I cant say enough about Rosie!!!! I witnessed her patience the other day when a man came in and was totally rude. She spent 30 min trying to explain a simple change on a plan and he acted like he couldnt understand English. Then she asked the other employee who also tried to explain and it was the same thing. The way they handled this man was amazing! I would have yelled at him!!Rosie has always been nothing but helpful. I dont understand my phone at all and she always makes me feel good and is great at explaining so I understand.I wont go anywhere else!! This store is amazing. They make you feel like family!!!

I went in because I needed to get my son a new phone quickly due to him leaving town that morning. Derek was very friendly and helpful. He went through my account and found what deals we had on each or my lines and got us the best deal for my sons line. He wasn’t pushy and was patient. I was even convinced to get a new phone for my line after finding out what great deals there were on my line. Thank you Rosie and Derek for being Patient and helping me get new phones for myself and my son. I will be coming back if I ever have any questions!

Went in to store for simple change of cell plan that I was having trouble doing over the phone with Verizon. Rosa was rude, demeaning, and made me feel like an idiot by the time I left. She could not explain the charges that I would incur by my change, and was quite childish when I asked for clarification. She said she wasn’t making any money by helping me, and told me to call Verizon customer service for help. Went straight to Cellular Plus (competing Verizon store) on top of Greybull hill in Cody and in 5 minutes they made the correct change, clearly explained the charges, and did it all with a kind smile. Don’t waste your time at this place, go to the other store.

Rosa was awesome! Helped me pick a new phone and decide what I would like. Loved all the staff that helped me. Personable but not pushy. I would recommend this Verizon location to anyone.

Rosie was helpful but her attention was divided among customers and staff. She helped resolve my problem with a product. My husband was working with another staff member, another customer entered the store and she instructed that staff member to leave my husband for the incoming customer. She indicated she would help my husband, but didnt. He left the store feeling dismissed and unheard.

Bree and Rosie are great! They know how to get you in and out quickly and solve your issues. Highly recommend this place.

Tried to buy a phone at Walmart first, the sales person there was not nice or helpful. So, I came straight here afterwards and the entire process took about 20 minutes. Had fun conversations with everyone at the store, and they saved me some money 👌

Bri was AMAZING!!! She stayed late so I could get a new phone after my screen broke 😭 AND she wasnt annoyed or rude for having to stay late. She was so sweet and we just talked while we waited for my stuff to transfer over which took a long time. My schedule is crazy and if I hadnt done it tonight I would have had to wait for another week. I live in Calif. and wanted to upgrade my iPhone 8 to a 12. Several years ago I was in Cody Wyoming with one of my daughters, visiting my sister. She told me how great Rosie at the Cody Verizon store. We went there and got really great knowledgeable service. So I called Rosie in Feb and asked her about helping me when I came to Cody again this May. I decided to wait to get a new phone even though mine was acting up. Came in today and got excellent service from Rosie. Since I visit Cody at least once a year I know in the future I will always wait to get my iphones/new iPads upgraded from Rosie.

I had been struggling with another store for over 2 months trying to get a second business number set up.I walked in to talk to bro and she apologized precisely for the others store incompetence, got the number set up, got me an upgrade that I wanted and took care of me the way I should have from the start.

I went in with my beloved Samsung Galaxy6 and a bag of primitive solutions to my memory problem. Brissa was more that helpful as I explored new and better ways to get what I needed. She .are every step of the way to my new 5G phone simple and stress free. Her patience and helpful demeanor so impressed my husband and myself that we discussed it on the way home. She is what we had been missing in all kinds of retail in the last two decades- knowledgeable, competent, patient customer service.

I was frustrated because of my experience at Walmarts verizon dept. No one was there to help, I couldnt get a prepaid card. The associate told me they arrive anywhere from 10- 12noon. Rosie was excellent! Im not an easy customer when it comes to buying phones. Rosie was patient and understood my concerns. We even had the power go out in the middle of setting up the new phone and she didnt miss a beat. We finished up the transaction in the dark and she was professional through it all.

Chad was more then helpful with my phone upgrade. He made the process from phone to phone seamless and easy breezy. I appreciate him making sure my iCloud backup was up to date and that everything I wanted transferred was included before hand and afterwards. He was the only employee working that day and was very friendly and attendant to all of us in a timely manner.

Went in this afternoon with my mom to help her upgrade her phone (she had a flip phone not that long ago). Jordan was beyond helpful to her. He was so nice and patient with her and made good suggestions and paid attention to what she wanted. I definitely recommend working with Jordan, but if the others working there are half as good as him youll be in good hands!

The customer service from Jordan at the CellOnly store was outstanding. His patience with me as I asked questions was unmatched, and even though I ended up returning a phone (for reasons completely unrelated to the service I received from the store) he was unfailingly polite and kind, and did not allow the stress of serving multiple customers while alone in the store bother him at all.His technical skills and expertise were also great. He was able to restore service to an older phone without any issue, and obviously knew the workings of the Verizon network very well.
