I love this place! They have the best donuts in our area! I can call in my order and theyll put it aside for when I arrive and they are so friendly always greeting you with such a welcoming smile! Love it and Love them!

Pleasant staff. Went mid morning, so Im not sure if there would have been a larger selection earlier. But the donut I tried was good and tasted fresh.

Their chocolate cake donuts with chocolate icing were the best in town. They dont seem to make them any more.

Wanted great donuts with the kids so looked for the place with the highest rating. Ended up here. The server was very nice. The selection of donuts was average at best. None of the donuts we ordered seemed fresh. The filled donuts two of my kids wanted turned out to be large solid donuts that the server cut in half and made into donut sandwiches with the requested filling. We also love sausage kolaches. The ones we got were very brown as if they had been in a warmer for many hours, maybe even since the day before. The sausage was not a normal sausage but a large dinner link that had been sliced in half long-ways. Mine had two big chunks of gristle in it. My kids would not finish them even though they are usually a favorite. The 4 kids each got a small (approximately 8 oz) milk or OJ and I got a coffee. Total bill for 6 donuts, 6 kolaches, 4 small drinks, and coffee = $29.90. I dont mind a premium price for a premium product and do not consider myself a price sensitive consumer, but this place was nowhere near premium quality. I will say that the employees were friendly, but I wanted to give a 1 star review just so that their rating is not so high and someone else does not get dragged in like I did.

Top tier donuts, top tier owners and 12/10 kolaches. Ive tried kolaches everywhere in Texas, all over Houston through DFW and nowhere comes close to this. These guys got it right and continually do. Youre cheating yourself if you dont try it. I wish I didnt live in Houston now, I think about them all the time :(If you think Shipleys is better, Im genuinely sorry for you and your palette, especially if youre comparing kolaches. And the fact that they arent small round sausages but bigger links cut in half is what makes them so amazing and unique. Try them and treat yourself.

Donuts and kolachies are amazingly good and the store owners are very friendly, personable, and kind. This is our family place to stop for a Sunday.

Had a regular glazed donut and a egg and sausage kolache. The donut was pretty good, very soft,but its a bit cakey. I still prefer krispy kreme. The kolache was very hearty and filling, but not amazing.
