The salesman was polite, informative, very nice overall. Took care of is and someone else. Clean store. Overall great experience

This place is amazing. Spent 2 solid days working with Verizon to try to get their wifi hotspot working. Eventually gave up and came here and bought a Cricket system and Austin got me set up in 10min flat. Works 100% - cheap and easy.

Went there and had a woman take $244 off my debit card said she couldn’t complete my order after all was said and done and I walked out empty handed as well as her saying she refunded my card yet no refund nor would she give me a refund receipt told me they don’t give refund receipts!! Well needless to say I’m out $244 and I will be contacting whoever it is I need to so she no longer has a job scamming others and being rude and not helpful whatsoever after the fact of my gf and I asking several times for Receipt !

Good service and phone selection

I havent been there

Been with cricket for 4 years and every year the service has gotten worse and worse and now its to the point that i get scam calls all day and my number is being used as a spoof number. Ive had some not so nice voicemails left. And that is with a flip phone with no internet or data and no matter where i am when im on the phone it cuts in and out so people cant understand me and that has been the same with my last 3 phones from cricket wireless. I used to enjoy the service and phones but at this point i might as well switch carriers because they cant fix it or so ive been told just buy a new phone. I used to recommend cricket but at this point i dont nor will i as long as the service and phones are crappy
