Very convenient... lots of self check outs. Store is well stocked and clean however employees are not too helpful, lacking in great customer service... dont ask for change for a $20. They dont carry certain foods the other sites do. Overall great to go to get in and out quickly.

Alex whats my cashierI had about seven items I rolled the cart over by him so he could scan them with the gun because I was going to package them in my car.He forced me to unload the items and when I asked him nicely twice to put the items back in my cart he refused I had to scream at him to get him to do it and he threw all my items while sitting into my car most of the items were ice cream and some of the packages were dentedIt should be noted his attitude so if it continues he can be terminated at this point he should receive a verbal if not a written reprimand

Although the parking feels tight and limited the stock selection has never disappointed and the morning staff is helpful and attentive ( not bashing the afternoon staff, just havent gone to this store in the afternoon).

I placed my very first curbside pick up today. It was super easy and very convenient, two items were out of stock, but I did get an email letting me before I went to get my order. I checked in and not even 2 minutes later Crystal came out with my stuff and placed the items inside my vehicle for me. Thank you Crystal for making it fast and easy!!

Open spaces and well defined lines/arrows for shoppers to follow in order to maintain proper social distance. Excellent supply and inventory of goods considering the scarce resources that we face nowadays. Excellent customer service as well.

Rotten veggies and fruit with outrages prices. Not even worth shopping at. Slow cashiers 3 people 20 minutes. When I get up there rude as hell. I have been here three times and the workers have been rude all three times. The floor assoiciates are nice the cahiers aare not.

I WENT IN THERE TO SHOP FOR A WEEKS WORTH OF GROCERIES, OK NO PROBLEM.. I PUT ALL MY STUFF ON THE COUNTER TO CHECK OUT, ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD NO BAGS ....MY ANXIETY WENT THRU THE ROOF ... I love using this store for pick up when I order from the app. The staff who come out with my groceries are always so polite and explain subsitutions if needed. Silver has excellent customer service skills and he makes you feel like he cares that you were pleased with the items that were brought out to you. Even though I offered him a tip for working so hard, he always refuses as its walmart policy. Thank you Walmart workers for working so hard during these uncertain times.

This Walmart is located in Jackson Square shopping center. The store is very decent. It wont have all of the items a big Walmart has, but eveything for food, and personal hygiene you can think of. And of course it will have all the adult beverages you would like. The frozen food section is good, almost mirrors that of a big Walmart.The shopping center itself has basically everything you need for your dailies. McDonalds, Subway, Wing Stop, Taqueria Guerrero, Taco Bell and a Starbucks. Parking is very reasonable, tons of spaces, and it also has a Bank of America. Overall great place, would definitely recommend to friends and family. There isnt hardly anything you will not find on here.

Be careful two employees from this Walmart tested positive for covid-19 and they dont want to disinfect this Walmart, and the employees are still working there, be careful, be safe and God bless.

For a neighborhood market, I am grateful to have this around the corner opening early and closing late. The staff is helpful. The selection is good. I do wish there were more human cashiers when checking out.

Nice and clean. Following all guidelines. And not too busy.

The costumer service is very good but when you pay on self-check out the machines are not very good, sometimes they dont scan or scan too slow that u keep scanning the item next thing you know the machine out of the sudden already scan the item x the times you passed the item, it all at once. One time I saw how the machine got stuck and didnt give the costumer the change back, so we had to wait more time for help to arrive to open the machine and give the money to the costumer. They have more self-check out machines than cashiers on registers and that slows the check out process a lot. I like this Walmart, but wish they work on having a better check out process, Like better machines and more cashiers on registers.

Great selection of food and booze all at Walmart prices. As supermarkets go this is a great addition. I used self checkout and at this store you must get bags from the gal who runs the self checkout, just figure out how many you need and pay for them during your checkout, finish and show your receipt to the woman and get your bags.

Stock seemed to be maintained well. Overall store was clean. Children that were there were a bit unruly. Only one family though. Been to this store about dozen times. Have not been subjected to children acting badly.There is one small complaint. Could use a butcher at night! But know there are noit enough customers that time of day too warrant. Would recommend this store to friends and family for everyday consumables.

I would give zero stars if possible. The absolute worst service and slowest unorganized staff I have ever encountered at a Walmart...or probably anywhere. Avoid this place unless you have an extra hour to kill picking up a couple of groceries.

Never a dull day. Every time I go shopping early in the morning over the weekend, there are always firetrucks and ambulances. I guess patrons are just getting too excited for the store to open.

Never ever going back. Why was every single isle being re-stocked at the same time?? That and with the Hispanics bringing their entire families with them to shop It felt like an obstacle course! Cant we do something about that. I wouldnt mind being singled out as a senior and shop on just one day a week as long as I could do so safely.

I love Wal-Mart, they have the same items that any other grocery store has, but their cost is a little cheaper, because they buy in volume Sometimes they have more than the other stores. Their meat selection isnt always the best, you take the good with the bad. I call it the hundred dollar store because you find a great deals that other stores dont have. If you need a blouse or pair of shorts, maybe a gift for somebody, Wal-Mart has it. Thank you

This is a Neighborhood Market so it does not have everything most walmarts do but it is pretty convenient for a quick run for a missing ingredient to your recipe or booze, etc. The staff is hit or miss, they are either very nice, or sometimes not polite at all. Ive had an issue there before with an employee who did not accept my coupon which was clearly the correct one for the product. I had the issue resolved with a manager as a result but it was an issue I have not forgotten.

Quick and convenient place to just run in on your way home from work. Lots of self checkouts. Big plus at the neighborhood market is you dont have to navigate through a huge store yet still get the low prices. They have a pharmacy, sell pet food, toiletries, health and beauty, greeting cards, alcohol, and food.

I rate the sweet gal at the customer svc/pick up counter as a 200! but the store mgmt as a minus-100!!! That poor gal was running 2 registers and taking orders all alone! She was kind and patient. She deserves a BIG RAISE as she is doing an over-the-top job representing Walmart. This was at the Neighborhood Store at 48th &Jackson in Coachella CA. That store gets worse and worse. Of the only 3 shopping carts available, NONE of them would roll!!! Bad news for someone like me who has wakling issues. Needless to say there are no working electric carts either. What a pity such a convenient location is also a lousy one!!!

This store is a joke!! Management is pathetic!! Buzzers for “help” are useless!! Stood there ringing the buzzer for 20 minutes and no one showed up!! The lines are ridiculous!!! So many registers and only 2 cashiers!!! This store is a joke!!

Coachella Walmart never has enough checkers. Coachella fest customers will be crowding this store and self check-out cashiers were closed today. How can Walmart do this to their everyday customers? Please have more checkers these next 2 week ends.It is not fair for your everyday customers to wait in long lines because Walmart doesnt see the the need. Hope someone post some videos of actual interaction happening at this store.

Disorganized and the bathroom was filthy and feces on the floor.

I have gone in this store looking for the basics you can find at any grocery store, 4 different times now. Every time I havr to leave because they dont have it. Today I went in for a single can of a rockstar energy drink, after an employee showed me to where I had already looked they asked the manager and we were told that they wont carry them any more. Really? This place is ridiculous, its far from convenient. Im not wasting my time stopping here again and unless you go in not really looking for anything, you are better off at any other store.

It was VERY clean and everyone was very nice and helpful

Most everything here is good. The only thing is sometimes there is no milk and most of the workers dont speak clear english. You ask for something and they answer in Spanish. The customer service is not always the best either.

Had what I needed

Went for cabbage and it was moldy. Asked the guy in produce if they had any more. He said no. I pointed out the nasty cabbage. He proceeded to peel it off. Never buying produce from here again.one I explained to him the mold on the top can still penetrate thru the entire thing he offered to get me more. I declined.

The staff was rude and Ill mannered when I disputed a price advertised on their shelves and was being charged a different price at the check stand and when I brought back photographic evidence of their false advertising the cashier responded in a rude tone of voice. Worst shopping experience EVER ......

Its clean & the scan to go machines are easy to operate no need for help

People are great just lines are crazy sometimes.Not good . I rather go to a gas station sometimesJust to buy milk to avoid lines. 1 checker and 1 self check at times.
