LOVE this place!! I cannot wait to go back I bought furniture and all it needed was a Good cleaning. Im moving again and hopefully the item i want is still there!!! People were very friendly and I was able to bundle my furniture items into ONE purchase. Come here, you wont be sorry.

My Mom and I have shopped at Gateway for years. 2 years ago I lost from 200lbs to 120 - Im 411. I had to replace almost my entire wardrobe. Know where I got my new clothes?? GATEWAY! THEY HAVE GREAT DEALS. The staff is great. Couldnt be better. 😃

The store is totally disorganized. Very few items are priced and the ones that are are overpriced. Everything was dirty- the store and the merchandise, which is odd since there were plenty of employees. They were standing around the register having LOUD conversation and when asked for help acted as though wed asked them to sacrifice their firstborn. They were VERY rude to my aunt when she asked for a price- of course she didnt know and made no effort to find out. It seems like they made up the prices at the register as they go. Since Gateway is a Christian mission and they support a lot of outreach programs, Im giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming that maybe the employees are part of one of their programs to help people who have no social skills, no work ethic, and a lack of basic life skills like cleanliness and courtesy. I hope they get better soon.

My husband and I supplement his income (disable) by resaling . Thought after visiting myself last week, this just might be an answerto prayer after noticing manager was giving price( to few customers )for whole buggy one price . Sent husband down yesterday, told him to look up the manager whom I described to him . After digging through boxes back on donation dock as others, he proceeded to manager and asked . He told him he doesnt do buggy deals which is #1 a lie, I witnessed it and was told by several ladies he doesIf he cant do for everyone, black or white the same it shouldnt be allowed at all.Very unprofessional .Needless to say I wont be back, God will provide ours needs .

Some great stuff but the workers couldnt be nicer.

At last there are some posted prices (on the checkout counter facing the cashier), but clothes are mostly unsorted except possibly by gender. Too much effort required for shopping.

I always enjoy shopping at gateway, but I didnt really get a bargain it would be much better if the prices were on or posted around the merchandise in the big boxes instead of waiting to go to the check out register instead of having the cashier to quote a price!!! Thanks

I love to shop at any thrift store and sometimes I find things I like, sometimes I dont. Ive found quite a few items at Gateway that I truly wanted and the price was right, plus I love the nature of this business.

This is a awful place to shop, depending on if your a regular shopper and who is running the cash register depends on the price you pay for things.. They have certain people that don’t have to follow the rules and the others do.. You have to wait forever to get help with bigger items.. I use to donate here but, I will never donate to them again...

Great staff. Worth the time if you love the deals. Even though its hot most of the time the workers truly do have a friendly and personable attitude towards customers and their jobs. I love it.

Went there for a mirror for a vanity my daughter was getting. Browsed thru store, went to back. And walked right to 3or4 mirrors and found s really nice one. Solid wood and bevelled edges. A manager told me the price and carried it directly to my car. Always find something I can use.

Cool and worthy finds can be found.! .. Just watch out for who prices your stuff and make sure you choose your cashier wisely.. ;)

New to town trying to make a house a home they had exactly the piece of furniture that I needed they gave me an awesome deal for 25 bucks on the shelf that I had just priced for 60 at big lots the staff or courteous and friendly eager to help me and mr. Corey loaded it up in my vehicle and tied it down for me even gave me a blanket to make sure it didnt get scratched on the way home thanks again for great experience cant wait to shop your store again soon

Hard to find, Google maps directed us to an empty lot. Its by the rent-a-center, not behind it.Inside is messy, but some nice pieces can be found, but so can some junky ones. Prices vary and often its hard to find a price tag at all. No a/c, so be careful shopping during summer months.

Sometimes wonderful, great bargains. Other times, theyre asking ridiculous prices for broken stuff. I think it depends who is working there that day.

Awfully disorganized! No prices and they are made up as you are at cash register. Lady said they didnt price their items. Waaayyyy overpriced on furniture, bookcases, etc. Dishes, cups, kitchen items were nasty, caked with mud and dirt. I didnt expect things to be spotless but the mud and dirt and things were so bad you couldnt even tell colors ordetails. Wont recommend to others.

These folks give prices according to their mood. Too high for a thrift store. The warehouse and store is very messy and dangerous to walk through. The owner needs to get control on the place. The staff usually have attitude problems. Not recommended at all!!!

I used to love shopping at Gateway used to be very inexpensive and economical but now the merchandise thats donated to them they price it as if youre shopping at Belk or Macys a shame

Great place

I am all for thrift stores and flea markets but this place was a hot mess to say the least. Most of the stuff was junk and what you can find worth a few dollars was over priced. I know they help the needy and homeless but they can clean that place up some and do better. I still cant figure out why there are so many ppl in and out of that place. I walked through and it took maybe 5 mins found a few things and once I got up to the register there was several ppl trying to get a better deal on junk. There was a very young man that came out of the back like he owned the joint and was calling out prices like he was an auctioneer. Ummmmm ok so you dont even know what half of this stuff is but you are putting crazy prices on very used stuff. I definately wont ever go back or recommend anyone going there.

I can usually find a bargin that I love!

They always throw items away that could be sent to natural disaster victums. The people that unload items coming in throw them and break alot of items. Prices given by corey are way too high. These are donated items and the people that shop there do not have alot of money they need to stop ripping people off.

They try to get over on u i was looking for a king size mattress they wanted damn near two hundred dollars for a use and donated mattress asked how much for a box television he said 70 dollars this is by far the worse place far as thrift stores u can ever shop at my service will never be served here again

Everything costs twice as much as any Salvation Army or flee market. There are other options.
