Staff was so polite and friendly. Everyone at the cash register greeted me as I walked pass. Made me feel kinda good. Although this was my first experience at this store, I really liked their prices. They had spectacular deal on meats, during the holiday. I plan to go back based on their prices.

Store is clean and well stocked. The employees are also pleasant and willingly offer assistance to their customers.

The young lady at the service desk was awesome 👌. My card and just for you app was not working as they should and I didnt get all my discounts at the register. Once I was received at the service desk, problem was handled so professionally. She contacted corporate and together the problem was solved, together. Thank you, you were awesome and helpful to me. This has been my go-to store for more than 25 years. It underwent some internal renovations recently and looks great. The staff are friendly and it is a rare occasion when they dont have something I need.

Had an issue with a delivery order. Reached out to online customer service, issue partially solved. A short time later received a phone call from a customer service director from the store where the order was shopped. She was reaching out to clarify the message that was received from the report. She offered me was able to resolve my issue beyond what the online representative offered. She went above & beyond to ensure I had a pleasant customer experience. Ms. E. Very nice well stocked store, very clean organized this Safeway is better than the one in Oxon Hill Maryland, Nice staff my cashier name was Dominic nice respectful young man and very handsome. Nice conversation at the register some cashiers are rude this is one of the nicest ones I met so far. Self checkout can be a little faster but other than that will come back highly recommended.

This Safeway always have everything I need. The staff is friendly and are willing to help if need be.

Last place I try to go to. The store structure is the issue. I was shopping alongside a mouse last visit during the midday. Makes you wonder what the storage area looks like.

Sure seemed well stocked, but their Mexican food isle could use a bit of work as I would describe it as more of a tex-mex isnt at best and even then the selection of said issue was a bit lacking.

They always have my favorite fruit medley bowls. Clean, check out lines are reasonably available & fairly quick. Self-checkout lines are numerous, clean & great to use, helper is usually nearby.

My cashier Jordan was a Saint. Martha, one of the Latina ladies who works produce is the Sweetest woman you could ever meet. She told me she works at safeway to pay for her college so she can have a degree. Bless her heart. Or Tom the butcher, you would swear he was 7 feet tall. He gives the best advice on meets and even better recommendations. I rate this a 1000 stars of out 5. Even better, go say hi to the store manager Erica. They are a swell person who greets everyone comming in. You shouldnt take my word for it, go see the magic yourself. ( Also there Goya section is amazing, better than other grocery stores)

The Safeway in Clinton Crossing is getting a face lift and it looks good. I enjoy shopping at Safeway, they have an app that lets you use your phone to pay for your groceries. I love that also. Plus you get gas points. Good deal.

I was able to walk in and out of this very clean store in less than 15 minutes. My cashier Michael was very joyful and helpful. I love when a plan comes together.

I visited the Safeway Pharmacy and receive excellent service. The pharmacist went over the directions for taking my medicine, the side effects, and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Not only that he recommended that I reach out to my insurance company to see if they would recommend a cheaper prescription then the one the Dr recommended. Pharmacist went above the norm and I greatly appreciated the attention detail I received.

Always get good cuts of beef, chicken, and lamb here. The produce is decent 👍🏾👍🏾, wish it was more fresh seafood then farm raised.

Prices arent the lowest but very clean and organized.... they need to do better with the avocado they last 1 day TOP.... they put stickers on the ones that are ripe but they are brown inside. Now I picked the ones without the stickers

Long checkout lines. Too few cashiers. Limited selections. Nobody knows where... Ok, only SOME folks know where items are. Asked 3 people for liquid chocolate. And spent 20 minutes looking for it because I needed it. By the way, its in the isle with the coffee.

Store and the parking lot are usually clean. More basic food items are here. The more Wegman type products are at the Brandywine Safeway.

It was TERRIBLE. I came to checkout over the weekend, to find that they wouldnt honor their deal prices, and the manager gave me an attitude about the prices the merchandise. Saying, and I quote, If thats what the price says at checkout, thats what its going to be. She had a very dude and smart attitude. I will never go there again.

This Safeway has the slowest cashiers Ive ever seen.

Still a good shopping space. They have a sanitizing station as you enter through the outer doors. There are the pull-up hand wipes; plus a spray container and paper towels do that you can sanitize your shopping cart; and a giant sized bottle of hand sanitizer. Here is a tip in my humble opinion.... Remember to sanitize the pump top on the giant sanitizer bottle. Shelves remain stocked. Clean and in order. In acknowledging the pandemic reality, all store personnel wear masks----and they are wearing them properly with both mouth and nose covered; and a snug fit to the face. It is politely, but firmly, announced over the PA system that informs/reminds customers that they are required to wear masks during their shopping at experience at Safeway. Staff are pleasant and helpful. I think they announce their senior pandemic safety arrangement. This means that they set aside an 1 or 2 hour, on specific days of the week, exclusively for seniors/others in the CDC descriptive of those in the high-risk category for catching the Coronavirus.

This is about a very recent visit to Safeway. The sanitizing station is still outside the interior entrance door. There is also an employee who sanitizes the carts when they are returned after customer use. No shade on his efforts....but, I still further sanitize my cart---I always do this anywhere I go. I literally drench the cart I use and wipe it dry. Then I sanitize my purse exterior before putting into the cart ➡️ to avoid cross-contamination.COVID-19 has some stores that are stuck with products not sold before going bad. If you know how fresh seafood smells, then you will know that the Seafood department at the Woodyard/Piscataway/Old Branch store has things that were giving off the N🅾️ warning odor ⚠️🚫🛑😵😱 that something is old/bad. The frozen seafood items are still fresh and safe--thats what I bought and ate. Believe me, if it was bad--my system would have been ill in minutes/hours.THE END

It was a Great experience, even for Me going in on Thanksgiving Eve. I was still in, & out in record time, not to mention the Service was fast, & courteous.

Food wise all is the same. But since the pandemic the cleaning supplies have not been replenished. Not do to the store itself but something needs to be done to remedy this problem.

After a long day in the office dealing with rude residents had me feeling a little down. To come into the Safeway and experience such awesome customer service, really put a smile on my face and made my day better. It started with Mr. Neil in the deli department, served me with a smile and made me feel like I was a VIP customer he was pleasant, respectful, and good natured. The cashier was just as nice smiled ask me if I found everything ok and if I needed assistance outside. Then the customer service rep Ms. Pam was just as nice, friendly and professional while assisting me with the lottery. I enjoy shopping at Clinton Md Safeway.

Going to a large establishment as Safeway you would think that they would have enough staff to accommodate the Customer. Not this one, no meat counter personal, no bakery personal and the line were to long but when you only have two registers open and 50 people.... but I will say the young cashier was very pleasant. 1star for the store 4 1/2 for the cashier
