Its a good place to get your sport equipment but the sale people need to be more knowledgeable on their products especially when it comes to softball and baseball.

A male worker was following us around and I wasnt even doing anything suspicious except for the part my special needs son was just walking around and talking so heads up if you want to buy things for your children dont go with them or they treat you like a thief

This store is amazing! Coachella valley family, go to this store instead of the la quinta one. People are much nicer and considerate. You’re greeted the moment you walk in the door. The deals are great and they always have bargains. 😊 My purchase was processed through Joseph, and he is a very kind person. He’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to anything in that store. I shop at Big 5 often and have never had an excellent customer service experience like today. Absolutely satisfied with my experience with Big 5 Coachella. La quinta is off my list when it comes to sporting goods. Joseph knows what he’s doing.Thank you for making my day Joseph. I was looking for a very specific product that I wasnt expecting them to have in stock because this was during the Coachella Festival, and the staff here were so incredibly helpful, they hunted down the last set of the products I was looking for to help me with work at the festival! These guys Sergio and Martin went far and beyond their job in helping us.Was one of the best experiences ive had shopping.Upon looking at receipt i went back to double check.I must say this WAS a 5 star review. But when greeted initially Yahira when askes for help..points to back and says its in the backWhen i came back in. She was obviously offended i asked the person that helped me to ring us up for commision. And tells me when i asked couldnt she help me.. She says .no .you can wait in Sergio. He is buzy .Needless to say she ruined a really good expierience and doesnt beling in Customer Service

It is very bad in terms of inventory of sports clothing and I have gone many times to look for long sleeve sports shirts and it is always the same in mens clothing in Adidas or Nike it is the same little than choosing
