I had good and friendly service at the store but they didn’t have the pillows I wanted at the store. I ended up having to drive 30 minute to the warehouse to pick up my pillow or wait 4 days for it to get shipped to the store and then drive 30 minutes to pick it up. I will order online next time.

This past weekend was the first time buying a new mattress in about 10 years. I will start off with saying the Sales Rep Richard deserves the 5 stars. To my surprise Mattress Firm was very competitive on price. After shopping at a couple of other places as anyone should, in the end my decision to buy my new Cal King Mattress was because of Richard and the mattress. Not only was Richard informative, but he listened. Directed me to the Mattress types I was looking for. When I had narrowed it down to 3. He made sure to right them down as I had told him I wasn’t making a decision until the next day. Since there wasn’t that pushy sales pitch like at a couple of other places, that made an impression on me to purchase from Richard. There is nothing like having a good sales rep with impeccable knowledge and fantastic people skills. Best recommendation I can give is the next mattress I buy my first stop will be Mattress Firm.

First visited the Herndon location in Clovis, was turned off by the manager. She asked if I had done my homework on bed brands, my homework is laying on a bed and see how it feels! I was looking just for a guest room and she Appeared to be put off because I asked to start and the low end and work up. When I picked the bed asked if delivery and set up was included “no it is a contract service the employees have to be paid” well I would hope so! Had her write the full amount down and changed my mind to buy right then to check out another location. Was not happy with the election so instead of going back to the manager drove the the Shaw location! Much better service. No attitude about what I was buying and gave a discount on the delivery and the price was LESS then what she had written down on her card. Will have better recommend after the bed is delivered and set up.

My experience at Mattress Firm was perfect. I was greeted as soon as we entered, guided to test the mattress’ that we were interested in. Sales associate was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Never felt pressured to buy, which I really liked.

I give Richard 5 stars for the customer service. He was so personable and it was refreshing to work with someone like him.I only give it 4 stars because our delivery won’t be for another month. Besides that, Richard made the experience.

I have to thank the unhelpful sales person. First impression of the store was it was a shell with beds in it. My husband and I laid in a few beds and he got a tickle in his throat and coughed twice, with his mask on. The sales guy told us if you keep coughing you have to leave. So we did. We then went across the street to Mattress Land and bought a $3000 mattress from Debbie. Thank you thank you for telling us that we had to leave due to coughing slightly. Your competitor gave us top notch service.

What a great experience. I thought that bed shopping was going to be a lot more stressful than it was. We stopped in about 30 minutes to closing, fully under the pretense of just checking out some options. RaShon was attentive and very helpful in giving us options and making us take certain things into consideration. We wound up purchasing a mattress set, adjustable frame, linens and pillows because of how wonderful RaShon was and how great their Presidents Day sales prices were! The delivery guys were also fast, efficient and surprisingly quiet. I would faithfully recommend this place and we will return for all of our future bed/mattress needs. Thank you RaShon!

BUYERS BEWARE! Poor customer service for online purchases.**UPDATE** I filed a grievance with PayPal and I recevied the partial refund that Mattress Firm owed me. It took a month but PayPal fought for justice! I have still not heard back from Mattress Firm!I purchased a bed online, on May 7, 2020. Website states that someone will reach out within 48 hours to schedule delivery. I had to call the store on May 13, 2020 because I still had not received contact from anyone. Manager Orville (Rashon) helped me get my bed delivered and offered me a refund because the custom box spring I ordered was not available. When the bed was delivered, he was not able to make the refund because I paid with Paypal. There was a Memorial Day sale and I was told by Rashon that I was also entitled to a price adjustment because my bed was now on sale. Again, he could not issue that refund because I paid with Paypal. He gave me the number to customer service because he stated that he was busy with Memorial Day customers and could not take the time to assist me, himself. He accused me of attacking him because I told him that I felt like he was not making me a priority because I already purchased my bed, and the folks in the show room had yet to give him their money. I asked him for the district managers number and he refused to give it to me. Rashon stated that he would leave that person a message and they would get back to me. I am still waiting for that person to call me.I contacted customer service, and the rep took my information and stated that someone would call me back. That was on the 24th. I am still waiting for a call back. Now, when I call the customer service number, there is a pre-recorded message stating that because of Covid, all business is now being conducted via email only. I emailed them several times and I get an auto response stating that their customer service mail box is not monitored and to call the customer service number for assistance. It is a never ending loop.**If you are going to purchase from this company, do it IN PERSON, so that they cannot ignore you, and get EVERYTHING they promise you in writing.** I will NEVER purchase from this company again.
