I went here on a whim to find a new comfortable mattress for my bad back and sleep issues and in so glad I did! The owner and sales rep is very personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about providing the absolute best service possible. I was so impressed with his knowledge and his sales technique that I placed an order that same day for a made to order King sized Euro-Top mattress. Not only did I order the mattress but I was also assisted in applying for their affordable financing option. I WILL DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I got ahold of the Clinton IA store and the manager was excellent. He stood behind the warranty and ordered a new bed. Delivered it today.One question. We bought a mattress this week from Factory Direct, along with pillows, mattress cover, and metal frame. Owner/operator, Domingo, is knowledgeable in sleep science, and did a wonderful job of suggesting the best products for us. We are very pleased with our new purchase. Surprisingly, Domingo and his father delivered our mattress the same day! We live about 15 miles from his store, so we are very thankful to them both. Customer service like his rarely exists anymore! Not only did we get an amazing deal on an excellent quality mattress, we feel like the mattress was custom made for us. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about his products AND he took the time to make sure the mattress was the best choice for us. If you want a affordable mattress i’d come here but the frames are way overpriced, we saw the exact same frame elsewhere for half the price. Would not get it delivered we were supposed to get a mattress delivered at 8am so he could open his store afterwards and didn’t here anything until 11:30am and we’re told it was our fault. We had 3 people call and the owner told us we were insane and needed help because we spent $1,000 and never got a response until 3 hours after we were supposed to to get it delivered. We then had to have someone pick it up at the store and the person who picked it up was criticized by the owner because he thought it was our brother. The owner also lied multiple times to 4 different people about the encounter. He then begged us to leave a good review. Would not recommend.
