Told the Manager about 1 mth ago it was my favorite store. Go in 2day donated used shoes 24.99! Shoppers with limited money rely on thrift stores to be affordable. Please rethink what you are doing. Taking advantage of the fact that more people are shopping for bargains- then make it a bargain.

Their selection of clothes and shoes is amazing, everything else is kinda meh but still a nice good will. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING IS COLOR ORGANIZED! And it’s done well, it’s so satisfying to see everything color coded. Shoppers and staff are also pleasant. You can tell that they have a lot going on is all. I love thrifting and this place is a easy way to spend $100.

One staff was particularly helpful in getting a price for an item we wanted. After waiting in line for checkout, we moved to the cashier after the previous customer left. She said unpleasantly Im not ready. We went to another line and observed the nasty cashier. She just stood there adjusting her clothing and looking around!Otherwise, we are happy with our purchases and was able to drop off clothing to their donation center.

Regrettably, this store will not pick up donations offered by donors. Furniture, clothing, and household items were offered and they declined...and not even politely. Perhaps funds should be collected to purchase a truck for pickups and the necessary staff. This would build goodwill in the community.

I probably shop here once a week! I LOVE this place!

I had a very nice young man assist me today with my drop off. I was there 10 mins early and he was able to handle me within 5 mins. Great because I had a cranky baby in the back.

Every time you go in Good Will the prices go up up up.some things are price so high you can go to the store and buy them cheaper.

This is really good location. They keep it nice and neat and the staff is always helpful and friendly. They usually have a good supply of name brand goods, as well.

The Clinton location is great. I shop here daily. The prices are sometimes a little inflated.I want to acknowledge a few store employees Jeremiah H., Christyan H. And Xavier.They are fantastic and make shopping here a joy!!! Please let me not forgot a young man that works in the back. He’s always so pleasant with a yes ma’am. Clean and organized with lots of bargains. Has a clean restroom and three fitting rooms.

Electronics price are ridiculous you would rather buy brand new from Bestbuy, at least you get a warranty and an updated technology. It really is ridiculous.

It was clean and pretty organized. The bathroom didnt have toilet paper and there was wetness on the floor. They have a handicap fitting room which is really good. I just wish that they extended their sizes more so instead of just small medium large extra-large, they went up period 2x 3x 4X 5x should not all be together mixed in. Have a plus size section or something

I adore all Goodwills! Where can you go and find designer clothes and even brand new clothes for pennies on the dollar? You have to take your time and look a little so if you dont like to shop then you wont like it at all. If you enjoy the hunt like I do then you will enjoy it as much as I do and look as good as my family and I do.

The process of unloading free stuff is efficient. Goodwill pricing of free stuff that people give away for free is way too high.

They required me to lift heavy items I brought for donation to place them in tall cardboard boxes outside. I hurt my back lifting a 40lb appliance trying to get it into the box. Never again.

I enjoy shopping in this store... the items are marked at reasonable prices for used/New merchandise. The staff is super friendly especially Ms. T. I highly recommend everyone to visit this location at least once, but save some stuff for me.

I was able to find a very sturdy two drawer night stand (heavy wood), end table, vases, lamps, and other decor for only $35! Found everything I was looking for and then some. Highly recommend

They need to expand their donations hours.

When i took an item back that i had purchased not knowing that it was broke i took it back for store credit and the cashier was very nasty to me, i didnot leave a donation this time she even called me out if my name saying i was crusty she was very insulting, i dont recommend goodwill in clinton
