The best ice cream and selection of flavors anywhere. Helpful staff. Highly recommend!

It says they close at 10pm, I went there two times before 10pm and they were close, today I saw the workers out at 9:32pm and when I asked them- they said it is open till 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays, please change the timings on google so that people dont come and find out you all are closed. Very UN-professional Management.

Two girls serving us were very rude about their “cookies n cream” ice cream. Asked her where it was and she aggressively pointed to their sign. Like ok, then when she was serving me, rolled her eyes. Practice your customer service ! Managers need to solve this issue. 0/10 would recommend.

Not very happy at all with service today.. we placed our order with one of the girls.. and then another girl came up and asked what we ordered I told her that we had been helped already.. she rolled her eyes and asked me again what was it that I ordered.. the original girl helping us told her our order and said she had it.. when she rang us up she wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t give all of our order.. so I asked for it and she said oh that’s yours too.. I was not happy with the service..

31 Flavors has the best ice in my book and their staff are always great! Too bad the storefront cement area its filthy with black stains and drippings, etc. It has been this way for years and Im guessing the whole strip is owned by an owner or property Management company that doesnt give a rip how the stores and fronts look. Feel sorry for the individual businesses that have to put up with that.

The girls were nice and even though it was crowded they handled the line fast!! Great customer service too!! I bought of pint of my favorite Jamoca Almond fudge!!!

Just dont order the Mangonada, was very disappointed by it. Everything else is fine though good customer service.

Maybe a good clean up would be a good idea. Also customer service would be a good thing for the girls there to practice

No sign with hours posted and the door was locked at 9pm. They must like laughing at people trying to come in. I suggested google change the hours based on another review, but the restaurant does not seem to care about this known issue

Very nice young man behind the counter. Only 2 No Sugar Added choices (both delicious) and several low calorie, non-dairy ice creams and sherberts. They also have ice cream cakes and other cool delicacies. Very fresh if a little pricey and you can have only what you want to eat today so you are not tempted to get up and eat it in the middle of the night.

Plenty of parking. Fun eatery that also houses a Togos eatery. Clean and in a good or safe location. Very generous with their scoops. I personally order the brownie sundae.

So I rarely write reviews, unless of course Ive had a pretty horrid experience. On the 31st of August I went in with my family. It was kinda busy, busier than Ive seen when I usually go. I order a blast (milkshake thing). Anyways that doesnt matter much. What REALLY bothered me was when I was asked what I would like, I said hello with a smile and was polite, I took a quick moment to make my final decision, placed my simple order of one item and immediately caught sight of the girl behind the counter (glasses, maybe 53 or shorter, brown hair in a ponytail) expressing annoyance with my very simple order by rolling her eyes and doing a sassy 180 and dropping her shoulders to sulk. After that I watched her like a HAWK! trying to see if it was a misunderstanding... and it was not. The Togo girl came over to help with the line, and was in the process of making a coffee blast, the girl whom took my order was talking to her, showing attitude the ENTIRE time! But what really put the icing on the cake for me, was when she came back to ask if whip and cookies on top were fine. At this point I was pretty upset, but still responded with a yes, and thank you. What happened next? A subtle sigh, shrugged shoulders sassy 180 turn and believe it or not. The employee actually did a smirk face while sticking out her tongue and rolled her eyes, the disrespect was real. Especially because she did it right in front of me, idk if she thought that I couldnt see her, but it was not ok, and I did in fact see her. Dont assume I that someone cant see you making snooty faces if your showing half of your face! In the direction of the customer. Its not very smart on their part. Im not a confrontational person, I rarely write reviews, but I made sure to tell her that, I hope you have a better day considering you dont seem to be having a good one. She responded yeah its a lot of people and I ended it with, yeah, well at my job I deal with THOUSANDS of people, drunk people, very annoying people, I get it, but at least show decency and put a smile on your face. Then I grabbed my shake, gave her a sassy turn and walked away. I work in the official merchandise business for famous performing artists multiple different genres, Im the one that deals with the fans and makes sure to get the sales, its my job to make sure that no matter what I give them a good experience even though Im working 12-18 hours. You dont deserve to be in customer service. We all have bad days, I get it. But your job is your job, you dont have to like it, you just have to act like you do to the customer! Show the customer that they matter. I will be back, not because I enjoyed the service, but I can be difficult on purpose and will formally complain about her top three manager or owner if anything like that happens again. #CustomerIsEverything #ItsIceCreamNotRocketScience #BeBetterNextTime

They sell old stale rotten ice cream cakes with no expiration or packing dates on them so no telling how old they are until you eat it. Waste of 30$. Staff at this location is rude and the company doesnt seem to care so no more Baskin Robins for us.

Great Ice Cream for a descent price.

“ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BASKIN-ROBBINS I HAVE EVER SEEN!”Those were the words I shouted out as I left in complete disgust. Before you write me off as a malcontent, let me state that my wife worked as the manager of a Baskin-Robbins for many years and my two sons worked there part-time.Here’s what happened: I walked in at opening time and waited while the sole employee waited on a customer on the sandwich side for 5 minutes. I checked out the ice cream cake freezers and was surprised to see them empty except for two cakes. When the employee came over and asked what I wanted, I responded with “a small birthday roll cake with mint chocolate chip”. She said “Let me see if we have that in the back” and left for a few minutes. She came back saying “No, we don’t have it”, so I responded with “Well, what do you have?” She came back with a tiny round cake that was 100% ice cream and no cake. Disappointed, I said “I guess that will have to do, so when can you have it ready?” She asked “When do you need it?” and I answered with “Late this afternoon”, to which she responded they couldn’t do it. I was stunned because THEY HAD ALL DAY TO WRITE “HAPPY BIRTHDAY”! However, this apparently is MUCH too difficult a challenge for this store and its incompetent and/or lazy employees. I have patronized many BR establishments and NEVER HAVE ENCOUNTERED SUCH A LACKADAISICAL STAFF! AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!

This place is disgusting; we went today January 1st 2014 for some ice cream the place was packed and there was a line. This guy that works there says,Umm excuse me we close at 9 and so we went back into the car and as were getting into the car a white couple goes inside and he doesnt kick them out and he sells them ice cream!! My cousin, my sister & I were shocked to see that racism still exists it is terrible Im never going there ever!!!
