This .99 cent store in coachella is by far the cleanest well sanitized store Ive had the pleasure of shopping at. Employees are friendly.. well groomed.. Every single visit Ive observed store aisles well kept. Merchandise nice and neat on shelves .Floors are shiny clean. Several times Ive observed cashiers sanitize conveyor belts. This is an exceptional xtra.

It doesnt feel busy until you go to checkout. I realize at this price point labor costs are of high importance, but what about customer satisfaction??? Its sad because most are very clean and friendly but we leave frustrated or even angry due to slow checkout and thats the lasting imoression. Who is going to develop an app that can be used to check out???? I will pay for that app! 😆

Good prices, you just gotta watch the specials of other stores as they might have better deals. For example I dont buy chorizo here because at food for less I usally get it for .50-1.00 cheaper. But over all you will mostly find many bargains.

Getting expensive. There secret shoppers are o virus. There was a old man looking at the makeup and trying to text on his phone at the same time, obviously trying to look at me. I guess I was spending too much time in the beauty isle. Plus another man was picking up hair dye, reading the box and on his phone texting. He was bald.

My mom gets all her necessities from here because she make A LOT of gelatins for people and they taste delicious plus it a great place to find makeup/craft supplies/gardening tools/school supplies/party supplies etc.

Love this store! I do a lot of shopping here weekly. Im a college student so the wide variety of things offered at the 99 is amazing. You can get a variety of fruits and vegetables as well as frozen food, home essentials, personal care, snack food, and a lot more. I always recommend the 99 cent store to everyone I meet since 90% of everything is a dollar. Some items do cost more but they are usually clearly marked with their price. Seasonal items frequently go on sale, such as Halloween decorations after Halloween, and you can stock up for next year.

The store is clean and well stocked. I really like the fact that they have fresh produce. Although some of their pricing is equal to Walmart there are enough items at a cheaper price to make up the difference. I really like that they have quite a few vegan items. Good for you. Just because some want to eat clean doesnt mean we want to spend more for it!!!

Nice people, but its on the dirty side. Never use the bathroom its GROSS! I love the fact I can get a gallon of milk there. All prices are not a dollar and Im fine with that. You can and I have gotten some really great stuff there. And during the holiday season they stay open later to accommodate there customers.

Was looking to buy some things for my phone . There were several boxes opened so i made sure the box i was getting had everything in it . Then a lady skinny lady who wears glasses announces over the speaker all security scan isle 7 which was the isle i was on . I turned to walk away to pay and she yells from across the store in front of customers we don’t open merchandise if you’re or buying it . I said i am buying it and I’m checking to make sure everything is in there because there are so many boxes worth missing pieces and so i politely tell her why i was checking it and i said never mind i just won’t buy it if I’m being treated this way. She said then don’t and have a good day swishing her hands for me to leave the store . I will he making a call to cooperate about her discrimination and the way she talks to customers

I JUST got home from shopping here and I bought an iPhone glass screen protector, hoping it wasnt already broken but when I opened the package, it was shattered on top and completely unusable. Unfortunately my husband had thrown the recipes away as it was handed to him so I tried calling them to try and fix it and they took forever to answer and when they finally did, it was silent.I normally love this store and shop here quite often so this is really annoying.

Normal items as in any other 99 cent store but with great customer service. This lady the other day helped me find so many things.

Its ok if your in a hurry, but as for it being less expensive. They sell things that are expired. They also sell stuff that is priced for less, but if you look at content of your purchase. It will not be the same weight or amount you normally get at Wal-Marts or any other descent store.

I enjoy coloring for adults its relaxing and being on a budget and I found items there I can afford .

There is a lg amount of items. I asked for a fly swatter and was sent to the wrong isle.I wanted to purchase roasted peppers how ever every jar on the shelf had an experation date of a little more than a month. How does that happen. In a store there is constant stocking which allows for checking dates and these were not pulled. Not only that I asked, just out of curiosity, if they could discount it. Saul said he could not do that today, but once the jars are pulled they are discounted tagged and sold. I dont understand how a store can sell expired food.

Personally, the store could be cleaner but the checkout lines always move along fast. They all speak english and spanish and there is always a phone booth there. The only thing that really bugs me is trying to find an employee to help get stuff off the wall or an employee to help with anything is tough. Also their shopping cart corral is outside the store right in the sun so the carts are too hot to toucj or lplace ur child in right away.
