I have an LG refrigerator that is broken. LG told me to get in touch with AAA Appliance but turns out they dont work on LG refrigerators. Im rating them a 5 because of their reasoning. Apparently Lg tech support would tell the techs what was wrong and then it wouldnt fix the issue and AAA appliance doesnt believe in wasting customers money. This is a business I would trust because they obviously care about the customer

Best customer service ever an excellent quality in work and products

I would NOT use this company ever, not only did it take a month and a half to fix my dishwasher but when he reinstalled it he cracked my cabinets. Then when I called the owner he told me it wasnt his fault and that it was like that before clearly a lie the owner is a liar and very disrespectful. If you dont believe me call them and I guarantee you get voicemail. It wasnt until I had the warranty company get them on the phone that I was able to get them on the phone. If I could they would get negative stars.
