This Verizon store is the absolute BEST. I worked with Tyler (amazing dude) who helped me pick a new plan that was cost effective and worked with me for 7 hours total!!! I was struggling to find a phone I really wanted and he went above and beyond to find me the right phone and make sure all my data was transfered to it. He was so patient and nice and broke down different cell plans for me to find one that checked all my boxes. Definitely deserves a raise or promotion or something because this is outstanding service. Would recommend.
I am totally impressed with the customer service and the guys are fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me. I went to the store after half way completing my application on line. Unbeknownst to me I should have gone to a corporate store as they are just retailers and after visiting the corporate store I am totally glad I made the mistake. Isiah Tyler and Alex are the best combination of customer service that you could have. I would recommend this store every day.
I want to start my review by saying that its incredibly frustrating to be a Verizon loyal customer for 4 years and end up being forced to bear someone elses extreme negligence?! It all happened when I stopped in person by the Verizon Colchester store to buy a $100 international monthly pass for my overseas travel this summer and when I asked the stores sales associate if it will be easy to disactivate it once back to Vermont, he assured me that anyone at the store can call their customer service department and easily cancel my international pass?! In fact, when I got back to Vermont on the August 16th, I went to the Colchester store and asked them personally to cancel my international travel pass to which I was told that it will be taken care off the same day! Last Saturday, I stopped by Verizon Colchester store to pay my bill only to be surprised with a $300 extra on my bill and when I pressed them on it, they finally found out that no one has cancelled my $100 international monthly pass when I asked them in person to do so back on the 16th of August?? And that they have been charging me a $100 extra each month for a service that I have not being using and do not actually need while living in Vermont!?And whats going to make matters worst is that it took the Verizon Colchester store sales associate two hours to finally tell me that they have just cancelled my international service and that there is nothing that he can do for the added $300 charge on my bill and that I will have to bear sole responsibility for their mess-up!? That being said, what these guys dont know at the Verizon Colchester store is that not only they have lost a loyal customer due to their flagrant negligence in handling my international pass cancellation request but also they will undoubtedly lose a whole lot more of customers when I will post my horrible experience with them in my vast social and professional media network. I just want everyone to know that bad customer service at the Verizon Colchester store can cost you $300 or more of your hard own money!? And for that Im giving them a 1 star rating for their really bad customer service.
Jordan was very helpful in explaining how to transfer my phone line to my own account! Even though I wasnt purchasing anything, he was patient and understanding. I will definitely go back there to upgrade my phone.
Customer service at this location is extremely poor. Stood there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Four agents working and three customers. All I wanted was a screen protector for my iPhone. No body took the time to see if I could be helped. A woman walks in behind me and one agent breaks away from her customer to get phones this woman was waiting for and goes back to assisting her client. I will go out of way to another location before going to this location again.
Very good customer service with Stanley. He made the process of buying a new phone and setting up new lines very easy. He answered all our questions and was very thorough. Setting up a phone line can be pretty daunting but Stanley was very calm and helpful and did not push any product that we did not want. Will be sending more customers his way.
Long Le! That man helped me with everything I needed when I met him in the store and got a new phone. The best/craziest part is that I had his personal cell number from confirming that the phone worked and ever since I have texted him when I had a question and even on his days off he answered me....... With useful and helpful information!!!! Best representative I have ever met! He should get a raise!!! I will never leave verizon unless he does!

Im often skeptical of 3rd party locations, sure to proliferate as corporate stores vanish. Chance Swafford, consultant at the Colchester VT location, was expert at addressing our complex requirements in quickly accessing and purchasing an iPhone 12 Pro for professional use. He found and secured the ONE phone in the area fitting our requirements, accomplished the complex sale remotely, set us up with case and Gorilla Glass, and made it so we could pick up the phone at a store nearby, turn it on and go! Chance gets our thanks and highest recommendation. Note to Verizon and Cellular Sales: This all comes down to hiring - and keeping - qualified, competent people!
Excellent customer service! I went there to get a new phone just before closing and Skuyler helped me go through all the options and let me walk out the door to consider them. I came back the next day and got a phone in no time.Then I FIXED MY OLD PHONE (yes!) and asked to return the one I purchased. They helped me out with that too, showing me all the options and did not give me a hard time when I chose to return it.I love this place. I am making it my official store from here on out!
Mike and Amy were there when i went in for an upgrade. Primarily worked with Mike, but Amy was more than happy to help if Mike didnt have an answer. Both were very pleasant and helpful. They provided options and helped me find all the items to best suite me without pressure to up sell or buy unnecessary items. the service was very personable and my visit was enjoyable.

Had a great experience working with Mike Kitchen. He helped me find the right replacement phone for me when my Galaxy S6 bit the dust. I was clear about my criteria, and he presented options that fit what I was looking for. Ultimately ended up with a new Motorola, so far its been a nice upgrade.

Very happy with my experience. My phone was having issues and I was prepared that I may need an upgrade. They worked on my phone first trying a lot before suggesting a new phone. No pushy sales tactics, I got the affordable SE which was the phone suggested to me. Helped a lot with setting up the new phone making sure I wasn’t losing any information. Covid 19 safety options such as curbside service is available.! Excellent customer service overall great experience!
Great location. Plenty of cases and cables in stock. My rep, Amy knew exactly how to help me and fixed some Bluetooth pairing issues with my Dad’s car. She was super sweet and even taught me how to use Apple Car Play.

Recently purchased a new Samsung S10. Besides being happy with my new phone, the experience I had with consultant, Amy Vetter was above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are not a techy, she will make you very comfortable.
Store is Cellular Sales not really Verizon. Authorized retailer not Verizon store. Does not say it anywhere outside at all. Signs just say Verizon...Means you get extra fees from Verizon for going there to buy phone or change our start plan. If you order online no fee. Otherwise we were happy with service.

My mom, dad, brother, and I went there two days ago and our experience was amazing! We came in about an hour and a half before closing time and were there after closing time after my mom’s old phone had some issues but Dan and Amy were nice enough to help us.
Stopped by to upgrade my wifes phone. All went okay until I just got my bill. There was an extra charge for some protection plan that I never asked for. Apparently they can just sign you up without telling you that you have it or mask it in such a way that you dont even know. Seniors beware....

The sales reps at this Verizon store really need to take some time to think about customer service. I went in just to pick up a phone case that I had ordered through the Verizon store on Shelburne Road (a FANTASTIC store with outstanding sales reps). There were three sales reps visible, but only two seemed to be working. Each was with a customer. I was waiting with several other customers. Now, I like retailers who are willing to engage in a bit of pleasant conversation, but when I and several other customers are waiting, unacknowledged by employees, it gets a little annoying listening to the only available staff in the store go on and on with wide-ranging conversations about life. The other customers in the store finally got exasparated and left, which the sales reps definitely noticed, as once the unserved customers left they had the time to loudly ridicule the same customers they hadnt had a moment to engage with about their phone needs. I, having already paid for the phone case I was there to pick up, didnt have that option, or I would have walked out as well. After a solid twenty minute wait I finally had to just break into one of the conversations and ask about the phone case. I got a point-blank nope, dont know anything about it from a sales rep, who offered no other assistance. After several minutes of asking the same question several times, one of them was sufficiently motivated to look through a pile of stuff on her desk, and found the case. I was obviously annoyed by having to wait twenty minutes to have someone hand me a phone case. The sales reps apology was Well you should have said something! barked at my back as I walked out of the store.This is one of those stores where you walk in, and the general impression you get is that the people feel like they are reluctantly doing you a favor, rather than repping expensive and important products into which they will be asking you to make a significant investment. Dont waste your time at this store. There is a location on Shelburne Road where the sales people are really customer-focused, and ready to provide a really excellent customer experience.

A non disclose $49 dollar setup fee that took 3hr and it didnt transfer all stuff from old phone over.The phone comes with an app that does this for free.

Several months ago, around Thanksgiving I got a few new phones through a promotion Verizon had - only to find out that there had been (to shorten the story), a miscommunication on Verizons end.I was lucky enough to walk into the store where Kolby was working (Berlin). He spent hours... HOURS on the phone with Verizon trying to explain my situation - and stuck up for me the whole time. Once the closing of the store had come and gone (Im talking 9:30pm, after having arrived around 4pm), and the situation was not finished, Kolby invited me to the Colchester store (near my work) the next day to finish the transactions and make sure that everything went smoothly.Amazing customer service (from Cellular Sales...I would not say the same to Verizon), and a very heartfelt thank you and bravo to Kolby.
