Came in to Longstreet Living looking for mattresses and walked out with a beautiful statement piece for our living room and a platform bed for my son. This store is amazing! Everything you need to make your home standout. Service is outstanding! Mackenzie is very knowledgeable and guided us to exactly what we need as far as lumbar support goes. Love this place! My dad always bought all of his furniture from here and I see why. Went there looking for 2 chairs and a sofa and also an ottoman. The gal at front desk took us right to the pieces I had in my head and we bought all 4 and were out the door in less than an hour. Cant wait to get them in our home and so excited. I had been here once before a couple of years ago for an end table but at this point needed more. Prices were great and a great selection to choose from if you arent sure what you want

Although we didnt purchase the sofa & recliner we liked, this is a very nice place to shop. My husband had one wed previously seen that he just liked a little better. The folks here are low pressure and very nice. Great selection and wide range of furniture.Theyve got a ton of other things for decorating from flooring to candle holders. Planning on another trip down when Ive got more browsing time.

We had a very unpleasant experience on our last trip to Longstreet a couple years ago and had no intentions of ever going back. I have had a horrible experience thus far with this business. I just moved here and am glad to support local businesses, and even pay the additional mark up to do it however this business does not value its customers. I ordered a loveseat in the beginning of October and was told 8-10 weeks to get it. It is currently march, more than double the the quoted time and it still isnt in. To make matters worse the customer service when i check on the item is rude, not understanding of my frustration, not updated me at all of what is going on.SO NOT ONLY DID I PAY $120 OVER THE OTHER STORES, THEY ARE RUDE AND STILL UNABLE TO GET MY LOVESEAT.BEWARE OF THE LIES THAT THEY TELL.

Longstreet Living is a great place to shop for your home needs! We bought our current living room furniture from them several years before a tragic fire destroyed their store. They rebuilt so they could continue to fill a demand for good furniture with great pricing and outstanding customer service! This time around it was bedroom furniture and they did not disappoint! Go here for next furniture or other home decor needs. Youll be glad you did.

Store is HUGE! So much to choose from. After being at several other furniture stores between Ann Arbor and Jackson, we decided to take the 45 minute drive out to see what they had.We will ALWAYS come here first. We got a really good deal on this sofa for our in home Movie Theater, (which is only a small bedroom converted into a 2 person theatre!)The staff is very friendly, and they allow you to look without any pressure. We paid for our purchase and plan to pick it up in about a week. They also do delivery, but we are so far out we decided to come back for it.

I love Longstreet!!! When they were in Marshall years ago it was the only place I bought Furniture. Purposely went looking there for living room furniture and left owning some!! Great quality furniture but not huge $$$$

We loved our experience at Longstreet living! After looking at 9 stores from Coldwater to Grand Rapids we finally found just what we were looking for at Longstreet Living. The staff was very helpful but not pushy or intrusive. We were given ample amount of time to make an educated decision. The Family owned business was well informed and took the time to show us pieces with out pushing us into a sale. With some confined home requirements they worked with us thoroughly to get the right fit and finish we needed. My wife and I were exhausted after looking all weekend but walking into this store, we were both renewed with excitement. After walking the showroom floor we felt we had landed in the right spot to make our purchase. Thank you so much to the Longstreet Living Staff!!! Definitely a must stop when furniture shopping!

They are always full of helpful ideas and advice. My last flooring purchase tied a project together beyond perfectly and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Their installers came a few days later to help me tie up some loose ends that were beyond my level of expertise and he was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable, quick, and the end result is amazing! Sabrina helped us pick out a reclining loveseat and sofa, tables, media cabinet and a rug to match. It looks awesome and she was so helpful. The delivery went very smooth and the delivery guys were very courteous and professional.We went back and had Brooke come to our house to pick out Hunter Douglas pleated shades. She was spot on in picking out the color and fabric. They measured that day. The installation of the shades went smooth. They lookfabulous throughout our house. 🙂

Disappointed in my recent purchase. Bought a recliner on Monday and was expecting to pick it up today. Received a call from Sabrina stating the “sold” ticket was not placed on the chair right away and the chair was sold to another customer. Sabrina has been wonderful to work with as is any other associate I’ve dealt with in the past. Just frustrating to purchase a chair that was a great fit only to learn it was sold out from under us. My husband is looking at other options in the store. Fingers crossed we can find one.

This place is incredible! Whatever youre looking for for your home, they probably have it. Dealt with Nick Longstreet when we went in for flooring for our new home. We wanted carpet and vinyl planking. They had both in stock in the quantities we need, and scheduling was so easy! Cant wait to sit back and enjoy! Will definitely go back for some housewares and furniture.

Extreme lack of professionalism and customer service – after doing several jobs over the past 4 years with Longstreet Living including new solid surface countertops in 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with an island, wood floors in large great room and dining room, carpet in 4 rooms, tile in 2 rooms & an entrance, and flooring in 2 additional rooms. I contacted Nick Longstreet (I have worked with him on all of our projects) in January to inquire about redoing a fireplace in our great room. Nick contacted me the week the stay-at-home orders went into effect to install our tile and I explained due to COVID we were not comfortable in having a contractor in our home. He said he understood and to let him know when we were ready to have the job done. I contacted Nick in June and advised him we were ready to have the tile installed on the hearth of the fireplace completed (a very small job) and he advised me we would have to wait until August. I wrote back expressing my disappointment in getting scheduled approximately 2 months out. He responded that they would not complete our job after I had expressed we had no other options for installation.We already had a quote from Nick for over $5,000 on another job we planned to do with them and looking to purchase new furniture as well within the next year. However, he does not value his customers!

This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised by what a great selection of furniture they have. The place is huge! Plenty of close-out discounted items too in the back area. I thought the prices were reasonable and I will definitely be back if I need to purchase any furniture. Free delivery too!

So, as you go into Longstreet you are consumed with so many choices and I needed to take my time processing all of it. I wasnt bothered by pushy salesman and Sabrina was such a big help and went out of her way to make sure I loved my pieces. The gentlmen that picked up two couches and put them out on the floor next to a rug.... THANK YOU!! All You guys rock!!

Love Longstreet Living in Coldwater! We looked and looked for a suitable reclining lift chair. They were graciously accommodating during the the whole experience. The sales person guided us to what we were looking for after questions about the needs of the person that would be using it and helped us find the right fabric and size. My husband and I absolutely love Longstreets. We have purchased two sectionals, a coffee table and matching entertainment stand, a queen size mattress, a headboard and footboard, carpet, and laminate flooring from them over the years.
