I went yesterday and found good deals on four pairs of tennis shoes.

Had a good variety of shoes. But the customer service has some room for improvement. One of the clerks had a bit of a cruddy attitude. (Its your job just do it right). Sheesh.

One of my favorite shoe store for myself and my kids, they have really decent prices and they always have sales on the clothing for the children

Found my kids good shoes for a great prices under 20 minutes will be back soon.

So I usually really love this place however last time I went was for an exchange of a shirt that I purchased for my son and it was too big but when I walked in the doors the security guard immediately rushed over to me as if I had did something wrong then took my bag kind of mumbled something he wasnt rude it was just the whole procedure threw me off he took my receipt and the product and then said it would be at the desk when I was ready to exchange but I was ready at that moment and then the cashier that was working at the time came over to help me but never said hi never smiled was kind of rude to me and my son and I didnt understand why Ill shop there again I just was thrown off by this experience I think its illegal to do what the security guard did to me maybe WSS should be made aware of this

Low quality shoes with prices of shoes that are normal quality.

My dad needed shoes since the sole detached after a 3 mile hike. I got him trail shoes instead of cheap shoes he had. The store was very clean and very attentive associates. Not my typical shoe store but some catch my eye

Very clean and well stocked and prices were good. Employees seem to enjoy it there and approached me a few times making sure I found exactly what I needed.

Everyone is super helpful, they have great price range and really cool styles . They have a couple options to choose from and have a clearance section where shoes are well priced . Clothing can be pricey but then again thats all name brand . You honestly get what you pay for! Glad they built it

Horrible experience with this store. I totally understand shoes need to be new and unused for a return. I only wore these shoes twice. Barely even any use. I got my results from my dr saying I couldn’t wear these types of shoes. I wanted just a simple exchange or even a gift card so I could come back and get the proper pair. The manager on duty didn’t even want to do that for me. She seemed to have no compassion at all that I had a medical condition and just wanted a simple gift card. I will no longer be shopping with The WSS company, it’s not very consumer friendly. Will never shop there again. Will let my family and friends know as well.

Will never go to this store again. They allow people to hang in their store, act as security. My brother and I was racially profiled by someone who didnt work there. This guy assumed we was going to do a snatched and grab, because we was the only black in the store. They allowed him to harass us to the point, we refuse to spend our money in that establishment. We ask for a Manager, no monster on duty. We ask for his card with his name and number, she gives me a card with that store number, but no name. Not until I said I was calling corporate, she offers to put this man out the store, and then offer a discount. I will be calling back today.

Manager exp in assisting customers and explaning and helping customers is below poor.. Today i went in and picked out some addiadas for my son the boxs were marked at 39.99 official store stamped more than a few of them so i picked them turns out to be the shoes are in wrong boxss and the price sticker dont belong to those shoes witch is totally store mix up not customers fault at all they made me pay the original price obviously if its the stores fault for not properly tagging the right price on shoes the customer should be granted the price tagged on that shoe they did not apologize nor grant me the price the tagged it at ... Customer is always right and that right thier was stores mistake manager NIEVES isun experinced in customer service / customer satisfaction /as well as explaning the issue right to customers.. Last time i will come shop here you can cancle my membership with your buisness i wont be coming back ...

Horrible experience Ive ever had in the shoe store I want to buy some boots for work they were supposedly on sale from $69.99 to $19.99 I suppose they were good boots so I bought them I only used them for 3 weeks and the boots were coming apart the last pair of boots I had I bought them at Walmart I been with those boots for over a year and those boots did never came apart and I bought them for $19.99 original price not on sale I went back to wws in Coachella to tell them about how bad was the quality on this boots and see if I can get them change not my money back just switch them for another pair and the girl the help me was so rude she said we dont do this the boots dont have guarantee yes I understand they dont have guarantee but for them to go bad in 3 weeks theres obviously something wrong the employee said she cant do nothing with attitude and just walked away.....will never go back to this store for shoes...

I heard about this place, and I said why not Im going to give it a try. I looked on there online website and it said they closed at 10pm. I got there around 9:05 pm but it was closed. So I drove over there for nothing. They need to update the website.
