We just visited this store to order a new iPhone. So much easier for us in Colchester than going to Manchester or New Haven. The phone arrived in one day, and we were very impressed by the expertise and helpful attitude of Jeff. He transferred information from one phone to another, answered all our questions patiently, and gave us a really great deal. We recommend this store very warmly!

I have to agree with the reviewer who encountered a less than pleasant staff although mine was over the phone. I was trying to support local business in town but the Verizon Corporate store in Glastonbury is just as convenient for me and thats where Ill be purchasing 3 phones. I dont think asking if you have the iPhone 12 Mini warrants an annoyed response asking if I mean the Mini or the Pro! If I didnt know the difference I wouldnt have been specific. Also, offering to show me a case since you dont have any phones on display doesnt really help me.

Staff were very helpful and informative. They asked about accessories but don’t put you in a high pressure situation. I keep coming back here for phone needs.

Jessica at the Colchester Verizon Wireless is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and does Not judge my lack of techy knowledge. I don’t even worry when I go in to get her help with a new plan, new phone and iPad. I was getting charged big time for overages. She helped me and spoke English. Yeah! Thank you.

I purchased a Samsung Z flip from Best buy six weeks ago. I could not get voicemail or Caller Id on it.I went to three different Verizon stores, and back to Bestbuy and they all felt sorry for me, but could not resolve the problem.Sometime back I took a position at a church in Colchester, so I decided to try one last time to solve the problem by visiting Wireless Zone in Colchester.The girls who waited on me were not only extremely friendly and patient, but I finally found someone who knew what they were doing. The phone was not able to GET VM or Id, so I got rid of a $1100.00 phone.I am very impressed with the staff be at Wireless Zone and will bring all my business there in the futur.I highly recommend them to anyone seeking phone or tablet items.Revron

I used to like this store. Had good people (Jeff mainly) and I found things I liked. I went in today and found incredibly unhelpful and condescending staff. They’re just trying to push sales on phones and there’s literally nothing in stock. Why would I bother shopping here if I have to get a new phone shipped to my house and set it up myself? Plus they now charge $20 to transfer your data to your new phone, which they never used to. I was surprised and mentioned that and the sales associate made a big deal saying “THAT’S ALWAYS BEEN THE CASE EVERY CUSTOMER HAS TO YOU’RE WRONG YOU’VE PAID THE $20 BEFORE.” If the entire staff makes it clear that they are inconvenienced by having customers, then you’ll soon go out of business

Ive been working with Jeff in this store for about 6 years, Apple 4s-5s-6s-Google Pixel (At Jeffs suggestion after being fed up with the poor performance of my Apples 6S). I fly a drone with the phone, Jeff suggested this model to work well, he was right. So, when I was ready to move to a larger screen with a tablet to fly (on a budget) Jeff set me up with a Samsung 8. I was expecting to drop $$$$$. He got me going for only $10 a month with the new tablet having its own cell service! Forget about all the frustrations youve had with providers and stores in the past and go see Jeff! You wont be sorry!!

The best customer service Ive ever experienced at a Verizon. The reps were very friendly, knowledgeable, they even transferred all my stuff to my new Galaxy 10s. Will buy all my phones at this location.

I went in with questions about my family plan and was looking to make any needed changes to it, in order to save myself and my family some $$. Problem is, I spent an hour and a half in the store, with children with me and not a single customer service rep acknowledged mine or my families presence in the store. I had to leave because I had other arrangements and since it took 45 minutes or more for anyone else to be assisted I couldnt get any answers or make any changes. This is just another bad service experience added to the list and I am strongly considering returning all of my devices and going to a different carrier now. Verizon retailers are just trying to shove sales down customers throats these days, not identifying what a particular family actually needs. When you need help, you have to get it before you make your initial purchase because once they have your money, they dont care anymore.

I went in with an iPhone that was completely shattered. I was almost in tears hoping that my pictures and contacts were still available. The thing wouldnt even power on! I spoke with Tania and Jeff (repair guy). They replaced the screen, the screen protector and a case for an awesome price. The whole process took all about half an hour. Thank you Tania and Jeff, you two rock! Colchester is my home store now!

I usually HATE visiting phone stores as Ive found my previous visits to be nerve-wracking and end up leaving annoyed by pushy sales people. When I arrived, I was greeted by Tania, who immediately put me at ease with her infectious and beautiful smile! My 4 year old iPhone had finally bit the dust and I was worried that my pictures and videos might have been lost. Tania patiently showed me all of my available options, both android and iOS, and we settled on a decently priced iPhone 7. She did a wonderful job of explaining all of the features and went over my data plan. She was able to save me $40 per month. She also gave me a great deal on accessories. I will be returning to the Colchester store! Tania is phenomenal! *****

Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. Went in for a phone upgrade and was treated very poorly. They showed zero effort to go over best phone options and cost. Never explained the process step by step and asked for payment multiple times without even saying what was being charged to the card. Within the time I was being helped rep stopped in the middle of helping me and served other customers 3 separate times with no acknowledgement that I was still standing there. Very obvious staff does not enjoy their job and it shows, I will not be returning.

Why does it take so long to get a case and protective glass? There seems to be only one person that can even )maybe) tell me the status of my oreder - meaning was it even placed. Very disappointed with what seems to be NO SERVICE at ALL!
