Been enjoying this shop for the past 5 winters. This one is no exception. Despite challenges with covid closings they still did a nice job! John the latest manager runs a good shop. We like to bike which allows us to skip the usually busy drive thru. Especially like the outdoor seating area. Store is always clean with friendly servers. Unable to use the inside yet except for purchases but sure it will change in near future.

At least you can walk in this starbucks unlike the one around the corner. It also has a bathroom which is in the hotel attached to this building. They dont accept points, not sure if price on all drinks is same, mine was same though, for parking, use ron Jons and be quick.

Seriously the absolute WORST Starbucks I have ever visited. Virtually non-existent customer service. Went 2 days in a row. First day, completely ignored by THREE people behind the counter - they were not remotely busy; as a matter of fact, I was the only person in line. When one of them finally decided to help me, there was no acknowledgement - they literally finished up the task they were doing (at the register where I was standing), stepped aside to the other register, and looked at me through their dirty plastic partition, as if to say, What do you want?. No verbal greeting whatsoever. After all that, they didnt have what I wanted, so I left. Came in the next morning, similar experience. Wont be back...

Every now and then I need a Mocha Frapachino and none better than Starbucks

Located inside of the hotel / restaurant / surf shop area this one is in a super weird setup. We entered from the surf shop side and had to cut through the main seating area of a restaurant to get to the cafe. The other entrance is street side so maybe come in that way if you can.They have a similar setup to sister locations but extremely limited seating and no drive thru. Barista took the order and made the coffee after a decent pace so nothing big there. They did have some free samples out of the new drinks, which was nice.Overall: C-Odd set-up, lack of drive through and limited seating options knock this one down in stars.

WARNING: IF YOU ARE THINKING OF WORKING AT THIS LOCATION, DO NOT.1) It is a franchise run Starbucks so they are allowed to pay you lower than the Starbucks corporate average hourly wages.2) THERESA the manager is beyond incompetent at doing her duties and ensuring that the day to day responsibilities of the place are smooth and running3) As an underpaid employee you will be picking up her slack, being staffed too short, and playing mind games with her and your schedule because this location is built on favoritism and abuse of employees and power with no corporate guidelines or checks and balances4) If you are young and looking for experience there’s a REAL Starbucks down the road that will pay you better and actually make decent tips atFOR CUSTOMERS:Mediocre Starbucks with higher prices and non redeemable awards because it is a poorly run franchise. If you are not being dropped off at this location on a cruise ship bus, there is a better drive thru Starbucks down the road. Good luck (:

Its a Starbucks, but the staff was way friendly than most other Starbucks and they introduced my kids to mango dragon fruit lemonade refreshers.

This place is very nice. They made my coffee, accidentally spilled it when putting the lid on it, apologized profusely and then they remade it and gave me a donut for my troubles. If I am ever back this direction, I will be stopping here (hopefully). This is my first trip to Cocoa Beach, FL.

Hard to find in the crazy atmosphere in the hotel... behind the restaurant. See vice is great and the coffee is what you expect

Slow service with attitude. Convenient location inside Cocoa Beach Surf Company. Not really comfortable seating, vest to pickup something and go.

Great place to go to get an iced tea and perfect bar after surfing. Plus there is free parking here.

So nice to have a Starbucks here and with a drive through option as well! They even gave my service dog her first “Puppacino”!

A small cozy coffee shop...employees need training in greeting, unfortunately this has become to the norm in many Starbucks...coffee was luckwarm & not fresh...it was clean & they offer outdoor umbrella seating.

The service was good, not amazing but good. I got a Iced Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato which was made exactly the way I liked it but they were kind enough to fix it.

Chris was really helpful with my order. I enjoyed his enthusiasm as he interacted with myself and other guests.

I ordered an iced tea and iced coffee, but was told there was no way to select “iced tea” in the computer, and so was told I must pay for a “chai latte” instead. $5.25 for a drink that should have been $3 max. And the iced coffee looked like it was at least 60% milk.

They dont let you use redeem your stars. Too long time to get our drinks too. One guy was doing nothing that I could see while one was making EVERYTHING and one person on the register

Nice people but extremely slow compared to the normal Starbucks. Perhaps it is because it is a private location not corporate. I have waited literally 4-5x longer each visit compared to corporate locations. They need more people, waiting 20mins or more for a coffee isnt worth it.

Inside the hotel, which makes parking occasionally tricky. I dont usually go to this location because it isnt a stand alone store. Close to Ron Jon and one of few Starbucks Ive found in Cocoa Beach.

Whomever this Sidney girl is that works behind the counter needs to find a new profession. I have NEVER met someone so incredibly rude as she was, her attitude is completely unacceptable! Not our fault that the drink order was written down incorrectly, does not give her the excuse to throw things behind the counter and treat a customer like crap. Ive never told someone to drop the attitude like I had to with her...UNBELIEVABLE!

Inside Ron Johns makes it inconvenient unless youre actually in Ron Johns. Basically not a place to grab your morning coffee before work. But its the only Starbucks in Cocoa Beach
