Pharmacy has gone downhill. Hopefully it improves, for now going to another location.

Been here many many times.The pharmacy at this location has really declined.The customer service is very poor. The vaccine appointments are a joke - one person complaining about their hours, one person- a young guy- does not seem qualified or old enough to give an injection, another did not care if you had an appointment, she would rather play on her phone, play on the computer, or take others who walk up to buy things afterwards... They also often get refills wrong.Go to a different place for your pharmacy needs.

This is the WORST CVS pharmacy EVER!Not one person is helpful or acts like they even want to work. Every time I’ve used this CVS its been nothing but an issue with my prescriptions it’s either “expired” which I call it in clearly before the expiration date or they can’t answer why there’s ever an issue. I’ve never had this problem in my life at any other Walgreens or CVS and personally I think they should just close the pharmacy down at that location considering nobody is helpful or useful. I just don’t understand how someone has no explanation or just ignores you while waiting.

Prepare t9 wait at least an hour at the drive thru for medication.

Customer service IS THE WORST Ive ever seen in the 15 years that Ive been coming here. It started about a year ago but now it is beyond terrible! I will be leaving this CVS!!

I had a really bad experience today at the drive thru.I see young people taking care of this section, it seems they don’t care about giving a good customer service.

Worst pharmacy & pharmacist Glenn is rude. They only want covid patients . I couldn’t even get my prescriptions in the other line. Glen refused! The supervisor’s for the company are awful too. Told director Kerry Goldstein eWorld follow up on my complaint & like the pharmacy never heard from her. No surprise terrible service seems to start from the top!!!!

The customer is not a priority here. No one came to the phone been calling all day just to give my prior auth so my prescription can be processed. Your staff is dealing with sick people that need their medications and your staff are so miserable that they dont care about patient care.

Slowest drove thru pharmacy in the state.. once you get by the window you will see nobody moving at a pace customer backup requires

I thought the other customers were exaggerating with low scores....Now I understand. Horrible service!!! Prescription were ready and nobody called to let me know. CVS Corporate should either replace the staff or close this location pronto!

I scheduled an online appointment for the flu shot. I entered my VA healthcare # online and it accepted my appointment. However, when I arrived they said that they do not deal with VA patients. The VA told me otherwise. I left without the flu shot. I am very disappointed that they do not deal with VA patients. Not good CVS.

Such confusion over the covid shot, had to wait almost an hour and dealt with a very rude lady named Minerva, thankfully there was an employee named Maya that was very nice and made up for the rudeness.

I had a prescription to be pick up, I went inside then the pharmacist told me to go around to the drive thru in about 20 minutes, medication wasn’t ready so I waited 20 minutes like I was instructed and went to the drive thru, when I got there it was 8:05 pm she told me pharmacy was closed, I was frustrated because I followed her instructions, she didn’t tell me the pharmacy closes at 8pm, I end up without my importante medication for the night, very disappointed.

Theyre extremely condescending to me when they frequently run out of my medications. I pick up everything on time, never early. They expect me to constantly switch around to other pharmacies to get my prescription - which makes me feel like a criminal. When speaking to their customer complaint line, the best response I got was How is that CVSs problem? Im serious.Take your business to a hospital pharmacy if you can. Theyre usually always in stock, and are properly trained to speak with patients.

Long hold times or the app says prescription is ready and you show up and its not. Just poor pharmacy service

The pharmacists at CVS, on Lyons Rd., seem to be 1.) Overworked, and 2.) Incompetent. Some unnamed CVS managers have figured out how to profit handsomely on COC19 testing, while neglecting the drugstores primary duty: to timely dispense prescription drugs to its nearby community. All week long when attempting to pickup my drugs, the COV19 line was too long. I called and asked for mail delivery. A pharmacist took my credit card info, promised to mail my drugs, then promptly never delivered them. I doubt Kelly Goldstein, 11 years with CVS, now district leader, could care less about dispensing drugs to the community in an accurate and timely manner. After all, as CVS EVP Prem Shah discovered, Medicare pays $100, but avg. internal cost is $29. (John Foley, Reuters, 07-23-20). So of course its free to the public. But you might never get your regular drugs at this pharmacy. For anything free, the waiting queue at the drugstore means higher CVS income!

I would give no stars if I could. I scheduled a COVID-19 test for today at 3:50 p.m. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I was turned down for a test. Even though their sites clearly states that insurance is not necessary to get tested, the pharm tech told me that they do not accept BCBS-CA PPO. It just so happens that the person ahead of me was not tested either.

I called many times during the day to order a prescription and they never picked up the phone. I had to change to another pharmacy.

I never had problems with CVS but this place has the worst customer service. The lady that answered the phone at the pharmacy was very rude and told me to go to another CVS, because she was unable to get my prescription.

Made appointment for Flu shot 💉 got there 15 minutes early. They over booked and wanted me to wait 30 minutes. What is the purpose of appointment in this pandemic.

Terrible service. Go to Walgreens. So much better.

Carlos and the female pharmacist (cant remember her name) have been so kind and patient with my mother as have all the staff at the pharmacy. Thank you for being so accommodating and dealing with a difficult situation with such grace and kindness.

Pharmacists are rude, fairly useless!!

If you shop with coupons beware. This store is notorious for not understanding their own coupon policy. Check your receipt for extrabucks that do not print out. I have had many times where I am almost out of the store only to realize their advertise sales are not ring up correctly.

The line was long with one cashier . I have to say the cashier Steven handled it with such grace politeness and efficiencyI would hire a person like him any day !!!!

Came in to this CVS in such a rush and was welcomed by an employee named Dylan (saw his name on the receipt of my purchase) he was so kind and understanding and so patient with me, he helped me out but most importantly showed care and concern for my wellbeing since I was in such a a rush and panic mode getting some health emergency items for my mother. What a difference would be if all places had employees like him. Great person great service. Would give 20 stars if I could.

Worst pharmacy customer service I have ever experienced. I recently had to change due to my insurance and it has been 3 times now that I call and they leave me on hold for over 15 minutes. Once they changed my prescriptions over I have received a phone call every day, 3 times a day, from their automated system to pick them up. I have not had the time to go get them, but being bothered 3 times a day for the last 3 day (9 times!) is just ridiculous. I called them today, November 7th, to see about getting this situated and was on hold again for over 20 minutes! Completely horrible service.

Had to get my dad a last minute bday gift, there wqs a cologne he wanted amd i know cvs has a selection. Steve helped my find exactly what i was looking for and was super nice!

Punctual in delivery and persistent in follow up with refills ontime. Its the family pharmacy thats within a walking distance from our house.

Standard CVS kinda small, it stinks that its not open 24 hrs. Service at the pharmacy is easy and accurate.
