So this evening the staff of this establishment decides to argue in front of the business outside.I’m not going to lie the female managers tone is horrible if she talk to staff that way I know she would talk to a paying customer. I witnessed the entire altercation over cones. CONES! The bar back was outside grabbing them and she came out there hollering and ordering him around likes he’s a dog. Not cool! SHE TRIED TO HIT HIM !!!All he did was reciprocate the energy she gave him. As a manger that is unprofessional and ugly that a person represents this business this way. What’s 30 age policy of the staff acts 12! Never coming back never looking twice!

I came here with my mother and aunt and was very upset by the treatment of my family and I. My aunt and mom are regulars here and they go every chance they get. We were told to leave by one of the female managers after being given a go ahead by a security guard. The establishment has an arbitrary age policy of 30 and up and the manager was drawn to a female family member. There were several people under the age of 30 in the establishment that spoke to my family members. I honestly was just confused by the circumstance. This was insane. I won’t be visiting again, I’m 30. I feel that even if they truly enforced this policy, there’s a way to speak to people. We were cornered by the manager and she gave us a play by play of our movements. Then she proceeded to tell us that we needed to leave in the most condescending, unnecessary tone I’ve ever had anyone use to speak to adults. I don’t think she saw my mother and aunt nearby, who were shocked that someone would speak to us that way. After my mother swearing that this was not normal, we decided to leave and find a better place to patronize. Just a warning if you’re considering visiting. Make sure you’re 30 at the right time of day, I guess.
Had a childhood friend come from out of town havent seen her in 30 years take her to the Smoke room and a absolute great time hospitality thats a handsome single men and women next thing I know she said she was moving to Atlanta from Detroit

Horrible place. I felt the need to post a duplicate review, because thats just how bad this place is. Some of the staff is very rude and unprofessional and it makes it an uncomfortable and uninviting place to patron. I was attacked by another patron, and didnt even get to defend myself, yet me and my party was forced to leave and pay a tab for a bottle that was still 95% full. Most disgusting experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I was there for a bday party and it was okay. The DJ wasn’t that great but a nice place. The drink I had was a little stronger than usual but who’s gonna complain about a strong drink 😜 I never smoked a cigar before and the gentleman really explained and demonstrated how to smoke one. Overall, not a bad spot with an older crowd.
This places fills quick on a Sunday night. Great place to watch a game and smoke a cigar (indoors too). Awesome service and generous pours for drinks. Catfish nuggets are delicious. I actually ordered two plates (one with fries and the second with mozzarella sticks instead) and both were gone quickly. Nice alcohol selection too (except cider)

Horrible service .The female bartender was unprofessional with a nasty attitude and no set prices and wouldnt give me back my change .I should be glad I didnt hand her a hundred right?.I definitely wouldnt go back even if the drinks were free.Im not trying to down a black woman, but it cost you nothing to be decent.
Did a visit here with some out of town guest over Labor Day Weekend And even they we’re appalled by the service or non service from the bartenders. The bartenders continuously looked passed us to take other orders. Even rolled their eyes. We had to go next door for drinks/ good service

Best cigar/Hookah lounge on the south side. Drinks are strong and cheap. Mixed crowd ages range from 25+.... Sundays/Mondays are the beat nights to go. Plenty of beautiful women in the building.
One of my favorite spots but the Wednesday night DJ (Latte) and MC gotta go. Had lots of music but no flow what so ever with his mixes. One genre or era to another within the blink of an eye. Just all over the place. And the MC is just corny. Other than that I love it especially since the live bands are back in rotation.

I love this lounge! Its attached to a bar with a full service kitchen. The humidor is awesome, and the owner is present and more than accommodating. Awesome projection screen within the lounge. Accessories and on display

Nice establishment but the worst service. I ask my waitress a very simple question regarding a food order and she turn her back. I never got the food but she then tried to bring me a bill for it with more attitude.

Its a great place for smoking hookas and cigars. The secret? The food is awesome!! Everything seems to be cooked to order so youre going to wait a min for it but once it comes?? Omg..excellent. Love the fried broccoli and wings. The salmon dinner was good too.

Very casual place to go for a cigar and drinks. The venue isnt much on presentation, but they have a good selection of cigars, the bartenders are courteous and the food is pretty good.

This spot was chosen to celebrate a co-workers birthday. What do I have to lose considering it maybe 5 miles from my house. We rolled to this spot after work from Gwinett County. Most of us live on this side of town and nothing like taking a chill on Old Nash. This place is located on the right side of this strip mall towards the back. Grown Folks Id located in the same plaza.We got there early. No problem because she gathered some tables. Glad we did because it started getting crowded quickly. First round if drinks were okay but slightly weak. We asked the server to have the next round tweaked. I dont know why these bartenders olay with folks who look like they got some experience with alcohol. Next round was perfect. We ordered food. It took forever. Had it not been for the cigars and hookah entertaining me I would have forgotten I ordered. However the whole chicken wings were good.I like this spot. Its just right. Nobody being a nuisance. Nice mix of old and new music. If you dont like smoke, do not go to this spot. That is all!!

Have you ever been so ticked off that tears come to your eyes and its only horrible service & disasterous food...see that everyday huh? No not at all !!! I have never been sopissed off about food and service as much as I am now. It took an hour for a chicken and cheese quesadilla along with a turkey burger with fries. Really??? The manager arrived shortly after us making sure to address the regulars as my companion and I sat across the bar pissed basically glaring at her and not one budge was made from her. One bartender with 13 heads (mind you Im a server so this is cake) and she did not one thing to help him as he clearly forgot our order. I feel completely disrespected, ignored & a shame that someone actually runs a business like that. Hopefully this place closes down soon I will never forgive or forget this experience. pretty sure Im going to have nightmares about this place.
