I go in for a Holiday drink that is clearly on their list of things to buy. At no time is it posted they don’t have this to buy. When I order I am told they don’t have this. This is a case of False advertising to the public.Don’t go to a place that will lie to you like this one

What an amazing surprise. This has hugely improved my day. I have been going to this Starbucks for years and I have always been greeted with a smile. Stay awesome you wonderful Baristas.

Inside ordered so I could reload my card. Semi busy. Place clean. Staff friendly. Customers pleasant. A little loud at counter while ordering from all the talking, but hey, its a social place, I expect that. Reloaded and made my order. Drink made perfect and quick. Being a nice customer, got a return of nice service. Happy customer. 😎If youve never been to a Starbucks, $6.35 for single,(added shot of espresso),Venti(large) Mocha Frappuccino(blended chocolate coffee icee), and oh so good.

Its kind of hard to rate a Starbucks because they are super consistent. The drive through line always has a lot of cars in it but its super fast. Hopefully that tidbit of info is useful for someone lol. Also the the people who work there are super friendly as well

It was a very long day. We had tried to find the new Strawberry Funnel Cake frap anywhere else and couldn’t. Madi and Vivianne were awesome and had us covered Despite the long tiring day Madi was charming, friendly, and energetic. She checked the order three times to make sure it was correct. Took time to be friendly. The experience was an absolute delight.

They were the only one near me that had the new funnel cake frap. Maddy, Vivian and their male co Worker were fantastic! Maddy was exhausted but triple checked our orders and was totally charming and friendly.

I never thought I would leave a bad review for any place but this Starbucks really deserve it. I am never going back. Every time I have ordered from this place always something was not right? You tell them light ice and they give you a cup full with ice, the Frappuccino taste like water. You tell them with caramel and there is not caramel in the drink. One time the cup was all caramel from the outside. I got caramel on my clothes and the car as well. I am so mad that I spent $12 for 2 drinks that taste like water.

I ordered a small frap on accident, asked for a larger one, they put it in a larger cup but only added whip no coffee ! I left a $3.45 tip thinking she added coffee also ! I got home and realized there was no coffee, only extra whip ! I called asking for another one and Katlyn, the manager, wanted the old coffee back for a new one. Im already in Fresno by the time I realize I got ripped off. I work hard for my money !! I will never order over-priced coffee again ! Vitamix blender here I come !!!!

The customer service is best in the morning! I love how the associates welcome us to Starbucks because I always answer back “Good Morning Starbucks!” But make sure you know where you’re sending your orders to.

Like another review said, my venti caramel frappe tasted like water lol, I went through drive thru and it was fine as well. Long wait times and not too much cars in the line.

Ive been coming to this one since before I was able to ride in the front seat. They get the drinks right most of the time but throughout the years Ive noticed the speed they make the drinks has gotten slower and the quality of them has gone down(more mistakes). Today my sister ordered me a strawberry acai refresher with no ice and the lady read it back to her as exactly that. She was in a rush and didnt read the label assuming it was correct like the other 2 drinks she got. When she got home she realized she received a mango dragon fruit refresher with ice. Overall Im just disappointed in the fact that I cant even drink it because of the dragon fruit in it.

Alex (don’t know her last name but she works the evening shift) was amazing at getting my drink order perfect. I tend to be very specific with my Starbucks drinks and she handled everything exceptionally well. Wonderful experience, will be returning.

Horrible location customer service is lacking very rude drive threw employees. Access 8s tight and so is parking. Do yourself a favor and keep driving up the street to the next Starbucks on Herndon or better yet try the new Dutch Bros.

The manager, a sweet brunette lady, is always so sweet when I come in to hang out. She always says hello, and acts like she loves having me come by. I always feel welcome inside. The order taker was super friendly and very helpful. I very much appreciated that he didnt mock me or even care that I didnt know the cup sizes, and he was even sweet enough to teach me the names and how theyre pronounced, and he was also very helpful in helping me figure out which drink Id like and what it was called. He informed me much about their different types of drinks, which was so above and beyond! I wish I could remember his name so I could give him credit but I will always come back to this Starbucks if theres a chance he would serve me again.

I dont drink coffee but the pastries and goodies are awesome. Eating my way through a gift card (lemon pound cake). A coworker got me addicted to these things when she went for her daily cup o crack.

I wish they hung a sign at the drive-thru entry that says, Limit of three items per vehicle. If you want to buy for your entire family, a few friends, and the little league team your husband coaches, please do so by walking in. Thatd be super-great.

I always have great interactions with Starbucks employees. So I was very surprised to be treated so rudely by the manager at this location when asking for just two minutes of her time. I had difficulty with the mobile ordering app and asked for help, but she was too busy. There was clearly another employee who wasnt too busy who couldve helped, but no offer for that. I was brushed off and told to wait in the long drive thru line instead. I was treated like a nuisance. Two minutes wouldve saved me 30..And wouldve made my whole experience a positive one instead of totally negative and upsetting.

One of my favorite starbucks! Great customer service. I was here and had misplaced a laptop charger. It was waiting for me when I came back the next day, and I couldnt be happier with the environment. I am very lucky and grateful! Exceptional environment, location, space, and customer service. Thank you!

Who doesnt love starbucks? It is convenent, affordable, reliable, consistantly awesome coffee with an innovative menu that is always evolvong. The baristas deliver smiles and caffinee, americas work force runs on this stuff.

Starbucks is amazing I get it almost everyday after school I always get the Venti Dragon Drink (light ice) and the banana nut bread warmed up. It is my favorite drink place in the whole world.

Would be 5 stars if drive thru employee didnt give my drink to front car and then ask if she gave it to me right after I paid. Plus she never sanitized after taking my money, giving me straws, and handing me drinks.

First they gave me the wrong coffee but apologized and remade it. The second coffee wasnt any better I swear they used old coffee it just wasnt Starbucks good and definitely not fresh! Wont be going to that location anymore.

Employee was very rude to my mother when ordering. They messed of our order of 2 drinks and they had to remake both drink and even tried to charge us for a drink they messed up on.

I was in drive for over 30 minutes, then once Im finally the 3rd car they take over 10 min and she only had one drink, they didnt apologize for the long wait only to the car in front of me. This is why I dont like going to Starbucks the wait is so long and a majority of the time its only one drink the cars are getting, and why do they have the menu on the other side of the speaker. It should be where you can see the menu and then the speaker box. So irritated.

Prompt service and orders are always correct.

Slow service and there was one girl who looked like she was pretending to be busy instead of helping me... They were out of napkins and when I needed one and they responded with well tell someone and didnt even give me a long straw for my frappicino. I would rather travel farther to get better service...

My favorite Starbucks in town, staff are amazing and quick on making drinks. Even if the drive thru is packed it moves at an alarming rate. Any time I have had issues with my drinks they remake them without question.

Strabucks is a great place to sip on a drink and do homework. Their protein boxes are awesome!

Normally, Ive never had an issue at this Starbucks until today. I went through the drive-thru because they were pretty busy. Ordered 2 drinks, one for me and one for my husband. I handed him his drink & put mine in the cup holder. As Im driving away, went to pick it up and the lid was actually just sitting on the top, they never even secured it. It spilled all over the console and on my pants. This review is just as a reminder to those working the drive-thru. PLEASE make sure the lids are on securely before handing it out the window. When we are accepting it from you, were taking it by the cup.. but when we pull it out from the cupholder, we need to grab it at the top.

Nice people they recommended a good tea and gave me 2 samples. Place is clean and theyre fast.

We ordered 3 drinks exactly the same. I got 2 of the drinks and then had to wait over 5 minutes for the last one. They were making other drinks and it was almost like they forgot about me.

Made a simple order. It was taking a longer than usual and it was never done. They were busy talking. At one point I heard a girl say oh I forgot to text someone back and was texting. I walked out. It wasn’t even a busy night nor was there a lot going on in the drive thru. The customer service I got was nonexistent. Good job starbucks... if they are gonna forget their customers I’ll just forget about coming to this one 🤷🏻‍♀️

The only Starbucks that didnt want to make a chocolate brownie frappe frappuccino. They gave me the excuse that its against there policy to blend a brownie. They should of just told me they dont feel like making one. Ive been to 30 different cities in 6 months and every other Starbucks seems be okay with making it.
