Very nice staff made sure to help me the best way the can. Jennifer during my visit even let me get my frames early and used my current lenses cause they frames were broken and I didn’t have any contacts left, I was able to see and have my new frames until my new lenses came in!

The staff is wonderful. I always find cute glasses and receive excellent care. Brenda is a pleasure to work with!

Great experience. Doc was great! Got a pair of glasses, found out a few days later the sides were digging into my ear. No questions asked, came back and picked out a more comfortable frame.

Please make sure you go over your insurance benefits prior to booking, the doctor charged me the wrong price and billed an old insurance that i told her not to bill b/c i was switching jobs, 70 dollars for exam (contacts and eye) called insurance company and they told me i shouldve paid 50$ now i have a letter in the mail saying that i owe them 50 more dollars because she billed the wrong insurance Never coming back to Dr. Mona shroff sorry

I was all ready to give this place 5 stars, up until the time of payment. When I booked my appointment online, I was showed an eye exam price of $79. When I finished and went to pay, I was charged A HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS. They NEVER discussed cost beforehand. They charged me for both a glasses exam AND a contact exam without telling me! I JUST had a glasses exam elsewhere and paid for one already, I did not need one today! They straight robbed me. Im honestly mad at myself for paying instead of just walking out. I will never, ever come to these thieves again.

Took a couple of teens visiting us from another country to the optical department for eye exams. They do not have access to eye care in their home country. Brenda, Ron and Dr. Iqbal were wonderful! They were so helpful and accommodating. Dr. Iqbal was extremely patient as we worked through the language barrier. Our teens do not speak much English. I and the Dr. do not speak their language. Google Translate was a great help, but Dr. Iqbal was very good with interacting with both our temporary kids. The facility was open, clean, bright and pleasant to be in.I highly recommend this location and their staff. Thank you Brenda, Ron and Dr. Iqbal for helping our temporary kids and for your genuine caring spirit.

Brenda is the most amazing employee I think that I’ve ever encountered at Target. She was so sweet and helpful while we had my Gran in getting glasses. Doctor I was wonderful too! All three ladies working 1/27/18 deserve the biggest high five ever! Thank you thank you thank you

I had recently had a negative customer relations experience here. I think Brenda out front is very nice. They had a substitute doctor in for Dr. Iqbal and they got the RX very wrong. Could not see with those glasses.I came back and the new RX was very different. It took a lot of effort on my part to refund the difference on the new pair of glasses. I had to practically beg for them to fix their own mistake. I know nobody is perfect, but they sure did not want to accept responsibility.So 3 stars, I know that I personally would look elsewhere, but if you get stuck here, you could do worse.

Doctor is too good and the one star I am giving is for her !!!! Definitely as others said Brenda is a nice lady !!! But I got insulted by Ron !! He think he is all great with 44 years of experience and all the people out are just worst !! Even Carl’s Zeiss lens and their lab is bad for him !! For him only target optical lab is great !! As per him they are the only one running with high standards !! No one else in the world are greater than them.Context ::: I asked them to fix my new lens to old frame and after 3 weeks they replied saying they cannot use the old frame due to some issue with eye position. So when I asked them multiple question they were getting in to trouble and they said may be some local labs will fix lens for u!! But it will not be correct!!So as I said above Carl zeiss is a local lab for target opticals / For Ron!! Ridiculous!! I would say Ron is really misbehaved and he wanted to say he is only great !!! He added that if he had a local lab he should have done it .. that means he is ready to fix the things wrongly and give to his customers though it will not help them as they explained.. which means Ron is looking only from business perspective.I asked them if I select a new lens from them which is exactly same as the one I have; is the lab is going to return it ? They said may be !!! Funny !! So how we will select a frame for us!! As per target optical we need to go with their rules and regulations but not with frame suites u/ure style !!Nothing else they cannot fix it in old frame and need to force customer to buy a new !! Simple thing is business !!I am going to take the frame and prescription to other known and highly reviewed opticals and lab to see what they say! If they say it can be then I know what to do with target for waiting my time !!I still say doctor and Brenda in opticals are really good !! And the one start is for them !! With Rons behavior they are not even eligible for 1 star!!

Brenda was great, she made sure I knew what my health plan benefits were and how to use them. Not a huge range of frames, but I mostly wear contacts anyway.

I used to love this place, until they hired the new assistant, Christine. She is just awful to deal with. All of their files are on a paper system. So if they misplace your file, you are SOL. Secondly, the customer service here is by far, the worst I have ever experienced. I have been trying to order contacts for two weeks now, and they have misplaced my file, incorrectly billed my insurance, lost/misplaced my exam prescription, and never return any of my phone calls or follow up call when they say they should. This target optical is a nightmare. They once put me on hold for a minute that turned into 10, and then I hung up and they never called back. Go anywhere elese but here.
