I switched from Verizon to ATT. When I activated my new phones, Cody and Ceci stated I “was required” to have the device protection plan and support plan @ $55/month. I explained I didn’t want the insurance, nor the extra $15/month support plan. They kept pressing me to keep it. Stated I can take it off when I leave the store using the app. I made it clear I didn’t want it or need it. They then lied to my face and said they took it off after making it very clear I don’t want it.Further you can’t take it off with the app. I called in and asked them to remove it once again to the store, they said I have to call customer service and they can’t remove it. I am hold now for 45 minutes and counting to remove this feature and insurance I never asked for and repeatedly stated I didn’t want. They must get a commission on this. Very displeased. I also scheduled an appointment with Cody the morning of, we agreed to meet at the store at 1pm. When I arrived, he left to go to another appointment. His excuse was he got a call fromAnother customer and had to go. They love wasting my time. I was told each account on my plan would get 100GB hotspot data. That was incorrect as Tablets only get 40GB, and further he put a 40GB plan on my secondary line. I was told my business account would get waived activation fees, that was incorrect, paid $50 for activation. He tried to make it up giving me 2 free $19 accessories. That left me $10 short, and further I bought 8 accessories and I was entitled to buy two get one free program, he didn’t offer me, but rather used that to try and make up for the activation fee. Dude even gave me his email address wrong. What a mess. They said there is no contract, there actually is a two year contract.
The man who helped us, Cody, is excellent. Hes extremely welcoming, patient, thoughtful, customer-focused, and friendly. We had a complicated request (cross-market, dual phone numbers), and he was 100% helpful. He should be groomed for a great future in the company. I dont live here, and I dont know him. He is just awesome, and I think hes worked there only 3 months.
I came into the store worried because I had just gotten a new iPhone and my contacts weren’t transferring over along with a couple other issues I needed sorted out. The lady who helped me (the manager) was very handy and helped with every concern of mine. Great customer service!
I went to go pay my bill yesterday 8/20 the door has their hours listed 10-6 thinkin great it’s 2pm I’ll be good. Nope the door was locked no sign saying anything!!! I would be ok if there was something saying “sorry closed for sickness; be back in a hour; anything. Been with them for more years than I want to give away of my age. Very disappointed by this

Went this morning and their closed.suppose to be open at 10am.customer service hangs up on you ...dont you just love hospitality....says on the website their open at 10am.lights on and TV monitor on hanging on the wall a guy checked and no one is outback of the store.I give you 1 star ATT.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer service was so bad. The two ladies working that day were super rude and I could hardly even explain what my problem was. I was getting cut off since i got inside the store and then got asked some really “smartass questions” and of course ended up leaving not only unsatisfied but also with a ruined day as I was mad for the rest of it.
Awesome customer service. Ashley and Jennifer were a huge help when my daughter broke her phone and we needed a new one. They definitely go the extra mile. Ashley took the time to get the new phone set up to make the transition from the old phone seamless.
The “lady” who I encountered three times was rude and not helpful at all. I would rather drive 90 miles to Billings than return to the Cody store.
Lady charged me for the aux cord so I could use headphones, got home an opened my phone seen that my phone comes with the headphones jax and that I dont need the aux at all, then went back a week later they wouldnt let me return it after spending 800 there in the first place
The sales rep Ashley Zemke is awesome. It’s nice to have someone who is truly knowledgeable and does it right the first time. It doesn’t hurt that she does her job with KINDNESS. Thank you Ashley!!! We will be back to see you!
I have never had a more unpleasant experience. Recently switched to AT&T from Verizon and went into the store with a question about my first bill. After waiting 20 minutes with a copy of my bill (which the store clerk instructed me to bring), I was told she wouldnt help me because I didnt purchase my phone in store. I explained this was an online only deal- free phone with new service. She argued with me, like I was lying about it....I am disgusted with the service at this store, to say the least, and have never been treated so poorly by someone in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Very impressed. Great selection and went out of their way for me. Also impressed that they stayed several hours past close for my wife and I to fully complete transferring phones. Their service is better than Verizon where we live and I am saving about $100/mo!
If I could rate no stars I would. Friendly when you first set up but nothing except rolling eyes and judgement after. Purchased 2 overpriced screen protectors with 2 overpriced phones and they fell off in less than a week..one broke (nothing we can do)...and they said they would replace the other but sold it to someone else and didnt offer to do anything else. Not interested in you as a customer once youre established. Id never have switched had I known this was the level of customer service Id get. AND I have NEVER complained about anything like this before...except maybe about Verizon...maybe its all wireless companies?
Great Customer Service!! The Manager (Jennifer) at the Cody store is an absolute ROCK STAR! I had several issues going on with an online purchase, as well my my account being changed around. She took the time, handled other customers that came in (she was the only one working at the time) and never left me hanging. She got my issues resolved and my devices functioning perfectly! She went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied!
Jen and Ashley are GREAT!! We are from out of town and felt right at home in the store. They helped us get our GoPro going even though they dont sell them. They definitely went above and beyond!!!

These employees have no idea how to give decent customer service. Nothing like buying a new $700 phone and having these young girls act put upon. Won’t be back. The girl helping us was cleaning under her fingernails while waiting on us.
Great customer service every time I go in there. Sometimes a long wait but worth it. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They don’t just sell stuff to get the money from you, they make sure what they sell you fits your wants and needs.

This is a great little phone shop! They transferred all of my pictures quickly and were very nice. They also got me bundled with tv and internet for a great deal. love it!

They do not understand patients or their own policies when corrected an attitude was given and when shown proof more attitude was also giving I do not recommend this store or dealing with these employees when in this city

I went in on a busy Saturday, hoping to get some help with my blutooth in the truck . I knew it was a long shot cuz these guys are always packed to the gills but the manager was there and said sure and got in my truck and hooked it all up. I was very impressed. They could not do this at the dealership.
I would like to say that the people that work at this store work very hard and they help people who bring phones in from Wal-Mart and T-mobile and Verizon and Straight Talk and Amazon. They help everyone. They care about people. Anyone who says otherwise is lying.

Horrible service! They said all I needed to do was send them my T-Mobile bill by email and they would handle getting it reviewed for Paying off the phone I was bringing on to their plan. One month later and they never did anything with it. No apologies nothing. Very disappointed. I am pretty much paying for two services at this point because they were lazy. Not a good image.
Went in on a Sunday thirty minutes after they opened. There were 5 people in front of us and 1 person working. We came back 2 hours later and still had to wait for an hour. When it was finally our turn, the employee rushed us because there were 4 people waiting in line afterus. If AT&T is going to be opened on Sunday, they should have the proper amount of staff. Unacceptable service!

I just wanted give credit where credit is do. I live in Lovell which is one hour from Cody . I called in and Jennifer the manager of the store was very eager to help and answer any questions I had about my adding lines on my my account and the bogo offers they had on the new phones, there at the store . She did such a good job of the phone that we decided to just drive the hour right then and go to Cody . me and my wife were reall happy at the store with her and her coworker. They did a great job and were honest and truthful in our dealings . I’ve been with att for about 11years and been to many of there stores and bought many of phones and this was my greatest experience of all . Old fashion customer service skills
Very rude ladie who wouldnt help me get photos off of my SD card. She wouldnt even look at my phone. My sd card would not work on my current phone. So I ran up to the store to try to get her, to help me recover my photos and she would not even help me.
