Ive always liked this place. Until I came in today and the lady working acted like we were bothering her that she had to get up. When she started to make my banana split, she not only didnt wash her hands (whatever just be careful) she opens my banana but doesnt flip it into the cup, she touches it with the hands she did not wash. Im not coming back no Im good

My fiancee and I live right around the corner and used to love coming to this place, but we wont be back after what happened Sunday night (Oct 10th). The employee who served us was rude and disrespectful to the point of going off on a 2-3 minute rant about how the flavor we ordered (cappuccino chip) shouldnt even be a flavor and how ridiculous it is that shes had to go get 3 buckets of that flavor today and how people who order it have no taste because its too bitter and coffee and ice cream dont go together and its disgusting, etc etc. All because my fiancee ordered a scoop of cappuccino chip. My advice? Go across the street to Ossorio Bakery and Cafe, where they at least appreciate your business and treat their customers with respect and courtesy.

Great ice cream variety, delicious flavors, and so affordable. We took extended family there; 10 people in all. When the young man behind the counter told me the total was only $23, I asked TWICE “are you sure you got all of us”?

A great location for an ice cream shop, but the quality of the ice cream is pretty standard. Some of the flavors look a little bit worn as if it melted and was re-frozen. Nonetheless, a good selection, but somewhat questionable.They only accept Visa and Mastercard with a minimum purchase of $5. So, I ended up getting their Hot Chocolate as well. It was very watered down and just not drinkable unless you dont mind brown warm water with a hint of chocolate.I think they can make improvements in terms of quality, but not a bad place to get a scoop of ice cream.

I will not support a business who proudly supports Biden, only reason I continued to finish my order is I didnt want to disappoint my kids and leave. I will be happy to eat ice cream elsewhere. Take the Biden picture down, he left Americans behind, he left service animals behind!

Hesitant to complete purchase when the guy server (in black shirt, Sat night, Sep 5th, 2020), with bare unwashed hands, grabbed the cones, scooped the ice cream (with scooper), and handled money. We watched his repeated performance with next three customers without washing his hands, nor still not wearing any gloves. Quite disgusting! Will notify Cocoa Health inspector, Tuesday, after Labor day holiday.

Have tried there banana, & strawberry. Banana was too sweet. Strawberry, couldnt taste any strawberry flavor, thought they mistakenly served vanilla. Will not be returning.

One of the few places that has childhood memories for both me and my kids. The ice creams are really good with a good variety of flavors. The hot dogs are also pretty darn good. We always enjoy finishing our time walking around scenic downtown Cocoa Village. Whether shopping, enjoying the park, or even seeing a play at the playhouse every trip is better eating ice cream.

I got sea-salt caramel on a waffle cone. It was exactly what I wanted and sooooo good

My Aunt and I were there today, Saturday, Aug. 8th. Wanted lunch so we ordered the chili dog. My Aunt ordered hers with chips, I ordered mine with potato salad. Let me tell you, the cheese was imitation cheese, the hot dog warmed in the microwave, by time we got it it was cold. Had to ask for the bun and chili to also be warned and the cheese melted, needless to say, the cheese didnt melt. The hot dog was very poor quality and tasted terrible. Then tried the potato salad and that was horrible. The potatoes were a bad, old color and it was very dry. It tasted terrible. I dont recommend going here for food. Im wishing we had just had the ice cream. I enjoyed looking at all the photos and signs. The guy who waited on us was very kind.

The best thing about this shop is not the ice cream, its the people. You will definitely enjoy your ice cream more when having it served by a cheerful bubbly employee with a pink spangled fedora. She is a hoot!This ice cream shop is very much a part of the community and has been around a very long time. The Marilyn Monroe motif isnt exactly my style, but it suits the people there and I love them for their authenticity.

This is a small hand-dipped ice cream place that we really like. We will drive past other ice cream places just to go here. We patiently wait in line talking about our favorite flavors and what we plan to order. Oh my gosh! This is such a wonderful place! The coffee is great, the food is amazing, and the worker named Kelly is an awesome person! Didnt try the ice cream yet, but I will be back. Definitely recommend the tuna mac, it is absolutely delicious!

I was pleasantly surprised with how quick the service was despite how long the line was when my son and I entered the store. It wouldve been nice to get a hot dog or sandwich but I understand why the proprietor said she wasnt making them at that time. The $5 minimum for debit cards definitely puts me off a bit, especially since I couldnt buy something that I wanted for myself. But overall, I like this place quite a bit.

Wish I could give negative stars the owner was working today I asked for a specific type of ice cream she scoffed at me like how dare you ask for that and says we never have that. I had already offered an ice cream to my coworker he wanted a soft serve so I said I’ll have 2 soft serve she gives attitude again you can’t have that either the machine is down so I walked out. I’ll never ever go there again. How the hell does an owner treat customers like that is beyond me very unprofessional

This ice cream shop stayed open late for the concert at riverfront Park. It was awesome the lady who runs the store is very patient and nice, but her coworker wasnt very polite and wasnt helping her with the large crowd of people wanting ice cream nonetheless their ice cream is pretty good and inexpensive. I got a Coke a cola float and it was great!

The woman waiting on us was rude from the get go with no reason. They were out of several flavors without fixing it, gave chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge that was requested and told me that if it was hot there would be no ice cream left. When I asked if I did something wrong to cause her to be rude she replied, no. Didnt apologize or anything. Then made comments as we left. I cant remember the last time I actually wanted to leave a mess at a shop. I didnt, but I wanted to.

They have really good ice cream although they do put way too much in the cone if you need two scoops tell them to make them small

I wish I could give no stars! I’ve heard great things about this shop so I went in to get an ice cream cone today and the cashier was so rude and unprofessional it was ashame. First I heard her speaking to another customer rudely. But I decided to give her a chance. She looked as if she hated her job and when I approached the counter she barely greeted me. When I said sorry what did you say because I didn’t understand her mumbling she then proceeded to recite what she said to me like I was a 3 year old or hard of hearing. I said excuse me are you okay? She said yes I’m fine. Didn’t seem fine to me. I politely excused myself and went to Toppers instead where I’ve never had a bad experience like this one!

Went in with my husband and our infant son to grab a quick bite to eat. Carried the stroller up the few steps and inside which is small and crowded. 2 people were in front of us and nine people came in behind us. I sat at a table in the back with the stroller while my husband placed our order. He was then told that they had to serve all the ice cream customers first, so as long as people kept coming in, we would be pushed to the back. My suggestion would be that if you know youre going to be crowded on a Saturday afternoon, bring people in to help take care of all of your customers. Unbelievable.

Worst customer service Ive had in years. The extremely rude employee barked at us and other patrons. Interrupted my husband who was reading the menu to say that was the kids menu and we would have to present the kids to her and she would decide if they could have the kids meal. We only stayed because of the really cheap but dogs. Although, after receiving them they were over priced at $3. Microwaved and gross. My daughter asked for a sample and the employee rolled her eyes slammed her stuff on the counter before giving her a taste of the ice cream. Just awful. I was hoping for an easy soda shop to recommend to the other 30 members of my family who come to Cocoa Village several times a year, but will tell them to go to Murdocks instead. Ill never be back.

The store was empty and the server was in a hurry. 2 of the 4 ice creams we got taste bad like old. My family did not fell welcome and my youngest daughter ask me why the server was so rude. I have been going there for 5 years and never expected this type of service as I had no issues before. Very dissapointed will never go there again.
