Yumminess i tried there rocky road in a waffle cone this time. They also have rock mountain chocolate there.The staff is great at helping out with the decision of what to have.lots of options and choices. No inside or out dining,just to go. They do offer door dash for delivery.

I ordered a peanut butter perfection with double oreo mix in and there was basically no mix ins on the ice cream. It was straight chocolate ice cream. I called to let them to watch out for that as I spent $8 on the ice cream and basically just got chocolate ice cream and could of easily gone to the store and bought that with less then half the price. And all they could tell me was we dont mix it all the way through. Uh huh. I work at coldstone out in Murray and I know how these are made as well as I have ordered it from this location before and never had issues. A little ridiculous in my opinion. Wont be going back.

We were there on a busy night because of a charity event. But the staff worked hard, worked fast and they were having fun. Not our best Cold Stone experience but it was still really good and the store was clean inside. The ice cream was great!

This place is evil, they give me ice cream, cookies, shakes chocolate and other wonderful stuff. Every time I eat here I have to double my running at the gym the next day. But it is worth it. I ordered a cake from this location for the day before the birthday I needed it for. I ordered delivery and the cake was supposed to be at my house 5/5/21 at 11:00am. My door dash got cancelled. I received a phone call from cold stone saying that they had my cake stored in the back of the freezer and that they needed to get it out. They said they just needed some time to get it out. I thought that was fine because I needed the cake the next day and ordered it ahead of time just in case. Well… 9:00pm rolls around and still no ice cream cake. I call the store again wondering where my cake is. The boy who answered the phone said he was sorry but the girl I had talked to earlier had completely forgotten about the cake and that he would start making it right away. In my head I was like, “Uh… I thought that it was already made so I’ve been being lied to.” He assured me they would give me a refund and that it would be delivered that night or first thing in the morning when they opened. I waited until it was 12:00pm 5/6/21 which is an hour after they opened and called the store. They then told me they wouldn’t be able to deliver it until it was 3:00-4:00pm because they were the only ones at the store. So that was another lie. They finally got the birthday cake to me at 3:30pm and I thought I guess it’s whatever because I’m getting it for free I won’t complain. BUT it is June 25 and still no refund has been posted for my cake. I called the store today and was told to call back for a manager at 5:00pm. I called back and they told me he wasn’t there and that he would give me a call back. I gave my name and they hung up on me… if I could give no stars I would. The lady who posted they stole $3 from her has nothing on me. $41 bucks and too much of my time has been stolen from me.

Ice cream was mediocre, I asked for them to switch out the sweet cream for vanilla, which Im pretty sure they didnt. but what really bugged me was that the cashier couldnt figure out how to use my gift card so he wouldnt let me use it. He didnt even try putting the numbers in separate and said it didnt work. When I asked how to check the balance online he said he only knows how to use the gift cards they sell there (this was a gift card you can use at several different locations). He seemed absolutely unwilling to try and be helpful. When I got home I looked it up and the giftcard has well over the balance I needed. I only went tonight b/c I had the gift card and honestly wont ever be going to coldstone again because its just not very good for the price you pay.

Worst services I’ve ever had. I can in with my family and everything we ordered was done wrong. From us ordering in waffle cups or cones; to them giving me extremely old Carmel apples. There was about 6-7 employees working. But instead of correcting any mistake they just put the ice cream itself into the waffle cone instead of taking it out of the cup like we asked. All the employees seemed to busy talking tossing ice cream up and doing tricks than taking orders correctly or even checking us out. After ordering my children’s and my ice cream we had to wait over five minutes while everyone was joking around ignoring us. On top of being given old stale Carmel apples they acted as if it was an inconvenience to even cut the apples. This has happened two other times that I have came to the Clinton location but first time I have said anything. I would not recommend ever coming to this place. Long wait time and a long line in a small store that didnt seem to have air conditioning. It was stuffy and uncomfortable. Maybe their AC was out at the time. Customer service was good, and one of the workers throws the ice cream super high in the air which is both anxiety inducing and entertaining.

Ordered a cake July 31st online using my gift card. Apparently their gift card system has been down forever it seems like now. I just dont understand. Thats such terrible service. You should figure a way to make it right when a customer goes into your business to use a gift card they purchased from your store! My cake order was cancelled and when I went to pick it up I had to pay with my card. Not an apology. Not a discount. Nothing. Figure your systems out. I understand technology can be finicky, maybe a day of it being down. But over a week? What is going on.

Very very slow service! Had three employees and it took 15 mins to serve one customer. The kid in the back who served my ice cream had no gloves on while putting in the ice cream or cutting my banana, plus he didn’t put it in cone that I had ordered. Ice cream was all over the cup and wasn’t given any napkins until I asked for some. Was my first time going and really wanted to try the ice cream, which was good, but not worth it for the slow and unsanitary service.

A few months ago my husband ordered online the “love it” (5.49) and it looked like that “like it” (4.99) size. It was annoying, but the price difference isn’t that bad so we let it go. I also worked in a restaurant for 4 years so I understand mistakes happen. However, he ordered the same “love it” size again and it was the “like it” size again! I know it’s only a 1.50 difference, but they have now stolen $3 from us in total. If I stole $3 out the tip jar of a store I could possibly get charged for stealing even though its just $3. The fact that this has happened TWICE makes it even worse. Seeing how bad the customer service is I know we won’t get compensated for it which is fine. We just won’t go to this coldstone again which I know does not effect them but whatever

This location made my husband and I an amazing gender reveal ice-cream cake! The gentleman that took the order and made it is awesome! Thank you!***update.. the cake was 90% frosting.. even the little ice-cream tasted like frosting.

EXTREMELY slow service even though they had 5-6 employees working there. They were busy chatting with each other while the line was out the door!!!!Staff was slow at preparing orders and gave my ice cream in a cup even though I ordered and paid for a waffle cone. And they don’t give enough ice cream!

We grabbed some ice cream for the first time at this location today. My wife and I each ordered a Like It signature creation. You can see that I received significantly more ice cream than she did. We commented on the disparity in front of the employee, and she did not respond. Also, she had hair hanging out of her ponytail over the food as she prepared it, which is really gross.

Pretty much was a loyal customer until a very rude snarky comment from a night manager. Also it is very frustrating when each ice cream same size but yet one is full one is half full. They need to be taught how to make sure theyre doing the correct amount of ice cream and such for the size people order. also need to be talked to about attitude since I know theyre all high school kids they still need to be respectful.

Personally one of the slowest lines I have ever sat through at a Cold Stone location. Maybe it’s time to have chat with the staff on how to be more efficient when helping with customers. However the ice cream still lived up to its great reputation.

Apperantly, a piece of the equipment was down, meaning they couldnt serve guests inside. But then they wouldnt allow guests to wait inside and order off of the online menu. On top of that, our order is still not finished, even after 10 minutes past the expected pickup time. And that pickup delay should have included the drive up here. The worst part in my opinion, is that the customer service is dreadful. If theres a problem with your restaurant, you at the very least try to communicate this without any form of resentment towards the customer. But on each occasion I have interacted with the staff, they always were acting bitter. Save your money and your time by going someplace else.

I work at an establishment close by Cold Stone and I go in after my shift later at night. They were very busy one night and a woman with red hair was working extra hard to help every customer and was super sweet to everyone, the rest of the staff was fantastic as well and I look forward to going there again because their great customer service!

I am completely disgusted with coldstone. We took our daughter there after having a good parent teacher conference. We got our ice cream and went home while we were eating it I found a tiny worm in my ice cream. This is unhealthy and unsanitary. I will never get ice cream there again. I have a picture of it if coldstone wants proof.

Horrible customer service. Was told to wear a mask (no problem) by an employee not wearing her mask 🤦🏼‍♂️ (problem). We were there for what online said was curbside pickup to be treated by a door sign that said pick-ups inside. With no signs that mentioned a mask. Now I want to be clear, the mask thing is not a problem for me l, stores have the right to mandate masks. Just please be sure to wear your mask when telling others to wear theirs.Staff had an attitude towards other clients when making requests as well. Ill stick to Farrs 🤷🏼‍♂️

Honestly the ice cream is absolutely great... but the employees don’t listen for nothing. Every time I ask for something I like that isn’t apart of their menu they mess it up.

I’ve tried this location multiples times to give them a chance but I’ve reached the limit. Their sizes are always so off, they don’t give you enough Ice cream for what you pay for. They give you the smallest amount possible, it’s irritating, I saw other comments about this so I know it’s not only happening to me! I don’t recommend you go to this location.

Ordered a cake and went to pick it up. The lobby was closed so they handed it to me outside. As I looked at the cake they had spelt my daughters name and birthday wrong. I let them know and the manager was awesome and got things taken care of for us. Accidents happen, I felt like they handled it well and treated me great.

Love the ice cream and chocolates you can get here. Also, the caramel apples are delicious. You choose your flavor of ice cream, then they let you pick your mix-ins and they put it all together in front of you. Ordered curbside pick up due to covid-19. After calling to let them know I had arrived I was informed I had to come in to pick up my order because they were too busy. Three employees were in the store with two customers. Why even offer curbside if you wont honor it?

Cold Stone is known for some really creamy, delicious ice cream at higher-than-normal prices. This location is no different. The ice cream is top notch. The service was very fast and the flavors are consistent with what you expect from Cold Stone.

I hope this was just because of a bad day. We went into the Clinton store. Spent almost $15 on 2 icecream bowls. I found a hair in mine at about 3/4 eaten. My wife found a piece of white rubber in hers. Really? 2 strikes on the same trip? Im pretty disgusted.After our bad experience I communicated with both the store manager and the owner. They were prompt and sincere with apologies. They took care of our loss and were very gracious.Thank you Guy and Leah.

Went for a treat this evening and it was very busy but the staff went above and beyond to make sure my son got his order exactly the way he wanted it!

First time i came here had a great experience, but the second time I came in the server was very blunt and wasteful but also skimpy on what they gave to us. Maybe they were just in a bad mood but this made my experience very uncomfortable and frustrating.

The manager here is so awesome if you have any issues he goes over the top to fix it! Nothing but positivity here from me thank you!

I had a birthday cupcake order that I placed online and the star of the cupcake (the ice cream) wasn’t what I thought I ordered and I was disappointed- so I wrote about it and gave it three stars since the overall order was right besides the ice cream, and the service given was friendly like always. I decided to change the review rating because the owner contacted me to resolve the issue I had with the cupcakes. The simple fact that the owner was kind enough to reach out showed how much they cared and were eager to help! Thank you guys for caring about your customers!!

I love Cold Stone ice cream. But I will never go to this location again. We door dashed our ice cream, for obvious reasons, the last few days. Both times our orders were wrong. The 1st time it was just one ice cream that was wrong but the 2nd time 3 out of the 4 ice creams were wrong. So frustrating, especially when you have to pay for all your mix ins and dont even get one!

Loved it! They dont have the shark flavor salty ice cream that I love anymore, but the staff was great and this is always my favorite place to come when I want ice cream. Staff recommended the chocolate batter one which is a great rich flavor.

My family and I Love cold stone, especially the Clinton location. They dont seem to be as crowded as some of the other locations around here, and the employee that helped us, Gabby, was So friendly, great ice cream, she gave recommendations that were fabulous.... Really enjoyed our experience here and will remain regulars👍

Just ordered 2 bowls of ice cream and a waffle bowl on the side thru doordash. The ice cream is amazing but did not get the waffle bowl. Please double check your dash orders before stapling shut.

My family and I frequent this location, and have always had wonderful experiences! Unfortunately, Sunday, September 30th was an exception. My husband, daughter and I came in a few minutes before closing, without realizing that you closed so soon. We were ordering for us and 2 others. When we arrived, there was one young man behind the counter. He was rushing us the entire time we were there, and when we added the last order, he actually said, Hurry, hurry, were closed! (He was bouncing on his heels the entire time) I have worked in customer service for many years, and this was BEYOND rude!!! I ALWAYS tip when I am there, NOT THIS TIME!!! I have his name, but refuse to put him on blast on social media. The manager knows who was working. So very disappointed.

Awesome ice cream place. One of our favorite stops in Clinton. The team is always helpful. There are times when it can get crazy busy, but overall it is a great place. There are only 3 tables for seating becaue it is a small place. In addition to ice cream offereings they have a great selection of Rocky Mountain chocolates.

The ice cream is superb and they have amazing waffle bowls.

Disappointing. We will not be back after our visit today. My husband, son and I were waiting to be helped while the girl behind the counter made icecream for her male coworker (who was also behind the counter) who had just ended his shift. No communication was made to us and we were not even acknowledged. We had to wait almost 5 minutes to be helped. The ice cream was good, but next time well go somewhere else where we feel our business is valued.

Just went to this location in Clinton. The girl who made my icecream was way too worried about leaving for the night. This location is usually my favorite because they dont skimp on the icecream but not today. I even said something to the other employee there and she clearly had no customer service either. I would make the extra drive to go to 25th street. At least my husband got his money worth! Horrible customer service!

10:00 at night. No one in the store. They wouldn’t serve us because we didn’t have a mask to order our ice cream. Told us we could do curbside via their website. Went out to the car to do that and they were “closed.” Ridiculous.

Picked up ice cream mothers day cake and given the time of day it was ( 7pm on a fri night ) service was excellent. female employee helped me as soon as she could given the 20 customers in line waiting when i got there. they ran out of icing to write on the cake so she substituted it with a different icing. given the time of day it was and its a busy fri night the employees rocked !!!!$

Went to this amazing establishment about 30 minutes ago. The crew working was very polite and professional even after one of the little ones dropped their ice cream right after getting it.

No manager, low staffed. And horrible service, couldnt accept my discount card.....had to call their manager.... manager never answered, mess up our first order and had to re make order. This facility needs better trained staff.

Attention to detail is apparently not a priority. I ordered 2 items with DoorDash and got one. When I called and asked where the other one was I was told I only saw the one and didnt notice the other one until I scrolled down, but that was after the driver had already picked up your order and left. She did refund the entire order and I do appreciate that, but if I wanted free ice-cream I would tell people I have just met that its my birthday and convince them I need ice-cream with the cake I guilted them into making me saying I so badly wish my (pretend) Mom could make me a cake, but that she was killed in a horrible boating accident on the interstate and the dive team never found her body. See what happens when I dont get my ice-cream, but my wife gets hers? Incidents like these are why my wife gives me a 5 comment limit atWal-Mart.

Overall ok the staff was kids so they messed up on a lot of thing including charging me for the wrong items.

Wish they woukd have mixed up on ice cream better. I they didnt spend longer then a few seconds mixing it all up and mashing up the add ins. So the ice cream was very inconsistent. Still tasted good, but all the toppings/add-ins were all in one place rather then mixed throughout.

Went for free ice cream for people with beards day... Was told that they werent participating. No reason why just the boss said no. Was offered a bogo on the small size. Ok cool. Ordered three, went to order the fourth and was told it was only valid on the first two... Bogus!

Great icecream made your way right in front of you on a literal cold stone. Friendly staff with the energy and courtesy to match. Also sells ice cream cakes and novelty sweets.

I took my family into the store this evening to get ice cream and was appalled by the interactions I had with the teenage staff. When we walked in, there was a female staff member with pink and blue hair standing behind the counter talking to a boy on the other side (I assume a friend of hers) While another boy started to scoop ice cream for my family, I watched this girl take a DOG TREAT out of the display on the counter with her bare hand, take a bite of it, and then proceed to spit, multiple times, the chewed treat back into her hand! (Because it was a dog treat and obviously disgusting) Then with the hand she just spit in, she dropped what she spit out on the floor and then touched the counter with other food items on it and the lid which the dog treats were kept in. I said something to the kid who was helping us about what just happened and he and the girl both just laughed and completely dismissed my concern. While we sat and ate our ice cream I watched the same girl take blonde Oreos straight out of their container on the counter and eat them, lick the crumbs from her fingers and go right back to touching a spatula and blender. Her and one of the boys stood right at the counter and talked and laughed about my earlier complaint as if I couldnt hear them! This was my familys first trip to this location as were new to the area and we absolutely will not be back.

Nice little ice cream shop close to the other shopping in the area. Definitely enjoy their menu diversity and other non ice cream related treats like candied apples and truffles.

Theyre super awesome for people who have food allergies. They have a separate set of tools and a completely separate cutting board to mix in all your stuff.

The Oreo and milk shake tasted week old soggy Oreos mashed up with milk and ice cream, took two sips and threw it in the trash when I got home. My daughter got the Oreo overload she also dumped it out and ate the waffle cone. Very expensive for being mediocre at best.

Terrible experience. Funnel cake was cold, stale and awful, same experience with the churro. Surly, emo kid helped us, and when I called him out on it, he said he was just having a bad day. Strangely, when the next customer came in wearing a tee-shirt he liked, he was chatty as can be. Only reason two stars is because my kids were happy. For an establishment that claims great service and quality product, this location didnt live up by a long shot
