Usually love Bahama Bucks, but our most recent experience was stupid enough to post about.Ordered online, we show up and they tell me they are OUT OF ICE. Im like all right what are ya gonna do they dont have ICE I guess..So I say okay can you just refund my order and the child at the drive thru speaker is like yup and I say okay well do you need my card so you can run it and refund? nopeFast forward however many weeks and the charge is still there on my card. Had to go through the entire charge-back process with my CC company. Thanks BB 👎

Can never tell when they are open. Lady opened drive through window and said they open at noon - I said so I have to wait 3 more minutes before you open? It was 11:57am. She said “yes!”I was really excited on Mother’s Day to get one. Employees I guess not on the clock yet and not paid until exactly noon. I understand that. That’s why they were just sitting around inside.Inside still apparently closed because of covid. It’s May 2021. Only drive through open. I waited in the drive through another two minutes before driving away. I didn’t care to wait another minute. They were too busy helping nobody else.

This place is always soooo slow! It a freaking snow cone! Not a steak! Also something is always brokeAlso the employees are always clueless when you ask a question. And they take forever to answer the window !

Very good..diabetic and they have sugar free..made my day...and the ice is shaved better than chunks...loved it lots will be going more often

First time going and the snow cone have good flavor but could use more juice

Super rude and rushed service. Went through the drive through an hour before close time. The drive through had automatic message saying they were closed. An employee jumped in the middle of the message and asked “what do you want.” We had to then explain our order and how we wanted the flavors side by side with ice cream and that a BRM is a Bahama Rama Mama.

Expensive sno cones. Not sure what all the duss is about. Even my 8 yo grands were not impressed.

BAHAMA BUCKS is amazing the ice is like sno.They always make it perfect for me bc i dont like overload of syrup and I love that they have sugar free flavors for me.The one in Pearland is great too........

This location is closed today Saturday April 24, 2021. Please turn your location to closed and put a sign up so people don’t wait in the drive thru, and so people stop wasting time and fuel driving to your business! 😡

The smoothie was absolutely amazing but their drive thru speaker is almost unintelligible. It sounds like someone yelling through a crushed soda can.

This place is amazing. I ordered a wedding cake sno cone and it is delicious. The employees working today were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks 😊

This location is ok but the ice was a little chunky like the blades needed changed or sharpened. They did not get my order rite like i asked and they seemed to be in too much of a hurry to want to help...

No hours posted so my husband went on the hours thats listed on Google. Says they close at 9pm. We get there at 8:45pm and theyre closed. Yall should either update your hours and post them or stick around to do your jobs if youd like to keep customers.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Our first time there we had a limeade, coconut smoothie and birthday cake. They were all wonderful cant wait to go back and try new flavors.

Last visit or two was sad for me. I ordered mine with ice cream in the bottom and got what amounted to about 2 small spoonfuls of ice dream. It was a sad moment so Im taking a break maybe when I return there will be ice cream in the bottom of my cup like there use to be.They are great! Weve tried so many different items the menu and loved most all of them.

I visit this place often with my two daughters, it’s ond of our faves. I’ve gotten to know most of the workers and I must say Dominique is AMAZING!!!! She’s very polite, professional and works like a champ under pressure. She makes our visit a pleasant one every time we come and visit. And another thing, PLEASE BRING THE OLD PICKLES BACK FOR THE PICADILLY’S!!!!!!!!!

My niece recommended this place while we visited from out of town. The variety of flavors was great but the service was not. We waited a while before we were able to place our order, it seemed they were only focused on the drive-thru customers. We weren’t greeted by anyone when we went in, so we didn’t even know who was working the front counter.We went back the next day, but used the drive-thru!

Reminds me of shaved ice in Hawaii. Lots of flavors. Ice is not chunky but soft. Syrup is not overly sweet.

First time there and loved it. My grand son was offered a slush because they didnt have chocolate ice cream and my grandson didnt care for it so they offered him anything on the board menu in exchange and charge him and I thought that was great

I’ve seen another similar review on here. The hours are incorrect on here. I suggested the edit. But like someone before me said. I’d call ahead. I went at 8 on Saturday their hours said until 8:30 and they turned us away.

The hours are incorrect on here, so you better call ahead before getting your hopes up for a treat. It’s not difficult to contact Google to have the hours updated, so that’s unfortunate it’s not accurate.

Great shaved ice, a great flavor to bring out tropical taste is pineapple mango with topical cream

We love the environment and its kid amd family friendly. You wont leave Bahama bucks with a frown. The smoothies are deliouse. Thin ice-sugar free flavors is a plus

Absolutely ridiculous that we had to wait for that long to get a sno cone. We got into the store at 3:50 and did not get out until 4:46. We ordered 2 small sno cones. Not worth the wait nor the price for a cup of ice. Even with a buy one get one free coupon that they so kindly gave us for waiting an hour I doubt we will be back.

The store is ran by teenagers and you can see them all gossiping and jacking around while they’re making snow cones. It slows them down waaayyy too much. They only gave us half of our order and then started giving people who ordered after us theirs. I had to remind them that they hadn’t finished my order yet. They didn’t even know what the rest of my order was. While I was ordering, a cockroach ran across the register and the cashier didn’t even try to kill it. She just said “ew”. They really need to hire some adults. Giving one star since the cones themselves taste great. I would rather go to a Mom and pop stand, though.
