In February, while on vacation in West Cocoa, Fl., my laptop had a blue screen and nothing worked. I used my phone to look up a repair place. I went by the reviews on who I would take it to and Sherif was just down the street, so I called just before closing and it was fixed the next morning. He told me what was wrong and I totally enjoyed listening to him talk about everything! Not just computers. He is a very intelligent and interesting man and very genuine. No bull here. I was visiting from out of town and my laptop had some power issues and I needed to complete a work project . My brother in law recommended computer paramedics. I needed it fixed immediately and I believe it was the owner who I was dealing with. He said it wouldn’t be a problem and he would call me in a couple hours. I went to the shop to get my laptop repaired and ended up trading it in for an HP desktop. It was refurbished and looked brand new. He also gave me a deal for paying in cash. Ive been using it for two days and it is so fast, no glitches and just runs beautifully. I could have spent over 1k for the same computer but ended up only spending 375!! Will never buy from another retailer again!! Amazing!

Talk about personal service! My CD/DVD drive had a problem but I did not want to leave my computer - I use it for business and can not be without it. The owner let me know when he could look at it WHILE I WAITED! Even called to confirm and was waiting for me when I arrived. Very professional and detailed. Took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. The price was right - half of what another store charges me to just look at a computer. Awesome experience and now my go-to shop for repairs.

I dropped my iPhone and even though it was in a case, the back shattered (the case was completely unharmed, so it totally did not do its job). When I contacted the insurance they quoted me over $200 to repair it and I would have had to send it off for who knows how long to fix it. My printer problem was one they couldnt solve as it was caused by a surge on our household electric by a lightning strike. Suffice it to say, I was treated good and helped with a replacement at a reasonable cost. I have been to the shop for help twice now and will go again whenever I need help.

This company saved my outdated 2006 computer, I had just gotten a band new top of the line for computer monitor for Christmas from my family to start an online business, but my computer was not compatible with the new monitor. Needless to say I was up in arms because I could not afford a new computer. After doing a Google search in my area I found that this company had the most best reviews. I was still nervous but I took it to them. I explain my dilemma with the owner and he told me not to worry. I was called a couple of days later to pick up my computer and to my surprise the computer was updated where it was running faster and up to date and now it was compatible with my 2020 desktop monitor. He charge me a fraction of the cost of what it would cost me to buy a brand new computer. I would recommend this company and challenge any other company that would do what he does with his knowledge on computers and much more. Great and fast service. Sherif was recommended by another computer repair person because he can do tedious technical repairs most cant. Due to battery issues the screen portion on my Surface Book was heating terribly. Like a tectonic shift, it actually lifted the screen away from the frame creating damage inside. Sherif was able to remove the screen and replace the damage parts. I had two other computer people tell me I just needed a new computer. Well, Sherif fixed this one and it is good as new.

Mr. Saleh was very responsive to my first call and to completing the entire service. One day after calling him, he picked up my computer from my home. Within 2 days he called to explain the problem. I was ready to have to purchase a new computer but he assured me that a new computer was not necessary. Mr. Saleh then delivered it, fixed, back to my home. The price was better than another computer repair shop that I had used previously. My Saleh called a few days later to ask if I had any problems or questions. I took my laptop to Sherif, the owner of the company. The computer had been giving me trouble for some time. He thought I could have it back that same day but they found many more problems then they expected. He called to let me know it would not be done until the next day due to the huge number of viruses and other problems. Picked it up, he recommended some hardware and software upgrades which he did while I waited. The price was very reasonable and he and his staff are just really friendly and caring people.
