AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!most people are booked out SEVERAL MONTHS for arrival & delivery of a sectional. The gentleman working in store was kind and gave quick service. The 2 delivery guys were outstanding and very kind.. moved the couch around several times to our liking. WE WILL BE BACK!

Customer service was excellent! We were given space while shopping and prompt attention when we were ready to talk. We had a small problem with one piece and within a day of calling them about it, they were at our door to make it right. We’ve had our furniture for a little while now and it’s holding up very well. We went to Furniture & Mattress Warehouse to look at a new mattress for my daughter. They were extremely helpful in finding her the perfect mattress, and even had one on close out that ended up being a great fit! They also let us hold the mattress for 2 weeks so we could pick it up at a better time for us. I highly recommend shopping here for your mattress needs!

I had never shopped at this store i was looking for a box spring for my bed this place was on my way home from work. I received excellent service and felt their prices were fair. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes which is what i like. They helped me secure my box spring to the back of my truck which was very helpful. If your looking for quality furniture at a great price, this is your place. Friendly staff, they went above and beyond. Sheets are the best I’ve ever slept on. They have a location in Sturgis also. Delivery took no time at all. I looked for months for a good mattress without spending a lot and they succeed by far. Here’s where the deals at. Save yourself some time at other stores and stop by. I looked at so many stores with no luck. I was beginning to give up, when I stopped by and BAM! Match made in heaven. I got my dream bed, mattress cover and some amazing sheets all under my budget. We went in and purchased a marble top table set at the Coldwater facility and were told they would move it to the back until we were able to have it delivered. Long story short, once we called to have our table delivered we were advised that they had sold it!! They sold the table we purchased to someone else!!! Now it’s been weeks and we still haven’t received our dining table, apparently it’s in “route” and will take up to 10 more days to arrive. This is ridiculous, first of all you don’t sell what someone already purchased. I am so aggravated by all this. Will not buy from them again.

We couldn’t be happier with FMW! Tim, the owner, was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a queen size bed set for the guest room in the home of my aging parents. There was no pressure, just thoughtful and considerate input to our selection process. The following day, the day after the bed set was delivered, we needed to exchange the box spring with a low profile version. Tim accommodated our request in a very friendly manner.
