This has been our first experience with Ethan Allen, and Im happy to write that weve been extremely happy, from the professional, helpful staff to the quality of the items received. Holly and Michelle made a lot of great suggestions while easily working with the items I already had. They also provided a lot of helpful feedback. And when there was a minor issue on one piece of furniture, I really liked how EA stood behind their products and fixed the item promptly and fully, at minimal inconvenience to me. We are very pleased with how things have turned out and I highly recommend the Clinton design center.

I ordered the Dexter coffee table and although it looks nice it is bad quality. I called Ethan Allen less then two weeks of delivery to explain that there are smudges all over the table that will not come out. Apparently you can not touch this table because your skin will stain it with smudges. Ethan Allen did not give me any options and Guardsman Protection did not cover it. I spent slot of money on a coffee table you can’t touch without staining.

We were extremely pleased with the creative talents and skills of our professional designer Paula Calandrelli. We began our makeover in the master bedroom and based on its overwhelming success and our positive experience, we continued room by room throughout the entire house. Paula guided us through each step of the process creating a design flow that unified our home and brought it to life. She was always responsive to our needs, very flexible, and a pleasure to work with.

Paula Calandrelli helped us with our purchase of two couches and a recliner. She came to the house to assist with fabric selection. She was very helpful and friendly. Ethan Allen is great quality. We hope to get many years out of our furniture!

I have extremely high praises for Louise. She helped me choose furniture (sofa, ottoman, and chair) for my den. She was so very helpful and patient, coming out several times to my home until we found the perfect combination of fabrics and colors. She has a keen eye for what looks good together. I have been purchasing furniture and services from Ethan Allen for over 30 years. When I recently moved and needed new furniture and guidance, I met Michele at a close Ethan Allen location. I found her to be most helpful with her design talent. Her approach was to learn about her clients taste and then suggest the ideal furniture and fabric choices. Her intuition was remarkable. Five years later, I am still extremely happy with my choices and have continued rely on Michele for advice and help.

We built a new home in Clinton. Louise Lehane was our Ethan Allen designer and she was wonderful. She helped us though furniture selection and placement, cabinets, tile, paint, just everything. The result is a home that reflects our personalities and looks put together right from day one. Louise was a delight to work with. She is very customer service oriented. I can’t say enough positive things about Louise.

We couldnt be happier with our new Ethan Allen deck furniture! The pricing was very fair and we are never disappointed with the quality of Ethan Allen furniture. The deck is large and Micheles design of the various living and dining areas work perfectly. We have used Micheles expertise in the past to design our living room and we always receive compliments from our family and friends. I recently had the opportunity to visit the Clinton Ethan Allen location. During my visit I personally met with Tina Balboni, the Design Center Manager. Tina instantly made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. During my visit, Tina also took the time to introduce me to the members of her design team - Louise, Paula and Michele. These ladies are true professionals and their passion for the work they do was clearly evident and quite contagious! The design center is welcoming and so exquisitely appointed, I found it difficult to leave! Since my initial visit, I have been invited to attend two separate events held at the design center. Each event was extremely organized, well attended and offered tremendous value. I look forward to future opportunities to visit this stunning store and once again be in the company of all these remarkably talented ladies!

A definite yes! Louise Lehane was wonderful to work with. She listens to her clients needs and wants and helped design the perfect room for us. She is very creative and was able to visualize our room. louise was on hand when the furniture arrived to make sure everything was just right. i highly recommend Louise and Ethan Allen of Clinton.

My husband and I went in to Ethan Allen with no clue about exactly what I wanted. We were very happy to meet Michele, who talked to me at length about what I was looking for. She asks questions to get to know your style and was wonderful with assisting in our decision making. Our space is an odd design and she knew exactly what to do. She had some fancy 3-D floor plan program that my husband LOVED. It’s hard to find great employees that take such pride in their job to help people like me. Thank you for all of your help and guidance and answering my 50 million questions. We are absolutely thrilled with my furniture!

We used Ethan Allen’s design services to design and furnish our whole house in CT. Paula is amazing and after a short while came to know what we liked and did not like, and was able to work with us through Skype and emails as we were often outside the US. We love our home and each piece of furniture and fabric was chosen with care. Paula is great at creating a color palette and coming up with solutions for an awkward old house with small spaces. We highly recommend Ethan Allen’s furniture and design services and have loved working with Paula.

Recently, I downsized and moved into a new home at the beach. Most of the furniture I accumulated over the years no longer suit my needs. Everything was either dated or too large for my new space. And quite honestly, I wanted a new, fresh look. Something that was stylish, current (but not trendy!) the appropriate size for the space and user friendly. Like most people, I can become easily overwhelmed with the number of choices and directions one can go in the remake of a home. Not to mention the fear of blowing the budget or miscalculating the size of the various pieces. This is where Louise Lehane at Ethan Allen stepped in and changed my life!Louise is incredibly patient & thoughtful. She took the time to get to know me, what my needs/requirements were, what my style is etc., She helped me sift through all the clutter in my head so I could more clearly see what would make me happy.I should also note that I have a very large dog who may or may not like to lounge on the sofa every now and then. And by that, I mean he does and daily. Having shared this important detail with Louise, she suggested I take a look at their performance fabrics. At first I was highly suspect that Id find something I liked in a performance fabric. Usually I find that they look institutional or commercial. Not the case at Ethan Allen! Not only did I find something that is highly durable, bullet proof and functional - its gorgeous! I love it! The fabric is amazing. Its stylish and comfortable. Youd never know its a performance fabric!To further ensure my satisfaction, Louise actually came out to my new home to take photos, measurements and do a few sketches. She brought several different samples of the furniture wood as well as swatches of fabrics so we could get a clear sense of what looked right. The lighting in the store is never the same as the lighting in ones home. She then went back to the drawing board to literally create 3D images/CAD drawings of what my space would like with the various pieces of furniture (we selected together) laid out so I could actually see just how everything would fit! It was amazing! I knew well before everything arrived how it would look-exactly! It completely allayed all my worries about getting furniture that would look right in the space! Too many times in the past I had ordered furniture online only for it to arrive to discover that while it was a nice piece, it took over the room and looked silly.I placed my order and six weeks later my furniture arrived at the warehouse, ready for delivery at my convenience. Scheduling was easy with the assistance of Linda Croft. And, to my great surprise - Louise arrived at my home at the same time as the delivery crew to help facilitate the furniture installation! I was blown away! Louise knew exactly where everything was to be placed and made sure that the crew had clean shoes and didnt dirty or scratch the floors! Who is this woman and can she come live with me and manage my house?!?!? 30 minutes later, my new house became my forever home. Honestly, I was so happy I cried. It was exactly like I had hoped it would be - the house was me. Not a catalogue version of me but really me! It was stylish, fun, classic and functional! Even Gunner (The very large dog!) is happy.All in all, I ordered furniture and accessories for 3 rooms - living room, dining room and home office. The absolute best part - Louise kept me on budget. Hard to do for those that know me!Bottom line, Ethan Allen in Clinton, CT is definitely worth a serious look if youre shopping for new furniture. Please, please, please ask for Louise Lehane as she knows her stuff and is truly committed to getting YOU what YOU want and need. I think youll be happy you did.
