I have to tell you that I have gone into this store for specific items and have always found what I needed. The employees are always helpful and great and today was no different. Lindsay was really great in helping me find exactly what I needed and then explaining to me how it worked. When I got outside to my car and couldnt figure out where the fitting was, she even came out and pointed it out to me which I really appreciated. I stopped in last week and got new wiper blades and they were good enough to put them on no charge. I shop here often and they give military discount.They have a good stock and if they do not have the part they will order and get it quickly.

Parts are good,Customer service need to be trained alot more in the Auto parts industry.

Good place to be for the most part but so many young kids working there nowadays cant find nothing or you get the wrong part they dont have the year make and model they dont know what to do

On Easter Sunday I went to Cocoa Fl Auto Zone On King Street. I’m disabled and called the store telling them my check engine light was on. The lady that answered the phone said she’d been right out to check it. Secounds later, She came outside and diagnosed the problem and Gave me a print out of the results. The AutoZone employee named Frehda was very professional and helpful. Thank you

I have never been to a better parts store in my life they always have the nicest staff who go above and beyond for you they always have the part or parts you need are extremely helpful and are always 2 to 5 dollars cheaper than advance auto parts stores

My husband loves AutoZone as a company. But this particular store...has idiots behind the counter. Thomas was helping out my husband with a warranty replacement on our car battery. Thomas could not figure out how to hook up his device to check the battery. (he tried multiple times. Once even connecting positive to positive!) Stupid! Then suggested that the reason the battery was not working was because my husband must have done something to make it not work. WHAT?! The employees are not supposed to BLAME the customers! It was a faulty battery, not a faulty owner! Not only that, we were unable to receive a FULL warranty exchange. Thomas told us because the store just had all of their OLD batteries taken away and replaced by these better NEW batteries.??? Really? My husband spent the extra money on the BEST battery for our suburban, and bought the warranty, now is told to deal with a lower powered battery!! Not Good!

Two employees standing around chatting, while just one person on the register, had a line of customers...really?! If I wasnt really wanting that Coke to drink, I would have left it sitting on the counter and said thank you, really loud!

I must say that Mary was the most helpful representative I have ever met. We were on the way from Miami to South Carolina and my center bearing for my driveshaft went out. If it had not been for her I would have really been in trouble. I was also shocked how much she new about vehicles, finally a representative that works in a part store that knows how to work on a vehicle as well as very helpful. We greatly appreciate her time and effort. Thank you Mary for all the help!

Im not sure of Auto Zone policy, but they can improve on what is in place. My wife was at the store in Cocoa buying wiper fluid. Because my wife is disabled, she asks for help putting the fluid in her car. She was told that Auto Zone doesnt allow them to do that. Auto Zone, update your policy to include the disabled and those who are uninformed and render aid when appropriate

Good place for many car care needs. They can be very helpful in diagnosis of car problems. Having to compete with many other places in my location, average is what comes to mind when I go there.

My husband went into the store while I stayed in the car with our 3yr old who was asleep. He asked 2 of the employees if he could walk out with a couple of items to ask my opinion on which to purchase. They told him to wake the baby and have us come into the store. My husband politely thanked them and returned the items to the display. We crossed the street to ADVANCED AUTO PARTS where he asked the same question. The employee was EXTREMELY understanding and courteous to my husband. He allowed him to bring 3 items out of the store to show me. We purchased one of them and had a much better experience with excellent customer service in the end at ADVANCED AUTO PARTS.

Got all of my refrigerants and accessories for my air conditioning. Also they gave me loaner tools, left deposit for tools and get full refund when return the tools.

If you know exactly what you need to buy and dont need to ask one of the employees for a part, then yes autozone is a good place to shop. Id give it a 5 for selection and a 1 for customer service. Just went in to get a new alternator because thats what my code reader said was the issue. Instead of what couldve been a quick and easy purchase, I had to listen to one of their guys basically tell me I was an idiot for 10 minutes straight because Im not a mechanic. if it wasnt for their selection and prices, I would never step foot in their stores again.
