Dr called in prescriptions in the morning. 1was ready within a couple hours. 1 was in progress all day long. Went to pick up after work and still not ready. Told to wait 15 minutes, so I did. Another customer waiting was called to the front of the line to pick hers up. I was told to get back in line to pick up mine. Cashier had attitude. Wont be going back.
No customer service at all. You talk to an automated system and if it doesnt work for you, they literally tell you OH WELL. It takes 10 minutes per person in your household to schedule a vaccine over the phone with the automated system, and you CAN NOT schedule anyone at approximately the same times. So, after an hour on the automated system scheduling people in your household, you will also be running back and forth between walgreens and home ALL DAY or even for SEVERAL DAYS to try to get everyone in your household vaccinated. AND NOW I REMEMBER why I stopped using Walgreens as soon as I started as an adult. Bad customer service or lack of customer service has stayed the same here. You guys definitely deserve your poor reviews in this area.
By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, do not come here to get your medications filled. It has been 2 weeks and they have not been able to get my blood pressure medications refilled. Every time I come in I get told the same thing, we are getting another delivery here soon and it should be coming in then. I completely ran out of my medications waiting on them to fill it and had to get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy so I would not miss any of my doses, luckily I had some extra meds, completely unacceptable. Worst part is the staff does not even care, nobody would even try to help figure out a solution, they just kept telling me they dont have it. If you value your health and well being do not use this pharmacy whatsoever!
Have been out of stock of an antibiotic rx twice in a row for something that is an urgent need. First time did not even notify me, only filled half, had to call back daily to check on the rest. Second time, two days later and still no stock. Some pharmacy...
This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life. I have never met such unfriendly, rude, uncaring staff. I only regret that I can not give them a score lower than a one. I live in rural NM nearly an hour and half away and called the pharmacy and was told that I had an electronic script but was informed it would need to be a written script. My physician, apparently knowing their total incompetence and ineptness, foresaw their ignorance so he wrote a back up written script. I took a day off work and brought my written script the next day. The very rude pharmacy tech and the pharmacist who didn’t even have the common courtesy to speak to me refused the written script and said they would have to make a simple call and use the electronic script. The store manager heard my exchange and totally ignored me and walked off. I sat for over 6 hours waiting for them to simply make a call and provide my medication without a single apology or sign of any contrition even though they knew I had a return drive of an hour and a half. All they would rudely say is - we are busy and there of sick people (referring to employees). Never ever will I recommend this pharmacy to anyone and it is growingly unlikely that I can trust any Walgreens. I understand we are living in a pandemic. I understand waiting in line. I understand verifying prescriptions. I don’t understand being given plainly false information and then acting like we are lying. I don’t understand the unprofessionalism of the Pharm techs or the pharmacist but maybe the state pharmacy board will when they receive my complaints or maybe Walgreen corporate will be able to explain to me (a doctor) their total disregard for professionalism, courtesy, customer service, client communication, and incompetency. This Walgreens is the epitome of the worst that any pharmacy could be.
Ive been on the phone for 1 whole hour and no one has picked up the phone
Very disappointed with the photo department. Do not expect anything to be done at a timely rate. When you order one hour photo it sometimes takes days to get it ready. Youre better off having it delivered to your house.
Waited in the drive thru pharmacy line for a covid test (I had an appointment, but dont understand why that was necessary considering my time wasnt respected) only to find out I had to be in lane one for a test. No signage whatsoever, no mention of that in the appointment email.
I would give the pharmacy no stars if I could. The employees are rude. And you will be waiting in line for an hour or more..
Terrible experience all the time with the pharmacy. They never answer phone and if they do then it takes so long. When I am waiting the the drive thru I had 2-3 cars ahead of me and I waited 1 hour with my small baby in the car. They are very slow and rude.
This is the worst pharmacy in this area. The service isridiculously slow and the employees are rude and incompetent.
Consistently unhelpful, call and ask if they have something they will just say yes most of the time and then you drive there and they are out.
I just spend 25 minutes in the outside pharmacy pick up line. I am aware that they start their meal break at 1.30 pm. They also do have a mirror that shows whoever is working the counter vehicles that are in line and have been waiting. Originally there were two vehicles in front of me in the left line and two in the right line. The right line kept moving but the left line did not, possibly due to a larger amount to be picked up by one vehicle. When it was finally my turn, after 25 minutes of waiting, the clock turned from 1.29 to 1.30 exactly as i pulled up to the window and the clerk swiftly put the closed sign in the window and blocked me from picking up my one prescription (likely a matter of 30 seconds). I understand that employees need meal breaks, but if you see that someone has been in a held up line for 25 minutes, you should help. So i have now wasted my own meal break and still have no prescription. Very poor customer service Walgreens. I think some competition is needed in Clovis. A CVS would be great.
Had hopes for this place but since they close at times hours early and open late when people need medication NO ONE SHOULD RELY ON THEM..
If it were possible to give 0, I would. This building is filthy, the staff gives out inaccurate and misleading information regarding the Covid-19 vaccine. They allow people to stand in line at the pharmacy and inside the immunization area with no mask. I will never return to this location. Please educate your staff.
This place seems to never have what I go there for. Even for simple items, I end up going to a different business.
Slowest pharmacy I have been to! Called in for a prescription to be ready, they told me 15 minutes. 45 minutes later prescription was not ready. On a second occasion, they did not took customers until 25 minutes after the schedule break time was over.WASTED OF TIME!!!!
Knowing the pharmacy hours include a lunch break from 1:30 to 2, we parked at the window @ 1:55 and the sign in the window was finally removed at 2:17 P. M. without an apology or any explanation. What bad business! No wonder people take their business elsewhere!
Need more help in pharmacy. Have to wait to long
This store used to be my go to place just to browse makeup & stuff. It has gotten so messy & bad I don’t go in. Also at the Corp level, the website stinks!! You need some better web people to work on it!!!Walgreens, I’m so disappointed!!!
I usually dont wear make-up. I needed to step up my homely look with something lively. I met with Jennifer at the cosmetic counter. From the start Jennifer was pleasant and professional. She treated me like just one of the girls if that makes since. We tested brands and colors on me. I decided to go with the brand No.7. It matched my skin perfect with no sticky film or build up. I was really impressed. My experience was a very good one and my boyfriend liked the make-up still giving me that natural look.
This place is terrible and needs security there was a man that was standing against the wall like he was getting ready to mug someone Walgreens needs to take care of this situation.
Today, Aug 23, 2020 wife and i went to get flu shot since Cannon AFB apparently would not have the shot until November. Anyway the pharmacy is so backward its pathetic, first they bounce around and do not complete any job they are doing. A person at came in after we did got called into the Health Room(5 x 5) before us. When the pharmacist came out I asked him if it was our turn. One of the girls said we hadnt filled out paperwork yet however there had been about 3 other persons that were filling out papers.... Took us about one hour to finally get the shots whereas at the Base takes about 10 -15 minutes.....Totally inept. If -1 star could be given, it would be what that store overall earns. Oh, not enough seating for people waiting, no covid-19 six foot separation!!!! Confined health room with 4 people in there before us!!
Of all the pharmacy that I have been to in my 72 years, the Walgreens in Clovis NM on 21st street is absolutely the worst. Waited over 7 minutes waiting at the counter while watching three employees visit with each other and looking at me while I waited.
HORRIBLE service. I’ve waited a total of 4 hours for my pictures to be printed and every time i’ve come back they’ve added time. I will NEVER i repeat NEVER use wallgreens again for printing pictures. Lady had a horrible attitude and smelt weird. Place also looks pretty run down to me, prolly shouldn’t be in business anymore. SHUTTERFLY FOR LIFE BRO
I did not experience any rude employees while shopping here. Everyone was decent. However the girl behind the cashier was a little confused how the couponing work (apparently she thought I couldnt get the added discount on top of what I already have). Receipt showed I got my discount anyway. So if anything at all, I would say, the employees need to be briefed in more detail how things work. Its no big deal, these things happen and you just improve on things as you go.
My prescriptions were sent in at 12:30 PM. 5 and a half hours later, they are still not ready. Ive worked retail, I understand that the holiday season is busy. However this is a little excessive to have to wait on prescriptions that to be honest, arent complicated.
It would be nice if the manager sent someone to pick up the fliers they put out. I personally picked up what I could.10-29-2020, My wife and I came to pick up her prescriptions at the drive up and sure enough it was closed even though the sign says open 9am to 9pm. This is ridiculous, we went inside and even the inside pharmacy was closed. Come to find out all seven employees were out to lunch, at the same time. There are people who have to come during their lunch time 12 to 1pm to get their prescription. Their schedule is messed up.
I like Walgreens employees better than Walmart employees. At least at Walgreens youre greeted or asked if you need help finding anything. Where as the employees at Walmart will walk right through you and not even flinch.
Walgreens’s thank you for your service. Your team has certainly turned service around.
This store in Clovis is an embarrassment. They apparently have NO CLUE they are part of a national company with policies. I contacted the company online and they directed me to go to ANY Walgreens store to take care of an issue. The manager had no clue and rambled off something she obviously just made up. She could have made a call to corporate and asked. She first told me they didnt know how to do what I needed, then said they dont do it. I left and contacted corporate, again, who informed me the store manager was incorrect. They told me to go back, but I am done with those rude people. Walgreens just lost a customer.
A staff member named Ian helped me in the pharmacy...he was polite, courteous & professional. He made picking up my prescriptions a pleasant experience.
They dont answer the phone. Not enough help behind the counters. Waiting time not good.
If I can give a 0 star rating I would. This place is slow and sucks. Drive thru is for fast pick up and drop off but they always have people using drive thru to drop off and wait. Or instead of telling someone they are waiting on pills to be filled that it will take some time they even have you wait while they fill. They turn off the Mic so you cant say you will come back later. They need to be taught a lot there
Incredibly junky! Merchandise on the floor, thrown on the shelves, no organization. Poor customer service. Workers are unhappy and unfriendly. It looks like a family Dollar/dollar tree/dollar general... Has gone noticibly down hill in the past month.
I came here to get pictures printed and didnt like the way they turned out so I wanted my money back. One manager accused me of doing this multiple times when I had never been in the store and told me there wasnt much she could do by the way my husband looked since he was in some of them. It took 2 managers to get my $10 back and they advised me themselves to never come back and to go to Walmart instead.
Here at the the Walgreens department store and Pharmacy you will find many items thats needed pertaining to the Heath and well being of the individual thats looking. With kind welcoming cashiers and Pharmacist to assist you.
Prices are too high for pretty much everything they sell. Customer service is ok, depending on the day you visit. God help you if it is busy, they are very slow.
I have a few notes about this place, and not much good to say.I went to the pharmacy for three refills one day. One was filled no problem, but not billed to my insurance that they had in the system. The second and third script were not filled, and I was not informed when I went to pick them up. I asked about the other two and was told they were out of refills. I asked why they didnt submit them to my doctor for refills. The technician told me shed take care of it, with no details beyond that. I then asked her to put my first prescription on my insurance, and she told me Id have to refill it and I dont have time for that. She took the prescription from me, threw it on the shelf and walked away. I didnt have time to wait, so I left.I am set up with email notifications with Walgreens for when my medicine is ready. I got a notice the next day and went to pick up my medicine. The first one was finally right. The second one was filled, but the third wasnt. I asked why and was told that they couldnt fill the same one twice. For some reason, the tech from the day before faxed the second one twice, and not the third one... I left, again. One week later I got my email notice. One week without the medicine. While I was waiting to pick it up, the man at the counter in front of me was furious with the pharmacy because someone elses medicine was in his bag when he opened it.DO NOT USE THEM.On the other hand, their liquor store is better stocked and cheaper than Walmart. Which was a huge surprise.
Attempted to take a passport photo and was told that I have to wait until the next worker clocks in before I can have a photo taken because he’s the only one who knows how to do it. Waited for 30 min before anyone came to assist. Horrible customer service!
Every time I went to pick up a prescription, they never had it on hand. Ever. I understand that this happens, but come on. I take meds which I rely on for seizures and I always have to wait 2-3 days before I get them. Naturally, I switched pharmacies.Did I mention the ridiculously high prices and crappy customer service? No one gives you the time of day...most of them just ignore you and are rude. Even Walmart isnt that bad.
The fat lady with curly blonde hair at the liquor section was rude denied me alcohol because my ID/DL was vertical and not horizontal, staying it was store policy. They had no signs stating this info. Would be nice to have for the next people to come in and not waste their time.
Customer service almost nonexistent, except the bad attitudes from the cashiers and store manager. Theres maybe 2 cashiers that are friendly and one manager that is great. They implement random policies constantly that are not customer friendly. Ill take my business elsewhere.
I ordered 20 Christmas cards printed on card stock and the quality of the cards was terrible. My pictures on the are are so pixilated that you can’t even see our faces. We even went out and got pictures done specifically for these cards. I ordered more because I thought maybe something got messed up and I needed better cards and the next batch were just as bad if not worse. I won’t be getting cards or pictures from here anymore. Now I have to send out Christmas cards with unrecognizable faces on it. TERRIBLE QUALITY, NEVER AGAIN.
Pharmacy staff are less than pleasant and they certainly arent breaking any speed records either.
Ive always had good customer service at Walgreens.
In summary, their pharmacy sucks, especially when dealing with customers. I had a terrible experience with the pharmacy. I called to get a refill and there was complications. However, instead of calling to inform me they were unable to fill it, they just didnt inform me. I had to call multiple times in order for them to refill the prescription, including having another walgreens call them on how to correctly read their screens so they could refill it. At one point when calling they said they were closed, despite the manager saying they were open.
Meanest staff I’ve ever dealt with. I sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes and when I finally got to the window the young guy with glasses rolled his eyes at me and treated me like I was some burden to him. Just an awful pharmacy...
Its better than Walmart. I pay 10%-20 more on everything in the store, including my medications that keep me alive. Why would I do such a foolish thing, when Walmart is a rocks throw away? Customer service! Albiet, there are few bad apples at this store, most of the staff are very appreciateive of my hard earned money. The store is clean, and very well stocked. If cant find something, I never have an issue with finding someone to help me. They seem more pridefull and happy than Wally World... Or ghetto mart as us truckers like to call it. Walgreens is my go to place for meds and personal products. Things that can wait, get bought on Amazon. I know we should keep our money local to support Clovis, but I work hard for my money and expect the same when Im parting with it. Walgreens seems to understand this, so I drive past Walmart and pay more here. I think of the extra 10% cost as a tip... A tip for better than poor customer service.
Was trying to print photo, this place is just terrible...cant get help for about 20 min. then when i did get help, there was hardly no help at all. the guys basically told me there is nothing he can do about me trying to print from a certain album.he told me i have to sort to all the photos in my phone. all 35k photos just to print 15(the ones i have already sorted out and are in a separate album). so guess what, i just walked out and went somewhere else!
Its not clean, the employees are rude and have no idea what is going on and wait times are outrageous.
This stores customer service is horrible. I dont even think they know the meaning.
FNAF MERCH OOPS CAPS
The pharmacy is so inept it is comical; just expect they will mess up your prescription 2-3x and plan your day accordingly.
Filled with a bunch of rude employees, if you dont like your job get a different one, to everybody who has had a bad experience call corporate they need to learn you cant treat customers that way which by the looks of it Im not the only one.
Bad customer service maybe manger needs a lesson on manners
On phone for 20:00 minute, and told I was next, your service is sad and very POOR.....
Well, I can see why they have such poor reviews; I called 3 times to find out what the requirements are for passport photos, and I got a long-winded response that didnt address my issue, then they hung up.
Pharmacy staff very rude
