I didnt have an appointment but I got there just as they opened. I had a nail in my tire and I sure was tired of having to blow it up,they said they would take care of it asap. Wow- I showed up without an appointment near the end of the day to get a low pressure tire checked out, not expecting them to be able to get to it right away… not only did they fix the tire, but had time to change the oil too! Great manager too!

I had a leaking tire that was leaking about a pound minute. I had not been to a Belle Tire. In years. I called ahead for instructions Jim answered and invited me in. Upon arrival Jim greeted me, shortly after pulled my car around back. about 45 min later car is done. Jim hands me a receipt and this SHARD .1 inch high three beveled sides leading to a perfect point. The receipt was tallied at zero? What? I said. Its the way we do business...Geeze what a pleasant surprise and a great experience.

I got a quote for 4 tires. Ordered 4 tires. Had my wife bring her car in to get 4 tires!! for some reason, that no one in the store can explain to me, they only put on 3! My wife needed new tires because she had to drive cross country for a family emergency and she almost wrecked her car because with an all wheel drive vehicle the 3 new tires were fighting the worn out one tire to the point of almost causing her to lose control of the vehicle at highway speed. We had a 4 days of nothing but rain in here in Michigan, and so I didnt go out and inspect the new tires when my wife came home, to double check that the FOUR TIRES I ordered had been installed. I trusted Belle tire. Worse yet, when I called to ask how on earth this could have happened, I was simply told over and over again the work order showed 3 tires, we installed 3 tires. I asked why did I get 2 separate quotes on a set of 4 tires?? Why did I call to double check that my SET OF TIRES had come in? Why did the sales agent I spoke with tell me yup, your FOUR TIRES are in have her come in and we will get them installed.... only to have them put on only3?? This is unacceptable.*Edit*Belle Tire did make the situation right. Including giving me a matching tire on the house, and allowing me to get my vehicle inspected for potential drive-train damage due to the issue. I only hope whatever caused the computer error in the Coldwater Michigan store is fixed. All records did end up showing that I did order 4 tires, all paperwork showed 4 tires, but when it got to the garage area the work order only showed 3. Thank you Chuck for all of your help in getting the situation fixed.

Be careful. Brought in a dodge durango here multiple times within the last year. One time It passed a charge test and then the battery died the next day. Another time while having the front end serviced i found out a trainee was supposed to change a bushing and forgot which is no big deal but what else do they forget when working on your vehicle. Another time I told them there was odd sounds coming from the vehicle and needed a test drive to make sure it was safe and wouldnt end up in an accident or hurt someone. They acted like they didnt even want to look at it and after asking enough times they finally test drove it. They didnt go very far. I stood in the parking lot and could hear the noises it was making. Pretty loud and almost no way not to notice it but to my surprise the guy said he didnt hear anything and that it was fine. Wouldnt ya know it a couple days later driving over a bump leading into a parking lot something snapped and is now making a bunch of popping noise. I took it back yet again and they said it was the transfer case chain. I decided to get a second opinion. The next shop I took it to test drove it and immediately said it was not the transfer case but maybe sounded more like a cv joint or maybe even a broken leave spring. I have another appointment scheduled to get it put on a hoist and actually diagnosed. If you need tires stop in but anything else you better go to a real shop cause these guys obviously dont know what they are doing up there. Either that or they just dont care about how safe the vehicles actually are that they work on. Many other shops in town. Call around before settling with these guys.

Appointment necessary for quicker times to get done. Went in for 2 tires and then the free alignment check. But it needed aligned which is no big deal. In and out within an hour. Nice work and great service.

I was on vacation and on my way back home to Florida. My car broke down on I-69 at the Coldwater exit. I called several auto repair shops in Coldwater to ask if they could look at the car and at least tell me whats wrong. One shop told they couldnt look at it for a week. Called 911 Towing and they arrived relatively quickly to tow the car. I told the tow truck driver my problem and he suggested taking it to Belle Tire in Coldwater. With no other good choices, thats where we went arriving late in the afternoon. Caleb, the Belle service rep, was very polite and accommodating. He said he did not have a technician available at that moment but could have one look at it first thing in the morning. I had a call by 8:30 the next morning with a diagnosis and I was on my way. Thank you Belle Tire. The service guys and tech I talked to were all great.

I purchased a set of new tires for my pickup. Everyone that I interacted with at Belle Tire were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The cost was 14% less than the best deal that I was offered at all other competitors, and they helped me apply for two rebates (during Black Friday) for an additional 20% savings. Very pleasant experience, and the e-mail that I received from the site manager thanking me for my business showed how much they care about their customers. I will definitely go back to Belle tire for future tire purchases.

I went to Belle Tire to get a tire alignment was told I needed to have a tie rod replaced so I had the tie rod replaced and was back within 3 days then they told me I had 2 ball joints on the other side that need to be done before they could do my alignment but the mechanic told me the rest of it looks solid and as long as I did my tie rod I should have no problem getting my alignment done but they still couldnt so I went to k and d and I didnt need the ball joint and my truck is back on the road thanks K and D body shop in Three Rivers

Was told they would fit my vehicle in could take up to two hours once started, dropped it off and they got it right back and called me hour and half later telling me it was done!! Most recommended place to go

I came here about a year and a half ago to have my struts/shocks looked at. Normally I wouldnt review a place so long after, but in this case I feel I really need to. I had bought a car and it felt unstable and the car felt like it had no shocks. So I took it here and told them how the car feels and that Im thinking it may need shocks. Within 10 minutes I already had a call to pick my car up. I thought that was way too quick and wondered if they even bothered to look at it at all. They gave me a quote for shocks, it was too expensive. A cpl months later winter hit. I crashed the car twice and blamed it on the icey roads. But I found out after winter and after taking it to a diff shop, that it was actually the frame that was bad. And it was dangerously bad!!! We could have died and almost did during 1 incident on the freeway!! They literally did not even look at my car that day I brought it to this shop!!!! Luckily I couldnt afford their new shocks or I wouldve just been out a grand for no reason. That is a scam peops!!!

Took car in March 31 to have winter wheels and tires swapped with the factory 17 all seasons. It was done quickly, and no charge, but that speed came at a huge price: my car was essentially vandalized by a careless tech and the cost to fix is $200-736 (re-wrap vs replace steering wheel). I shouldnt have to pay to not have my car damaged. Like most companies, they only thing I expect is that Belle Tire will tell me to screw myself and not take the appropriate responsibility for their actions.

I have been to many Belle tires over the state of Michigan. By far the best one I have been to has been the one in Coldwater. They were friendly and didnt try to push the up sale on me. I would drive two hours to go back to them again.

Punctured a new tire on 69 on a Monday afternoon. Put temporary tire on my vehicle and went back to Coldwater Belle tire. ( I was on the way from Warsaw In to Kalamazoo) Tire was to damaged to repair. James without hesitation told me it was under warranty and got me on my way in half the time he thought he could. Usually get my tire work and service done at Belle in Warsaw which is also excellent. James and John are both outstanding individuals who care about their customers, I’ve been in a few other Belle stores . Seems to me Belle Tire could start a manager training school and have great success!

Best place in town for tire repair

Staff was friendly and helpful. They were running behind even though I had an appointment. That seems to be normal during these times, so Im not holding that against them. They found some problems on my vehicle that kept them from doing an alignment. Honestly would give them 5 stars, but the bathroom area was dirty, with no paper towel, and the waiting area wasnt the cleanest. With the pandemic, most places are keeping stuff real clean. Overall I would definitely recommend them to others.

Charged me $85+tax for a alignment on a Mercedes that their shop cant fix because they need special tools. They will take your money and pretend to do work. I was there 3 days in a row and even paid $30 more for the unlimited alignment plan! 6 months later I went back and a different worker informed me how they cant do the work and refunded me, only after I returned with receipts. Wasted time going there 5 times, gas money and the alignment/tires got worse.

The guys are very helpful and work with you. Fixed my flat didnt charge me anything will be back for new tires. 😊

I was so impressed with coldwater Belle Tire and their customer service. My husband had to take my truck in because I had 2 screws in my tire and it of course happened on a friday. They didnt have any openings but they were able to squeeze him in within an hour. Ive dealt with B.C. Belle Tire and will never go to them again. I will drive 40 mins to coldwater for their great service and respect for their customers instead of 20 mins to B.C to be treated like a nobody.

James, the manager, was honest with me and told me that the free alignment check good. One rear tire was slightly toed in. But he said that if it was his car he would not spend the $85 on the alignment. How refreshing to have that much honesty. His honesty made me want to give them business. I got my oil changed there.

Watch for poor quality work. Wife went in for a new battery and two new terminals. They installed the battery and bolted one terminal to the old terminal and left the other untouched.

THEY WILL NEVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS!!!Went in had a tech give me an estimate list they were not able to work on the vehicle at the time, so I went and got the parts myself obviously half the price then went back in to have them work on it and then got told they dont work on customers vehicles with customers parts after buying the same parts down to the serial number in the box.

They will change your oil and try to sell you brakes. They wont hand you a sheet of the things they inspected and what they found though. They are mechanics just glorified oil and tire specialists. Great in a pinch though and free air!

My first visit to the Coldwater facility which is new and near my cottage. Called the day before about a pair of tires for my golf cart trailer. They had them in stock and set them aside for me until today when I could get out there from Toledo. I arrive about 2 in the afternoon and they were very busy. I was prepared for a long wait but ended up with new tires on the trailer in less than 45 minutes. Thanks guys. Made my day and assures my continued business with Belle Tire.

I purchased tires from a different location. This shop was able to get me in for a minor evaluation on tire rotation and possible puncture. I was expecting a few hour wait--I was able to get my car in almost immediately. The entire time for the check up was just under 45 minutes. They service was friendly.

Great tech for four wheel alignment. Correctly diagnosed my problem for a pull to the left wasnt the alignment but a brand new defective Goodyear tire. Good job. Nice store too.

I was disappointed that they added on $120 Tire protection plan without asking me. Im glad I looked at the receipt. Very frustrating. The manager took off the charge but if I hadnt found it they would have been happy to sell me something that I wouldnt have even known about. I think Ill be exploring other options for my next set of tires.

Unfortunately have to give them 1 star to give a rating. I went in for a rotation and a leak in my tire. They rotated my tires and said they fixed the leak. Well they left me stranded on the side of the road the next morning! They fixed a non existant leak in another tire, which in the process broke and smashed pieces off of my wheel by jumping on it trying to put the tire back on. They then told me I had to call someone else to get it fixed. I said no you broke it you fix it! So they the. Told me they ordered my replacement wheel and it should be here by next week. Well next week came and I had to call them. They then tell me oh sorry your wheels are discontinued and they cant get one. They decided $250. Was what they were going to offer me, AFTER all the time I spent waiting for my tire to be fixed, incorrectly at that, being stranded with a flat tire and calling for a tow truck, the time I missed at work and just the straight up inconvenience. Thanks belle tire for not training your employees properly even after theyve been working there a year, and taking over 2 weeks and the customer calling the buisness to do nothing to fix the problem. Shame on you for doing buisness this way .Highly disappointed now ex-customerif I knew how to upload the pictures I would.
