This place sold me a lemon then didnt even want to help or talk about the situation when I called them 3 days later after purchase. I ended up replacing the entire engine and still have to get rid of the clunker. I bought the car outright. Horrible customer service. Service what they sell is just not true. I was referred to another mechanic. Thanks, but I have my own family mechanic where we take all our cars for service. Buyer beware!!!

Purchased a vehicle from RJL and made payments for almost two years. Mark and everyone there were always very helpful. RJL is a great place to buy a used car! I came here in 2014 and bought a 2005 Scion Tc. The car had 72,000 miles on it and I drive it from Orlando to Merritt Island 4 times a week. The car runs great and Ive never had one problem with the car, besides getting a new battery. RJL is a flexible company who works with you with whatever troubles your going through when it comes to money. I had been searching for a reliable car for a long time and I found that car right at RJL. I highly recommend RJL.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from here, starting back from 2002, I am currently about to purchase a 5th vehicle from them as well. Cars have low mileage, very clean, and reliable. Ive paid mine off now 1 1/2yrs and I still go there to have it serviced. I wouldnt buy from anywhere else!!!! Great Company!!!

Robert Wolley wrote a bad review about the company and is not telling the truth!! This vehicle was a cheap trade in and was offered for $1500 cash plus 6% sales tax and tag fees. He looked at the vehicle and said he wanted it however it had a problem with the power steering. The problem was fixed he came back several days later and had $1200 and wanted to take the car! At the same time someone came by and paid the total price of $1500 plus sales tax and tag fee! If he had the correct amount for the vehicle he could have purchased it. This is not right to write a bad review and tell lies about a company that sells excellent vehicles never charges dealer fees and is always there for their customers after the sale!!

Dropped my car off to get a simple alignment at about 9 a.m. I called up there at 2 p.m. no one had touched my car I waited until 4 p.m. still no work done I picked my car up and took it elsewhere the guy behind the counter told me a four wheel alignment would be 80 bucks and its 60 bucks everywhere else around town. Never again

Bought my car there and a great deal on the oil change each time.

Today I went with my friend to pick up the car he was supposed to buy. He had been in the lot 2 days prior to purchase it, but it had a problem with the power steering. He called every day, and even went back to the lot to make sure they knew he was serious. Today, he was there at 830 to buy the car, and someone else arrived AFTER him, offered a few dollars more and took the car, right out from under his nose. This dealer is no kind of business man, and should be put out of business. A Man is nothing if he doesnt have his word, and the car dealer assured my friend, he could have the car, when it was ready to sell. Do yourself a favor and do business with someone else.
