We had a great time at the nearby beach. My pregnant daughter had to use the restroom. We stopped in to this location. Wish I would have taken her elsewhere. I was very surprised to see the state of the bathrooms. We always use this store when we visit the beach. Usually is a great spot to pickup things before or after the beach.... and yes use the restrooms. In the mens room. There was urine and public hair all over the toilet seat. The smell was very strong. There was also no toilet paper or paper towels. Unfortunately for my daughter it wasnt much better over at the ladies room. She did say she had toilet paper. When we walked in the front counter had plenty of time to chit chat with customers. They probably should have taken the time to clean the restrooms instead.

Yeah the lady manger here is a older lady. Seems nice at first. But Now I see she has a slick mouth. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. I cant believe she still works here. Thats what everyone says meaning good or bad. Theres a only case sign on the door. I ask if this is still accurate an her response is always yelling that i will know when I see it. A week ago she was handling a long line and getting real pi s s y with people. I get up and have my things and I point to the pizza and say I need a slice of this and look nd point. She says this. U need a piece of this. Well wht is this? Pizza. U need. Slice of pizza. Shes always yelling did I mention that. I stopped coming everyday im just sick of her. Its never a in and out situation she always says something

Mid 40s white women is very disrespectful 3rd shift came in for utensils and a soft drink she told me to go to racetrak. Just because theres 8 people in line does not mean be rude to 1 customer trying to ask a question will go to racetrak from now on in those area 711 is losing it everywhere nowadays....

I witnessed Saturday a group whom I thought was well behaved eating out front stuff that was purchased from that store while waiting for there group to get done shopping this lady who claims to be manager gets out of her van smoking a cigarette yells out of the blue no hanging out in front of the store very rudely says dam worthless locals being local myself I simply left and will never shop there again

Ive been in this store a few times at night and the girl behind the counter is always in a good mood and very polite. And if shes not behind the counter shes cleaning something. Ive noticed a difference in night shift compared to day shift. I dont ever see day shift cleaning and the store is a mess. Thats why I give this store four stars. They need to find more employees like her. Her name is Candice and I just want her to get recognized for what a get job she does.

Worst 7-11 ever wanted to use my points for a bag of jerky and they said I used my pen too many times and charged me full price for something that should have been free to begin with

Walked in to Joseph your STORE MANAGER as he PROUDLY TOLD THE LINE OF IS CUTOMERS Chewing out a girl named Kayla I believe, WITH a long line of customers SHE WAS SERVING ALONE !! He was chewing her out for simply being on the phone at some other time I suppose. He was loud, not being mean but BELITTLING HER !! With a LINE of people!! Using customers in the conversation!!I shouldn’t have to walk in and feel the stress of your team! He even used me as an example HE WAS OUT OF LINE!! He was chewing her out apparently on the OWNERS BEHALF. We won’t be back to your store as it made me leave in an awful mood !!

Usually any other 7 eleven is great! But its 9:40am on 3/2 and this thick chick with the black and red hair has a serious problem. Not friendly or helpful. Treated me like carpet to walk on. I went in smiling, asked how she was and got nothing from her. She even moved to another register with my things without saying something. I was looking down in my purse for my wallet so I didnt see her move over. Then I show her a 7 eleven card and asked her could I give it to her because another guy gave it to me at another store but didnt explain it to me. That was her moment to do so. Instead she takes the card out of my hand (I did not hand it to her) and she scans it. Im like oh OK so I just give it to you guys whenever I purchase something and then she says yeah and points to a sign. Then I pay and she then reaches over me and grabs the guy behind me lotto card to check. Like she needs trained and manners!!! Allow me to grab my things and put my card away before reaching over me and say have a nice day or something. She said absolutely nothing! Ive been here later in the day with this older lady and shes super nice. But this girl this morning... If I EVER see her again Im just walking out!

I work near this store and everytime I go by they are very rude and never have any coffee, so if you need coffee early am then I would definitely not recommend this place, I have always gone to 7 eleven but will never go back to this location. Worst 7 eleven!!

I visit the store at night... I wont go during the day because the morning staff is so disgusting and rude. But the new overnights worker Candice is super helpful, always has a great attitude, and is easy to talk to. Maybe day shift should take notes... if they were half as nice as Candice they wouldnt have lost so much buisness... my best advice is to do away with the nasty girl in the day cassandra.

It’s a good place for quick stops. Clean and quick for many beach essentials.

Went in to grab beer. Kids got slurpees. I was REFUSED service because the kids were underage in the presence of an alcohol purchase. I amWell over 21. I was told to get out. Like I’m buying beer for my children??? Assistant manager was NOT friendly at all. Super nasty, rude and downright disgusting about the whole thing. Truly sorry your life is that miserable that you have to be offensive to people. They make meds for misery. Good luck!

Cassandra is VERY DISRESPECTFUL and unfriendly. After visiting this store I have come to realize every time she works, she has something discourteous to say. Dont visit this store, unless you have to. Winn Dixie, Publix, Walgreens and CVS are close by.

Friendly staff and very busy store, great cigarette prices too, and close to the beach, just across the street, and not far from the local transit buses either, very convenient.

Horrible service, the manager snatched my drink following an argument about ID for cigarettes. I am a local that makes purchases at this location everyday.
