Every time we have gone in there the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The most recent time we have gone in there, Andrew has been very patient and kind. We definitely would continue to suggest AT&T and their services.

Bought a new phone. When tech transferred from one phone to other i ended up with grandsons phone contacts and home modem number as phone line. Arrived home our home wireless didnt work nor did new phone. Tried resolve on line and was on 3 times for 2 to 3 hours each with no solution. Had to go back to Coldwater company store with modem and phone to get new cards and reprogrammed . 45 minute drive each way and our home was without service for over 50 hours. Maybe if tech hadnt been playing a game on his phone while helping me he could have done better job. Will never go back there or recommend them. We pay over 6600. A year for our account and expect higher quality service than this.

I had an issues with my Samsung Galaxy watch 3 and the whole team was great! I spent hours on the phone with tech support and hours at other stores with never accomplishing anything. Andrew and Sierra spent 2 and a half hours on the phone with tech support to get it to work. Huge thanks to both of them for not giving up and actually getting the things accomplished. Very pleased with their customer service!

The employees at the Coldwater store are absolute ROCKSTARS!!! The 3 employees that helped me 7/18/21 are the only reason we still have service at AT&T. Angola was my home store but that will no longer be the case. I will only visit the Coldwater store from here on out.

Tim B the store manager is amazing!! He took this frustrated momma with limited time and made her very happy. Tim took care of all of my billing issues and even recommended a new iPad at a great price. Very detailed and thorough go see him and his staff. I will always take the drive to see him going forward.

The customer representative was very engaging, helpful, very polite and entertaining to my children. He even stayed 20 minutes past the store closing to put screen protectors and cases on our new phones for us.

For starters I have tried so many different services and AT&T by far has the most reliable service in our area. As for the Coldwater, MI store, the staff is always super friendly and eager to help. No problem is too small or too big. They do everything they can to make your experience a positive one whether youre upgrading your phone or coming in with a billing issue. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have real people I can turn to when I need help with anything related to my cell phone service!

Not very pleased. They treat prepaid customers like their business doesnt matter. Wasnt helpful at all to me when i was having billing issues. Wasted almost 1:30 minutes of my time to figure all that out.

They have a machine to pay your phone bills but the staff is limited on some things you got to do online or call AT&t

I visit the Coldwater AT&T frequently to do business. The sales team is always welcoming and helpful. They provide customer service better than most. Their FirstNet discounts cant be beat.

My husband and I went in this store because I was having trouble with my phone. There were two people working and both were waiting on someone so we waited but when the one worker finished with the one customer he went in the back and never came back out. He never said a word to us nor did his coworker that continued to deal with his customer after 15 more minutes of waiting this is now a total of almost 35 minutes and not even a hello someone will be with you ASAP we finally gave up and left. This was 4 in the afternoon well before closing how rude! It makes you want to go to a different company maybe virizon or sprint? (By the way my phone still isnt fixed ). Im told I need a new one but Im not sure I want to give AT&T my money.

You get good service with at&t phone

This is a really good store for customer service. While they didnt get the issue fixed right away, they kept at it until they did.

Took forever for basically everything. The guy told me he would get the fee waived for a tablet if I signed up for direct tv. Then said he couldnt figure out how, I would have to call direct. So I did. They wanted $300 down for a $16 service. My experience with both companies has been less then desirable. Only reason Im staying with AT&T is because of my wal mart discount.

Helpful staff. Limited selection in store. The services are pricey.

Needs to have two properly working kiosks for paying cell phone bills!The staff is only there to sell you things and most of the time the machine isnt working properly and the staff is busy trying to make sales!

Yes they are good for doing that both at the hillsdale and coldwarter store if you what to buy they help what to pay for a bill or at least the hillsdale atat you can wait for 30 min then they come over to you or sorry are computer done

Went to the Coldwater store because the pics on my phone went away. The guy took the SD card out, looked at it and said it was bad. How do you know that just by looking at it? He said I could go to Walmart and see if I could get my pictures off the SD card and download them on a DVD. Ok, the pictures are there, but going on a hour and a half to download. Pretty sure it is the phone. My S8 died a few months ago while under warranty. Got a new phone, but now it wont connect to the Bluetooth in my car, only if I do it manually.

Bought Power Beat Wireless head phone set from AT&T locally in Coldwater. After 3 month use, they started to fall apart, went to several stores, AT&T, to exchange them. I was told I have to have original receipt, which I used cash, after 7 times, and visit too apartments where ii stay floor training, to no success of finding receipt, could not exchange. If a company does not 1st and by the product they sell, or honor their warranty, then that company is not good for anyone to the public. Warning!!!!! Coldwater AT&T store and any AT&T is not good!!!!

I have their hotspot for 102 a month its a bit much but can downloade as much as i what but atat on their plus plain needs to be like 75 to 80 i feel like im paying for a number one conn and not getting the speeds for the money but thats atat to do that i guss but i live in pittsford mi 49271 and the speeds for me are only 30 mbps so not the fast lte network when i was on sprit not wher i live but their speeds wheir like 100 mbps so a lot faster then atat speeds now atat in the pittsford mi 49271 may be faster but they need more data a taller tower to get to people more becouse of trees it a pain but they aways say everthing is fine well i live a mile a way good sinle around 67 db full green bars so what do i do can i get a better price on the plus plan or will atat upgread the tower in the 49271 pittsford mi zip to pervide a better sevives to us its like its not getting to us its a pain in the neck to pay for this much money and not get at least a 50 mbps we use to get 60 mbps and in the last mouth or so we lost all or at leat hafe of are speeds
