I went in 20 minutes before they closed, that did not matter to the sales rep Odi, he was super friendly, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me the best phone for my price range. I have had metro for 7 years and this was the BEST service yet.

I just went and bought a new phone and the guy who sold it to me was very friendly and he knocked off 30 dollar off my bill! They will try to get you to buy stuff you really dont need and also if you can transfer all your apps and data by yourself, I suggest you do that because they will try to charge you for that as well. In short I have no complaints, yet!LoL

It was a reason I drove past other Metro PCS & come to this one. I want to thank the staff of the one on Clearlake Road. I came in with a budget of $150 & left only paying $120. With the help of Ibrahim, he was extremely nice & made feel very welcome there. Excellent customer service. Not too mention getting me a good deal, thank you to Ibrahim & staff, I will be coming back.

Went int to purchase my own phone and plan. The cashier made the process smooth, easy, and comfortable. He put both me and my fiance at ease and gave us exactly what we wanted, my dream phone and an unlimited data plan. :)

Very Professional and Proper.

Called before coming in asked about storage on my phone. The guy told me to come in so he can check out my phone. Within 2 min of getting there he already has my phone apart battery pulled out and about to throw in an SD card. I even asked him Just like that huh? Throw the SD card in and send me my merry way!?? His response was yup, just like that .....ummm NO....that is NOT how you do business. I got no explanation or given details how my phone storage works. Which is what I initially came in for. I would have purchased an SD right there and then had I gotten a proper customer service treatment. After I told him i wasnt purchasing the SD card he then mentions that Im due for an upgrade for a new phone. Thats probably information we could have talked about in the beginning.

They screwed up my phone and know they cant fix it

Bought two phones. 1 died 6 days after return policy just random black screen. No Crack, didnt drop. They refused to exchange. Been a metro user for years. My opinion is the store is actually a front for some gang, so didnt argue the situation for fear of retribution, Im new in the area and still learning the gangs or who is who and how to make deals with them. Just got to find the right metro in the right gang area.
