Great experience! Aaron was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional for my husband and I that werent sure what we needed or wanted when we went in. We appreciated his superior knowledge of the products. We were not rushed. He literally spent most of the day with us. We even had to leave suddenly for a forgotten appointment and he was more than understanding and resumed where we left off when we returned. Very enjoyable experience! Had a great experience here Labor Day weekend shopping for a new mattress for my wife and myself.Aaron, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable, let us take our time to figure out what we wanted, and was easy to talk to. We ended up spending a lot of time picking his brain, but never felt pressured or rushed.The store was clean, had plenty comfortable mattress options to choose from, and even has a test mattress that analyzes your impression and helps you figure out what comfort type is right for you. (This alone is worth at least a visit.)We ultimately left with a slight variation on the mattress we thought we wanted before entering the store as well as an adjustable base that was too good a value to pass up.

Aaron is a really cool guy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me find the perfect mattress which is super important because of my disease. I’m twenty years old, and still living with my parents for the time being, and I’ve slept on the same twin bed since I was a toddler (and I’m now 6’0” tall, so you can imagine how uncomfortable I was). I went to Mattress Land to try out some new queen size beds. They have a device that tests your sleep number to best pair a bed with you and your needs, it’s really cool and super accurate. After trying about fifty other beds from there and other stores, I bought the bed that Mattress Land first had me try. I love my new bed; I haven’t gotten this good of sleep in years! The sales reps over there are super knowledgeable and really nice!

This afternoon my wife and I went into the Mattress Land at Clovis and Herndon to purchase a new mattress. We ran into the same salesman who sold us three mattresses in the past. Once again, he was informative and more than helpful. We made a purchase decision and look forward to the new mattress. I visited the local Mattress Land store after a failed attempt with another retailer. I had a budget and a timeline in mind for mattresses. Aaron was very patient and we went through all the mattresses that were in stock at the different price points. He asked me about who was using the mattress and how often. At first Great, they say everything that we want to hear, But later on when we try to swap the mattress because of the comfort thing, that’s when the problems begun. So be prepared that they gonna do whatever they need to do To sell the mattress, and just be aware that they might be lying or hiding important things.. so now I have to keep a mattress that I don’t like because of the machine that they have and say which mattress is good for you, honestly if you guys can find another shop that’ll be better..

My mom and I came in and were instantly greeted by Kimberly. She had me try Sleep Fit, and got a number for me and a mattress protector and after a lot of trying I found the perfect bed with adj base! My mom ended up buying a new bed with an adjustable base too! Thank you Kimberly!

We got the split king temprepedic. Not real happy with the split. Should have gotten the regular king. The time it took to get the bed was much longer than expected. Apparently due to manufacturer. Very friendly service in the store.

We went on Labor Day, so it was busy, even during the COVID lockdown, but the lady was very friendly and helpful. They have a large inventory of styles and types, the prices are competitive, we were in and out with exactly what we were looking for in less than an hour, and even more important than any of those -- the customer service is spot on.

We had a great customer service experience when we went in and we got a great deal on a mattress. I was even going to write a great review once it was delivered...Unfortunately it wont be delivered for another week. We went in a week early to ensure that we got a bed by the time we needed it. Today we get a call a day before it is supposed to be delivered that we would not be receiving the bed for another week because they oversold it. We specifically said when we were purchasing it that we needed it by Saturday because we have no other bed. They told us of this problem in the afternoon on the day before we move in to our new place. What are we supposed to do? We will be sleeping on the floor until it arrives. Who knows if it will even arrive in a week. We are very disappointed. In this situation a refund doesnt help us. We will have to wait at other places too.

Store was very clean. Larry was very helpful. He didn’t try to sell us an over priced mattress. He just asked us our budget and was willing to work with it. 10/10 would go back.

Very happy to say the least. Great guys and took about 2.5 hours with us to find the best for. Richard gave us many comparisons and also included the pillows with the current discount which really made a huge difference. The adjustable ergo base with the pillow support is amazing. My parents who are in their late 80s had a hard time figuring out which bed was best for them and made a purchase. After sleeping on the bed they decided it was not right for them and wanted to exchange it for another. There were some extraneous circumstances, but Mattress Land stayed professional and worked through the issues standing behind their products and policies by exchanging the bed that was purchased for another.

Horrible warranty!! Bought my mattress in 2015, I lived with a 2.5” indent with 9.5” radius for well over a year. Spent the $60 on the “inspection/disposal” fee to have it declined due to stains brought on from the indent. Those 3 years that mattress had a SOLID foundation for the box spring and mattress. I got a protective cover and it was always protected. So tell me how could my mattress have stains? I was told that if I were damp or wet that could damage the mattress and ruin the warranty as well. So tell me Mattress land how can something, that’s protected might I add, get damp or wet or even stains?!? The stains of which they saw were on the perimeter of the indent.. this indent if laid on you can feel each coil.. this is how important your customer comfort is?! I’m 3 years into my 10 year warranty and this is ok with this company?! BS. I work for a service company I know that you do not make this product but if our customer is not happy (1) or (2) not comfortable with the product we provided even though we did not manufacture the product we take RESPONSIBILITY for our product provided. Mattressland denied the responsibility of THEIR customers comfort. Think twice before using this company. They claim it’s rare to have such a problem but I’ve learned a very hard lesson. I’m out well over $1000 for something that should have lasted me till 2025. Now in 2018 I have to go spend another $1000 or more to make my life comfortable. Might I add I suffer from chronic headaches so waking up each morning with a new knot and a new tension headache is the curse mattressland bestowed upon me. I’m very unhappy and will NEVER step foot on this companies property.
