Left a tip for the young lady who waited on me. She stayed that the Dairy Queen app does not work or that it would not go through and only some stores except it. Theres does not! Interesting! Asked for a cone for.my ice cream and received a broken one. Wow.

What can I say that you dont already know? The ice cream is bomb no matter what you order. They never have smoothies though but who cares when the menu is jam packed.

The workers were very friendly and everything came out quickly they seem to have a system down to get the customers through in a speedy efficient fashion. They dont have an inside just an ice cream counter where you order and eat in the car. I think maybe their are picnic tables I cant remember. I wish they could take coupons from the app but they are unable to, im not sure about paper coupons.

This is a shack dairy queen meaning they dont have a full menu just an FYI. They have plenty of ice cream and shakes here as you can expect. Although if you would like some food they have a lunch combo there thats either one or two chili cheese dogs with a bag of chips, soda, and an ice cream for $5 or $6 depending on whether youd like one or two chili cheese dogs. I did have the dogs and they were quite delicious.

I ordered and PAID for a medium blizzard. I got a small because that manager can’t hire intelligent workers. I couldn’t go back and get a new one because I had three other ice creams and those would melt. I’m very disappointed

I understand the times, but zero personality in anyone ive dealt with this summer and besides the first blizzard i got being amazingly made, the rest where vanilla on top and destroyed toppings on bottom, better to take the extra 10 min and go to west boylston they make much better food, and turn your blizzard upside-down EVERY TIME ( here doesnt)

Tradition. This place is a family tradition.We make a goal of coming here at least once a year. Everything is perfect. Sometimes we get hot dogs, but mostly its ice cream for the white family.

I really, REALLY needed ice cream one day. So I made the drive to this Dairy Queen, and they gave me ice cream. It was but a simple transaction that provided a degree of satisfaction that only soft serve vanilla ice cream with Oreo chunks and chocolate syrup can provide. Thank you for making my life just a little bit better that day.

Ice cream is always good . BUT this will be the first bad review I have written . Everywhere there is advertising about Dairy Queen promises to flip your Blizzard around in front of you, or you will receive a coupon good for a free Blizzard on your next visit. This has been advertised since 2016 . Most of the SAME girls work here every summer for the past couple of years . This is the first time my blizzard has never been flipped, and when I asked very kindly about it (to the girl I see working yearly ) I was given attitude and told I dont really know what thats all about I kept asking multiple times and got no where, but didnt wanna make it a big enough deal to get a manager ........ false advertisement and unknowlegable employees, not willing to go out of there way to find something out for you when it had to do with THEIR companies false information .

Food is great good portions we love the blizzards. This is a small DQ so no bathroom and just a few picnic tables behind the pretty busy parking lot. Thats the only reason it doesnt get a 5.

Its been FOREVER since Ive been here. I used to go as a child. My grandparents lived in Lancaster. This brought back many memories. Ohhhh, and it tasted delicious.

They dont offer the pup cup...but said they could give me a small cup of vanilla (and then charged me for it). Another time I went there on a Monday when they were having a special $0.99 sundae offer and they didnt give me the special price when I just wanted a small cup of ice cream for my doggie (after a visit to the vet). There are plenty of ice cream places around, so I wont be going back to Dairy Queen.

A good place for a quick ice cream outing. It would have been a bit better if there were more seating and parking areas.

Ordered 3 large blizzards they were all liquid like a soup that you could drink through a straw they would not make them correctly for us and the staff was rude and they were never served upside down and when that was mentioned they lied and said it was when I watched them for it specifically
