Worst Auto Repair Shop in the Area .I will say,Never go there even they offer you Free Repair.I Drop off My dads Car on 5/23 & received back on 6/30 for a Minor Repair on Back of my Car,So they took almost 6 weeks for the work. They will neither update you regarding your Repair Progress on the car when you call to check the status of your Car nor they will return your call if you leave the message at their cold-water location.and The Receptionist Lady was so Rude every time, Even my Insurance Company adjuster from Allied Insurance said never seen such a Horrible Customer Service in her Life.And we paid almost $1000 deductible for repair plus Insurance adjustment from Company, So thats not a cheap repair. So in this cut through competitive world,we are the Paying Customer,We should get a better service.Google Do not allow Zero Star,other wise i would be more then happy to give VIP Auto a zero Star.So Avoid them at any cost,if you expect a better service to yourself &your Vehicle.

James is awesome!! I have an all electric car. I ran out of power due to not reading my manual. He got me safe and sound to my home, in my garage(small space) and powered up!! Thank you to the moon and back James!!!

We recently needed some cosmetic body work done on our delivery van, VIP did an excellent job on the the face lift and returned the van to its original appearance. Even more importantly they knew we needed the van to make our deliveries and completed the job quickly so we were not inconvenienced any longer than necessary

Took my car there on February 26 for what was suppose to be 3-4 days max, we didnt get it back until march 10. We probably would of understand but they never stay in communication with us. The work was good but customer service was very poor. Probably try someone new..

We’ve used VIP 5 different times to repair dear collision damage on our cars and every time the work has been top notch. I’ve also used VIP to do mechanical work and I’ve been happy with the job done and the price.

As a life long resident of this community, I thought Id never write a review like the one I am going to write. First, I want all readers to understand, that I made a huge mistake parking at Nutrition Express of Coldwater, MI. I did not see the signs that stated my car would be towed at my expense if I parked there. Even in larger cities like Kalamazoo, Detroit, Ft Wayne, the signs are reflective, and stand out so people like me are forewarned. My business was with the Owners of The Pub in Coldwater, across the street from Nutrition Express. I was only going to visit with the owners to discuss some video and photography business for perhaps 30 minutes. When I left, my car was gone. Towed away to VIPs place of business.Just so that you are aware, and this happens to you..Nutrition Express is required to call VIP before your car is towed, and also the Police are to be notified that VIP is towing your car. That is a must according to The Michigan Attorney Generals office. If they neglect to do so, the cost of your towing bill is negated. In addition, the maximum a towing company can charge you to tow your vehicle from a location where they have a sign...like VIP does in Nutrition Expresses Parking Lot..go figure, I mean did these guys just sit and wait around the corner like the ambulance people do and wait to see whos stupid enough to park in the lot? ..well the maximum they can charge you is $250. Guess what I was charged to tow my car from The Pub to VIP, not more than 2 miles away?...$250. I have a friend who I was with..his car broke down on the toll road, and it was towed 17 miles away..and was charged $243...How does VIP justify such an outrageous fee to tow a car less than 2 miles? Because nobody knows the laws regarding the fees...and now you do. Just a friendly tip..if they are willing to rip people the maximum amount of the fee for such a short tow..what else are they willing to do that the public knows nothing about? Im pretty bitter over this...I can see paying $100...but not no $250 for a tow that took less than 20 minutes, and also could possible damage the car. By the way, if this happens to you, VIP is required to allow you to inspect the car before it leaves their establishment. If any mechanical or body damage has occured..you can sue them. Hope this review helps the community of Coldwater...
