to staffs, and really care about their job to be perfect. Im an international student whose car was hit from the back. But it was fixed perfectly in BVCC.Thank you!

5.0 star rating 2/23/2017I have used Brazos Valley Collision Center to repair my cars after being hit in the past two years 1) by a large pickup exiting a parking lot at high speed through 2 lanes of traffic, 2) in a four-car pileup caused by a pickup driver who didnt see construction signs, and 3) this year by a driver who forgot to look before backing out of a parking space. BVCC repaired my cars in all three accidents. Their attention to detail is exemplary. In one case they even repainted the damage because they felt it wasnt done right the first time. There is no place in our area I trust more. If you want the job done right, take your car to their shop.

I brought my truck to Brazos Valley to get it repainted after another body shop in town did some shoddy work. They fixed my door and made it look brand new again. Finally, the owner Moe is an honest guy who runs a good business.

The service I received here was HORRIBLE. When I picked up my car, there were damages that were not there when I dropped it off. (broken passenger seatbelt-NOT caused by the wreck I was in, and messed up paint) I brought it in the next morning, and Fransisco was very nice, ordered the new seatbelt that I needed, and promised to fix the rest. He told me when the part would come in, and what day would be best for me to bring my car in. A few days later, I brought my car back in, and Fransisco was nowhere to be found. Moe was EXTREMELY rude to me about the whole situation, and accused me of lying about the damages. As soon as my dad showed up, Moes whole attitude changed. He apologized about the car to my dad, offered to fix everything, and said that I was simply overreacting about how rude he was to be before he got there. I do not appreciate the way I was treated after we had spent so much money there, and know that I would have been treated with more respect if I were not a young, teenage girl there alone. I would rather drive around my wrecked car than deal with this company again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I wrecked my truck on November 3rd. The front end was damaged including the fenders, hood, grille, grille guard, radiator, condenser, intercooler, and core support. I had it towed to Brazos Valley Collision where it took over a month to be ready. I live over an hour away and work two hours away, but I made almost weekly trips up to their shop, had friends go by there, and called. Moe (the owner) would always tell me he would call with information, but I would always have to call them.He told me it would be ready on Saturday, December 12th, then he said Monday the 13th. I made arrangements with work to pick up the truck on Monday, but it wasnt ready. He said it would be Tuesday (the 14th). I called around 1 PM and he acted like the truck wasnt going to b ready that day. He then said 5:30, which was after they closed.I got up there at 4:30 and they were still working on the truck. By the time I saw the truck, it was getting dark and I was checking over the mechanical aspect of it. The high beams were stuck on, but I had assumed they wired my HIDs wrong. The ac compressor didnt kick on, so they pulled the truck back around and charged it. I could hear them in the back revving the truck unnecessarily, but I didnt say anything.I pulled the truck out on the road and knew something was wrong. My EGTs were high, the truck had no power, and there was a loud air noise. I pull the truck back in and see they didnt tighten the intercooler boots and they had blown off. I fixed that in their parking lot myself.The next day, I drove the truck to work and noticed the body lines were horrible, the grille was held on by zip ties, the wrong coolant was added, and they had gouged my new headlights. I took it back on Saturday and they were supposed to fix it.Fast forward to this Saturday, I pick up the truck. There were scratches in the clearcoat, one of the fender flares was still installed wrong. The high beams were still stuck on and the coolant hadnt been changed. Moe tries to pull the truck around with my parking brake stuck on and almost stalls it several times until I run over and pop the parking brake. They fix the clearcoat and head lights and I just decide to cut my losses; the truck wont be getting any better with those idiots.I get home and change out the headlight bulbs. They had hacked up my HID harnesses, lost one of the bolts and clips to the headlight, lost a locking ring on the housing and epoxied in the bulb. My front axle vent tube was left hanging, the block heater plug was thrown in the engine bay, the battery terminals werent tightened causing my programmer to throw codes and my lift pump to intermittently stop working. They grounded both the positive and negative terminals of my winch harness to the frame. The bumper bolts were barely hand tight and one of the bolts wasnt even installed through the frame.I am very dissatisfied with their service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. They are incompetent crooks.

Shitty communication, had to bring my car back twice because they forgot parts, and couldnt even finish the repair job, also put the wrong oil in my car.

Took my car in because it was hit by a tire. Damage was done to my driver side back door. Brazos Valley did very well to repair the damages. Thanks to Moe who works there. He even cleaned the stain that was left from the repair, when I spotted the stain.

Whoever the woman is who answers the phone should be told to find another job. She is not doing your business any favors. Seems very irritated that a customer has called.
