Very rude and dismissive. They keep the door locked so I knocked and a gentleman in blond dreads and bandana let me in. I planned to browse the store, however, he stopped me right inside the door and said what are you looking for. I mentioned a few products I have been considering and he said we dont have any. He then walked back to the door unlocked it opened it and stared at me. I saw a few things on the shelves that I wanted to buy, but at that point he was beckoning me out. So heres a tip, if you go there searching for something specific, be sure to say just browsing so at least you get a chance to check out the wares.

The service was amazing! Their employees really know their products! I was just there to purchase my first hookah and set, and they were able to walk me through it with any questions I had. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend!

Good prices,however the white guy with the dreads was so disrespectful because I didnt wanna put the mask he provided.i had a mask on(not a rag or cloth covering).with that being said I could never step foot in there again .lost a valuable customer.

Way over priced thin glassed junk. Won’t let you touch anything, They also will make you wear a mask over your mask. Go to Mr. smoke down the street, get something quality for less and have a much bigger selection, with less of a headache.

Shop seemed small but busy. Friendly staff. Their Covid efforts limit the number of folks in the store at one time and ask that you not touch anything as they serve you. While they didnt carry the very specific item that I was looking for, they did offer suggestions of where I might find it.

I always have a nice experience when I come here. The staff is great! They dont mind answering questions and they always give me details of any product that I may be glancing at. What tops it all is that they give you FREE stickers and matches. I mean, who doesnt like stickers?

When you walk in being watched is the only vibe you really get, cool stuff terrible customer service. Just something to chew on, I was holding trash in my hand, isnt the same as stealing, and when all of the store associates flock to your section to keep an extra eye on you, Makes you kinda think maybe they dont want certain people here, I hope management coaches around this because its an unacceptable way to run a business, making people feel unwelcome is a quick way to get shut down. Really knowledgable staff. The two gentlemen helping me had done research on a ton of what they were offering in the store. I can honestly say Ive never been to a smoke shop where the people working there knew more than I did. It was nice to be able to learn about new products and actually be able to hold them. The banger selectionary they have is awesome. Same with fancy double bubble percolating pipes, they got lots of those.

Small inventory (I think only one or two brands) when it comes to hookahs and hookah accessories, but what they do have is good quality. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Very small selection and the prices are over blown. The employees are snobby and try to correct you for using the term bong; seriously guys u can say water pipe all you want to just refrain from correcting a customer on their choice of words. I never liked pure virtue but after experiencing crappy customer services here more than a few times, Id say go there, they are surprisingly cheaper and make their own water pipes now and they have cats to greet you!! Need a good stogie? Look no further, their fully stocked humidors should have everything you could want. They even have a small case with some great glass jewelry and other non functioning glass art.

This is by far my favorite all-around smoke shop in this area. They have a little bit of everything from traditional pipes and hookahs to electronic vaping devices to glassware (and a good selection of tobacco, shisha, and vaping liquids to go along with your chosen method of ingestion). The staff is very friendly and more than willing to help if you cant make a decision on a product. Prices on most things are as good as, if not better than, Ive found in any brick and mortar store, and are just barely higher than on line prices for a lot of items.

For a small shop, they have an excellent selection of fine cigars in the humidor.
