Promised me that they’d take care of my car right away. I explained to them it had to be done in a couple hours. They were fine with that. Got me to drive over to them and then would not commit to finishing the job at a set time. Find another place!

Tire Choice Auto Service was able to assist my issues without an appointment and was able to service my care immediately. Unfortunately, I had a screw in my tire and a good size bubble on the side of the tire. The dangers of that was explained to me. I also needed an oil change and was able to get all that done during my visit. Very satisfied. I left with my new tire and feeling much safer on the road. Thank you!

I recently had an oil change and system check at this center. I was extremely pleased with the service, the knowledge and helpfulness given by the manager Mark. He even suggested a coffee shop close by to pass the time while we waited for the work to be completed. We spent more time there than we needed to, work was completed quickly and efficiently. And, safety issues were apparent, masks were worn by all the employees that I saw. I will certainly continue to take my vehicles there for service.

I never leave reviews but this time I had to. From start to finish the man Mark was the most professional and was on top of everything. They order the custom tires let me know it would be a day late due to the manufacture. Called when they showed up and done. I will only go here from now on.

Needed a battery for my Lexus RX 350 in a hurry. Called Tire Choice on Hillsboro and they gave me several options. Frank greeted me as I arrived and was very helpful and friendly. Battery was not in stock (they informed me of this over the phone) but they still had me up and running in 45 mins. I would not hesitate to take my car back to them in the future.

Took my 2008 Jeep Patriot in due to stalling and being overall sluggish and my Positive Battery terminal was loose making it not start and being stranded. I’m a Professional K9 Trainer and needed to get the vehicle up and going as fast as possible, but affordable as well. Took it to the Team there at Tire Choice, explained what’s was going on and said they would take care of it. Got a call about 2 hours later to tell me it was ready. They explained what they did and I was off to work again! It runs perfectly!! Can’t thank these guys enough... they have earned my respect and business!

Excellent Service! My husband and I brought the car in for an oil change. We sadly didn’t think to make an appointment prior to our arrival. The staff was understanding and they were kind enough to put us in their schedule. They did a courtesy check of the vehicle and we were in and out in an hour. Very friendly staff and we will definitely return!

The only good thing was when the guy actually put air in my tire so I can go to the other store but they both played games. I felt like my money wasnt good enough for them. Whatever. Went somewhere else to get a new tire. How is it that I called and the guys tells me it 1 and half to two hours wait and I said ok on my way. When I get there he tells me that I didnt call him but when I called again in front of him I got him. So I go to the in boca and they wanted me to leave my car there and come back for it. I said no I have to go to work the longest I can wait is two hours. He tells me he cant do it so I left. I went to work and order a new tire for my car and my job it is going to put it on for me. It helps that I work at a car dealership. I should have just went there 1st.

Changed all for tires for a great price but that’s not even the best part.... because of these tough times I opted not to get the road hazard protection (which was also a great price but I just didn’t have the money) then a few weeks later I run over a nail and it pops the tire..... After several cheaper competitors told me the tire was done for, I came back to the shop thinking that I’d have to get a new tire. But thanks to the honesty of the staff. They repaired the tire and reinstalled it.

Brought my Tesla in to get 2 new tires. I was a bit worried that they didnt know about turning off the air suspension and mentioned it to the manager. He already new about how to turn it off by putting the car in jack mode.

I have been coming here for a few years now .. Tire Plus to Goodyear ... the service is always amazing ! Adam at the front desk was outstanding! His customer service and attention to detail is impeccable ! All of the mechanics here do such an amazing job I can’t complain ! I highly recommend this location; it’s a place where they know you by name.

So thankful for the amazing service there!! Woke up to a completely flat tire that I unknowingly drove on. Called and spoke to Adam who gave me a quote and said if I could get it in the next 20 min it would be done by 6. Called around for another quote and of course its 4th of July weekend so nothing could get done until Monday. Got AAA to tow my car there and Adam let me know it would be done Saturday morning by 10. To my greatest surprise Adam called me with the best news that there was a last minute cancelation and he was able to squeeze me in! Picked my Jeep up by 6 and the cost was exactly as quoted no surprises. Thank you Adam for such wonderful service and going above and beyond to accommodate me as possible!! Will for sure be returning for future services.

I’d like to give this location zero stars!I came into the tire choice down the street from my house back in November to get a tire plugged. After speaking with the sales rep (store manager) I went ahead and went with his recommendation and got 4 new tires installed. Immediately after leaving my tire sensor warning came on. I stopped back in to have the tire sensor checked as well as the alignment which seemed off still. I was told the tire just needed air (brand new tire installed by tires choice) and the actual sensor was okay. I left and the tire sensor came back on again. Additional work needed to be done on my car so I went back to the ford dealership where my car was purchased. I asked them to check the tire sensor while doing the other work. Diagnoses at Ford is $70 per service if you don’t have the work completed with them. Ford informed me the tire sensor was broken by the person who put my tires on and it was left inside the tire. They informed me to contact tires choice and ask for a refund or compensation. I contacted the store and the same store manager took my call. I explained to him what had happened and asked to be reimbursed for the broken sensor. The manager argued back and forth with me that I should have told ford to stop the work and came back to him AGAIN to have the sensor fixed. I explained to this gentleman over and over again that I did that already was told that the tire just needed air. Why in the world would I tell ford to stop the work and come back to your shop again when you lied already? The manager would not allow me to speak so I left the store and contacted corporate. Today, I called corporate to check on the status of my email and was told a check for $105 was sent out to me. The repair cost me $225. $225 to fix the damages this store did and lied about. Your company didn’t even have the decency to call me and apologize. I will make sure everyone in my community knows to stay away from this location. I feel like they took advantage of me since I am a woman and the owner was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care. Terrible dishonest business.

I have been going to this shop since 2017. I’ve always been taken care of, and at a good price. Today was no different, and Armando made sure everything was good with my vehicle. The shop is clean, and neat, which is super important now considering the crisis. I fully recommend. 👍🏽
