Overall the experience passed my expectations, and was great! Joan in collision and body made this experience easy and quick. My car came back to me in pristine condition with everything that needed to be fixed passing my expectations. If you ever need anything from the collision center I recommend asking for Joan because he will be sure to provide a high quality and personable experience and service!

Geo Ramirez was amazing, from the first day I brought my car in after an accident I was devastated. But he reassured me, even showing me the before and after of their work which was remarkable. Every Tuesday and Thursday I received a follow-up call of the process and he made sure my car was in top-notch shape before returning it. I took my car to the Vista Collision Center after getting into a minor fender bender. I came in very uncertain about the whole insurance/repair process but Joan walked me through everything. My car was ready on the day they said it would be and looked almost better than when I bought it. It was fully detailed and they even got a grease stain out that was on my driver side door for months. I pray you’ll never need their services, but if you do, I definitely would recommend the Vista Collision Center.

I’ve been through the drop off process before after an accident & it usually takes so long.Essence was a big help making it go smoothly & quickly from the time I called to set the appointment to the time I came in for drop off as Essence had my rental car ready.Very proficient & knowledgeable.Essence is a great asset to the team I think she deserves a raise. She was such a big help to the advisors while still doing her own work. Overall great experience & will do all business at this great location.

Their collision center seems to hire only unqualified people to work there. The receptionist knows NOTHING about anything and the technician basically said he doesnt want to fix the car. 😡

I can’t emphasize enough the level of professionalism and attention to detail this shop has. And forget about it the work from the techs and the shop.. hands down the best collision center in south Florida!!!
